They got my money and I got nothing not even a bad transmission. They're a rip off I'm going after them. I will not quit until I get my money back. Don't bother talking to anybody in Minnesota they're not there.
Purchased an engine last year, showed up with no throttle body, no exhaust manifold, and had broken rear passenger side manifold bolts. Daniel said he would refund the cost of repairs but after many calls and texts he quit answering and there was no refund for those repairs.
NOW! One year later ( still under the guarantee), the passenger side valvetrain is rattling. I have again called, texted and emailed. No replies or returned calls..
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Beware. They don't even deserve 1 star. You will get what you pay for...just a big headache. They will not honor their warranty. They will block your calls or hang up on you. The will hope you go away. They have and will blow off the District Attorney and the Consumer Protection's attempts to reach them. They are not honorable. I've tried to ger help from several of their employees including Justin Holder, Ben Holder, Alex, Kevin Osborne, Michael Andrews, and Daniel. Supposedly, Tom Parker is the guy in charge at 8655 Hansen Ave, Shakopee, 55379, MN location. Also, the company is owned by someone named Kelly Williams, but he is not adopted to be in MN. I'm not sure these are their real names, but it is what they'll tell you. The are not accredited with the BBB. All I want is a warranty settlement. I'd happily change this review if we could come to an agreement.
my experience with the company was good when they were getting payments for my motor. I reach out several month ago about purchasing a motor Michael Andrew told be that i would have a five year warranty blah blah blah, several months later he called advising deposit so he can hold the motor. with all that i had the motor ship to a shop and the thermostat was bad. their adjuster denied the claim so i spend a extra 950 bucks on the motor. once i had my vehicle ship to my new location in texas the coolant light was coming on the first day .i had a diagnostic done (149 dollars) and had to pay 930 to repair my electric fan. they stated they would not pay but they will give me 350 towards the repair. more than two weeks past and they won't answer my call or return my call and i have not received any money . buyer beware they are dishonest, money hungry, looking to get your money and not keep their end of the deal such a stressful experience they lie and say they gonna take care of it, but thats not true

Scamers. Address does not exist. Purchased engine charged my card. and engine was not right. they dont want to pay money back but theypicked up the engine. I dont recommend this place to anybody
Called them and wouldn’t answer questions super crabby guy wouldn’t tell me if they had other parts just kept telling me to come in, when I asked where it was he said Minnesota I said where and asked about a hood and bumper and then hung up on me after saying just come in just come in. Like I have time to waste hoping you have the parts. Wont answer my phone calls now. Sounds like a real great place….. not.
This is a SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give less than a star I would. They scammed us out of an engine and promised a refund since we never received it after 2 months then they BLOCKED our phone numbers! This is the worst interaction I have ever had with a business. Save yourself a world of headaches and losing money with these thieves. Go anywhere else.
Don't trust this place. We purchased an engine they said had 60,000 miles and they say ran a leak down test and compression test and said was good. When we received the engine it was shipped from TX the engine has a huge hole in the valve cover with a rag stuffed in it and ducked taped and intake manifold was missing the cam shafts are rusted the engine is not usable. They say they would replace it but now won't except my emails, calls or texts or even discuss replacment or refund

I agreed to and paid for a 4 Cylinder engine they sent a 6 cylinder and they are now doging our calls. I will drive the 8 hours to MN if I have to to speak to these people.. never do business wiht them they are a joke.
