I trusted Rob by reading reviews....I dropped my 65 chevelle to him yesterday afternoon for a simple alignment that would be done on Thursday ....crickets...
Friday the 13th had red battery light flashing on 2012 Honda. Replaced battery Saturday but still flashing. Called Rob's Tuesday, got appointment for Thursday AM. Brought in by 8:30, got the diagnosis of alternator not working. Since I had it replaced before at Rob's but past warranty, they covered the cost of new one, I did pay for labor. Appreciate that it was done by 1:00 and got my car back on the road. Highly recommend.
I would give them 10 stars if i could. These guys are honest which i value and did my alignment with a quick turn around. They also diagnosed my air shocks as not having enough air at no cost and filled them. Fantastic customer service as well highly recommend them! They also delivered my classic car back to Classics Plus cant thank them enough.
Very professional and great service! Had a small hiccup and they fixed the problem with 24 hours free of charge. It’s great having local companies that are proud of their work and will always make things right for the customer!

Dropped vehicle off for a misfire, shop had misdiagnosed the problem and the fix. When I asked the mechanic about how he knew that was the issue, he seemed displeased that I questioned his work. Currently working with a different shop.

These guys are just so cool!! Communication was great!! They listened to what I wanted or needed, and talked to me about future repairs and maintenance and what I should keep an eye on. Never once did they try to "sell" me on anything. I feel like I have a plan for my vehicle for future repairs and maintenance. They might not know it, but because of all of this, they took such a huge weight off of my shoulders. Do I recommend Rob's? ABSOLUTELY!! Rob is something good!!
After being recommended to this Auto Body Shop by a relative, I got into touch with the owner of the company, John. We had a salvage vehicle we were looking at selling due to the timing belt and potential piston damage. I asked John if he would take a look at salvaging it out or selling as is. After inspecting the vehicle, John called a couple salvage yards and told me we could get $850 for salvaging it out. John also said he might be interested in purchasing himself for the same price. He knew this was a salvage vehicle. After my son had the vehicle towed to the shop and he went to collect payment, John refused to pay my son more than $450, nearly half the agreed upon price. In addition to this, John was apparently very "rude" to my son, although more colorful language was used to describe his demeanor.
You know the old adage "good fast cheap, pick two" ?
Well most all things in life follow this rule but Rob's Auto Services might be the one exception! I will definitely keep servicing my car here.
Okay, I got my first car just over a year ago and I have been to multiple shops with it. Rob's has the HIGHEST quality services for the price, literally unbeatable. Their level of customer care is phenomenal, and the willingness of the mechanics to sit down and discuss a problem with those willing to listen is remarkable. Lifelong customer for sure, and anyone that sees this PLEASE CONSIDER SWITCHING TO ROB'S AUTO! BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE FOR MY CAR HANDS DOWN!

They are honest and not out to just make a quick buck by suggesting unnecessary repairs like many of the chains out there (Honest One is the worst-Goodyear is not much better). Definitely recommend!!
We had our car towed to Rob's when something happened with a wheel and was undriveable... Shawn was extremely helpful, kind and able to diagnose issue and fix it. We had our car back the next day. Very knowledgeable and attentive to details. We highly recommend Rob's Auto!!

Very satisfied with my experience at Rob’s auto. They are extremely down to earth gentleman who are honest and very communicative throughout your auto experience. I went into the shop thinking I was going to have a fairly expensive fix and through their diagnostic their technician found out that he could replace two $30 parts prior to replacing something very expensive and that did the trick! Thanks again for all your help!
I had Robs install suspension air bags on my truck and I really couldn't be happier with the custom installation. Great guys with great knowledge. The price was more than fair. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing any mechanical work. Skip those corporate chain shops and support an honest clean local shop!!
One of the best south of the river auto/truck repair shops around . Rob Shawn and Joel A-1 techs will not sell you what you don't need. only the repairs that are necessary.You will not find a better group that will not take you to the cleaners..
Robb and his mechanics are honest hard working men that are dedicated to their profession of helping people. Shawn is a excellent troubleshooter that will find the problem when no one else can.
Always honest and friendly. Very reasonably priced and not out to gouge you like certain other shops in Savage try to do. You repair whats needed, and no pressured to do anything else. Plus, Rob is a great guy to shoot the breeze with if you have to wait there. Highly recommended..
Rob's Auto has repaired all my family and extend family vehicles for years. I do my own repairs but sometimes they are so labor intensive that I just need somebody skilled that can do the job faster than I can. Rob's Auto never disappoints.
