Left this place with a feeling that made my whole entire day. A genuine compliment really does go a long way! ♡ Want to give a shout out to the guys in the yard and the couple of customers who had to bare with this girl backing up the trailer for like the first time ever, in front of like everyone 🥴☠️ And mostly, the ladies in the office holding down the fort! Thank you for sharing a good laugh with me. Life's better with a little fun. I'm grateful for my experience at Liberty Tire and I love you for that! 😁

I'm local and only haul about 30 tires a year there! I read the reviews earlier today and saw alot of negative comments?? I called in the morning and asked what the procedure was, They said go on the scale. Go to the door they wanted me too. Then re scale and come to the office! I didn't see anything negative about my dealings with this company! I'm a normal guy getting rid of tires. I hope the positive review helps against 10 negative.. all was VERY good with my visit!!

This place is a joke they don’t know what they are doing or where they want you to park to unload I had to drive the dump truck around 4 times and get weighed 4 different times DONT COME HERE!!! The way they do business is terrible and the big big big lady in the front desk is huge and super rude and disrespectful treats you like dirt maybe because she’s not confident in herself so she puts that on the clients, we are one of their biggest clients and we are not coming back this entire company is a joke and isn’t worth wasting your time here go anywhere else then here!!!! I would leave 0 stars if I could

Very unreliable. Customer services at local office is not so friendly/customer service focused. When trying to contact the phone number on the statement there is no answer or an answering machine.

They haven’t come to pick up used tires in over a year! I call and leave messages and nobody returns my calls.

Slow loading today, not usually that bad

Just picked up from there (flatbed), get on the scale first, then go in side and give them your pick up number, then in to where the white bags are.

Took 35 tires and wheels they unloaded them. It was quick and efficient

not really any over night truck parking. they will load all income trucks as heavy as they can.

Preloaded trlrs are the first entrance after you make the right

Don't go here if you only have a few tires. $30 I just paid for five tires to recycle them. 100% throw it on the side of the highway. Not worth it.

Worst shipper/receiver I have ever seen. The main lady (blonde lady) behind the counter for shipping and receiving is the rudest person I have ever met (treats everyone like they are beneath her aka like dirt). Minimum 4 hrs to get unloaded then reloaded. Can't read the scale screen unless you get out of the truck and walk near it. Nothing is their problem as long as the gross weight is under 80,000 lbs. Most disorganized disfunctional place ever. Maybe if they had more than one guy unloading and reloading it might be more efficient considering they have 2 docks and only use one

Sometimes I go here, just to get away from it all.
