Super quick & responsive! After I went into a ditch on a snowy Monday morning, they had someone to me within 40 minutes of calling and he was the NICEST guy! He was speedy to get my car towed and made sure the roads were clear and safe for me to start my journey home. My brakes were going and I got a recommendation from a friend to try midwest towing. They got me in and fixed my rear brakes. Not only that but they recommended a few things that needed to be done and when I should do it. Most places these days would of tried to get my money all in one shot. My broke down while my daughter was driving to ren fest. They came and towed my car on Saturday night , had an beginning diagnosis on Sunday afternoon then found another issue after that one was fixed , this part has to be ordered my car was ready for me on Wednesday afternoon. Very well serviced and patient with us. We traveled five hours to Minnesota to have a Valley Fair day and the trucks alternator and belt went out!!! Needless to say these guys came to pick us up and got our truck fixed under an hour!!! Damn good service recommend to anyone for repairs. Excellent service to him and his dad.
This family owned business is willing to help whenever you need them. The son told us his Dad takes calls at 3 AM!!! They were patient and thorough. We were expecting an insanely expensive bill for the towing and all the work he put into it, but we received an amazing deal. I would recommend these guys to anyone and every one. I needed to get a car in for computer work. Truck was right on time, took the shortest route, and waited with me for the 20 minutes of work to be done. Left the car on the bed so I didn't have to pay a second hookup fee. Service was great and friendly and he enjoyed his work which made the experience great.
