D&L was recommended to me by a local Jeep dealership because I also had RV questions. After I fixed my initial problem, my heater went out, right as temperatures are dropping. We tried one part and it didn’t work(didn’t hurt to be replaced). When I called back they sensed the urgency and had someone out here the next day. There was a little communication mess up, but the guy who came out was super kind and owned up to his part. In the end we have heat and it didn’t cost us an arm and a leg. Now we are set for these even colder temps that are coming in. These are the guys to go to.
Was searching for a pipe fitting for my RV’s water heater and the gentleman working was super kind and he worked with me to get me a piece that would work! Definitely recommend stopping in for your RV needs if in the area, wide selection of RV specific products!
I had a kitchen facet leak in my camper while here from the Twin Cities. Gene and the whole staff were very friendly and full of information too solve the problem. We now have water and shut off valves.
They are great we came from FL for a visit and needed help with our propane monitor it kept going off they were booked 14 day out but took the time to help us DJ came to us on his lunch hour to check it out and came back after the shop closed to fix our furnace valve that another shop said was leaking and had capped off and would replace when we got home not thinking that we would need heat the end of May but they had snow one morning DJ hooked it back up and checked for leak there was none we had heat and he saved us a 350.00 supposedly needed valve repair he replaced the defective monitor and did a complete check on the propane lines we can't thank him enough for the honestly that he showed us unlike the other shop that we went to.
We're always satisfied with the quality of service and the professionalism of the staff. They also have a solid inventory that will keep us coming back!
These guys are great. We had a hydraulic leveling Jack on a motor home that wouldn’t retract when I needed to leave the state park. I called the guys at D & L for help and they had me back up and running within a couple of hours. A huge thanks goes out to those guys for fitting me into their schedule.
They answered the phone 10 minutes to close and still took my order for a windshield without a complaint. They picked up my car from the parking lot and put it right back when they were done. I drove to work with a cracked windshield and left work with a new one! They handled all the insurance and even vacuumed the carpets! Highley recommend.
