Didn't get her name but lady that answered the phone was very rude. When I called she answered the phone with "who is this". No company name or hello. Tried to ask a few questions and eventually hung up on her because of her attitude.

I attended the 3/29/2025 auction in Wickenburg AZ. I had a really great time. I purchased alot of amazing car parts and memorabilia. Yvette and her auctioneers and whole staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped us load all of our treasures! I would highly recommend this auction to anyone as a buyer or seller they are very professional.

VanDerBrink Auctions is the perfect solution to your classic car needs whether you are looking to buy or to sell your collection. Yvette and her crew are professional, organized and efficient. Yvette knows how to market the auction with the seller in mind. You can read about some of her auctions in Old Cars Weekly, Hagerty and Motor Trend. Follow VanDerBrink Auctions on FaceBook or her website. You can bid on-site or on-line through ProxiBid!! I look forward to her auctions!

Unreal!! If you're looking to sell your collection or stash of vehicles, you found the right Gal!!! Yvette knows how to advertise and market without wasting your money. She will work the crowd and "read" the crowd. Just to watch her sell is amazing. She has done many of our auctions and we couldn't be more happy with our turnout!! Make sure you follow her social media!

If I could give zero stars I would but that is unfortunately not an option. We recently bid on and won 5 cars from an auction in Sanger Texas. My husband and I drove to Texas for a separate event that happened to be occurring during the same week as the auction. Not knowing whether or not we would be winning anything or not we opted to bring cash. Mind you I read all of the auction descriptions that clearly stated how you could pay for your winnings. ALL of them said option 2. CASH. Once we won the five vehicles, we were told cash was not an option. We attempted to speak with Yvette to figure out how we could work it out since we were already in Texas without a bank, we were a member of in the entire state. Yvette was VERY rude, condescending, and unprofessional. It was quite honestly astounding how unprofessional she proceeded to be in the days ahead. All she wanted to do was argue that the ad did not read cash. Which was a moot point at this stage of game. (SHE WAS HOWEVER WRONG AND EMAILED LATER SAYING SO) but continued to be rude. We owed payment within 72 hours. I realized soon i could not have an intelligent professional conversation with Yvette so I opted for email. I told Yvette her money would be wired the next morning first thing with the assistance of someone back home that could help me out so we could be done with the whole matter. She then proceeded to email me back the following: Yvette VanDerBrink Fri, Jun 21, 9:44 AM (7 days ago) to 20martinezk, bcc: me Hi, Your Credit Card does not work for your purchases and your phone number doesn't either. I need payment for your GMC auction purchases. This needs to be taken care of. This is an elderly man's collection that is not well. WE need to get this resolved n paid for. YOU CAN NOT PAY ON SITE! I need to know how and when you are paying. This was due in 72 hours of winning the bid. Please call me, Yvette VanDerBrink VanDerBrink Auctions, LLC Mind you it hadn't been 72 hours! I told her I would be sending a wire transfer! We never once said we were paying on site. I found this whole thing to be not only concerning since I just told her how I was paying and when, but also insulting considering she was accusing us of not caring about an elderly man. It was also comical she said my telephone did not work, considering we had spoken several times the day before. We also asked for the sellers contact information since we were already in Texas (We live in Ohio) so that we could set up an arrangement to get our vehicles. She proceeded to refuse to give us his contact information on several occasions wanting us to go through her while is also in another state. Knowing this was not an option with such a difficult unprofessional person, I decided to find him ourselves and figure out situation out. We found the seller and had a great conversation with him! We were a wonderful man that by the way said he would have been happy to accept cash! He also continued to tell us how Yvette had been nothing but difficult with him as well. We spend several days getting some of our vehicles with the seller right by our side and even gracing us with lunch and water. We got to know the seller quite well in the few days and he even made the drive to Fort Worth with his wife to watch my daughter perform at the Will Rogers Coliseum. We plan to be in Texas again soon for the rest of our items and look forward to working with the seller directly. In the end I would highly discourage anyone from retaining VanDerBrink auctions for any of your auction needs. She is working for herself only. She will be rude to the people bidding and purchasing your belongings. She is unprofessional, rude and downright nasty to deal with.

Yvette VanDerBrink and her Auction Company Assisted my Auction Company in Grove City, PA in Selling a Military Issue Indian Motorcycle. She even wrote the ad for me to place on the HiBid Auction Platform. There aren't too many auctioneers that would go out of their way to do what she did for me. She even searched my company's information and called me to validate the proper Actions that were needed to help my Client. Very unselfish person and business woman. Highly recommend to anyone that needs a conscientious person to handle any type of auction. A+ Person and Company.

Yvette & her crew helped us get through what seemed an insurmountable job of selling all those Trans Ams & parts & real estate. She made it seem like it was a breeze by giving us smaller goals & good directions. She knows her stuff! Truly a gift! Many thanks! Sheila & Jeff

Purchased a non - running 1987 Monte Carlo SS that had roof damage not disclosed and not in photos. Strongly urge everyone to physically inspect all cars sold thru this auction. Was treated poorly by the auction queen when brought to her attention. Buyer beware. My response to your note: 1987 Monte Carlo SS and nothing noted in the add and yes I could have traveled the 1400 miles to look at it in person but there is no reason on a non running (damage was very obvious but not pictured and the roof was shown on other cars) - goes to show that I was not the only person this has happened to. Worse part is she made me feel like its my fault - the information that the roof was damaged would have affected the sale price tremendously and they know that. Integrity and auctioneering I guess do not go hand in hand. I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the auction in November here in Missouri. I will bring the Monte Carlo and maybe she can just resell it for me and get me my money back.

We recently used Vanderbrink Auctions for disposition of estate assets including cars, parts and memorabilia. This was a fairly complex endeavor, given the shear volume of items involved, culminating in a 3 day event that brought in live and online bidders from around the U.S. We couldn’t be happier with the results! We found Yvette and her entire team to be professional, well prepared and extremely knowledgeable and effective in all aspects of the process. A few key highlights that drove the success of this auction were - Yvette providing the family guidance starting at the early stages of how to prepare for an auction all the way through final setup; the marketing effort Yvette led to ensure there was broad awareness of the upcoming auction; and the well organized and executed auction event itself. One additional thing we’d add is that Yvette was always just a phone call away whenever we had a question or concern during the months-long process, providing insight and suggestions to help us overcome any obstacle we faced.

Attended the Vanderbrink-Roy Langlitz auction. 2 full days of non stop action. Yvette and her crew did a great job selling cars and trucks 1st day. Day 2 parts sales was phenomenal, thousands of parts, fast paced, and all handled professionally.

The management of VanDerBrink Auctions goes above and beyond to ensure each auction has a successful outcome. From days of going through & inventorying every single item that is going to cross the block to being present 48-72 hours after the final gavels been struck marking the final sale and auction end. A family business that represents your collections with respect.

I would be very careful about doing any bidding or business with this auction house. This company will "reset" auction lots and decline bidding privileges for no apparent reason. My interacrion: I was bidding on a vehicle up to $18,000 before I bowed out, and proceeded to bid on my runner up choice, when THEY decided to reset all the bids on the first truck. When inquired about the reset they said it so nonchalantly with no explanation, so I asked for a bid retraction on the runner up truck to reset my bids on the first choice. Mind you: Online bidding ALLOWS for bid retraction in their rules and I only asked but NEVER actually had any bids retracted. Only for this company to later, not only decline bidding privileges but then to make false allegations of bid retractions and negative assumptions but then to actually email ME that very conversation. This company is extremely unprofessional and at best has shakey ethics. Reply to owners comment: I completely understood, I also understood you have no problems lying about bid retractions that never happened and banning users under false allegations. My review stands accurate and true.

Yvette and the VanDerBrink Auction team ran an efficient and congenial auction. We traveled to CO for an antique car auction. We had a glitch with our bank and Yvette was flexible. A personal touch of accessibility, honesty, and integrity. I felt far more comfortable as a bidder with VanDerBrink than with larger outfits like “M.”, “B-J” and “C”. There’s a face and a family business that cares behind the name!

VanDerBrink Auction are well organized and get their client to be well organized. Action inventories are typically large one and they have people Knowledgeable in old cars. I have been to two auctions, one in North Dakota and one in Kansas in the past year. Kansas action are the attached pictures and my barn find. Both actions were lots of fun and contribute this to VanDerBrink Actions and Yvette...

I really like the types of auctions VDB does, although I've never attended one in person. I like to read about them in my old car magazines. This review is based on the fact that the results take way too long to be published on their website. The latest published results are from the May 30 auction! 4 auctions shown on the website after that with nothing.

The Seefert auction was a success. Yvette did a fantastic job with advertising, assisting customers, listing vehicles and product and keeping the family organized. Due to covid, auction was changed to on line only in place of a live auction. All went well with no major issues or concerns. Thanks Yvette!!!!!

I recently successfully enrolled and participated in the Virgil Marple auction. The process was simple even though I live in Australia. I was the successful bidder for the car I wished to purchase. Yvette and VanDerBrink offer an excellent platform far easier than many other in the USA . I would highly recommend this auction house . They have really assisted in the pickup process with their onsite manager Trevor really helpful. These guys are fantastic! Well done Yvette!

When I decided to sell I chose Yvette VanDerBrink and VanDerBrink Auctions, LLC, not because she is a relative but because of the reputation and integrity she has. She listed the last of the Andy Nordstrom Farm north of Brandon SD and advised me through the process of selling. The process was handled with attention and to my pleasant surprise greatly exceeded the selling price we had discussed. I would at any time recommend Yvette and her company to represent you with your selling needs . Darla L Nordstrom

I was an online bidder and I would counsel anyone considering bidding online to be very wary. I bid on, and won, a vintage Motorcycle for $3k. VDB's online bidding app (Proxibid) sent me 5 notifications that I had won. Later that day VDB's website confirmed that my lot had been won by me, at the $3k price. I booked cross country air ticket, hotel and a rental vehicle. The next day, the website showed me still as the winner, but when I emailed for their payment requirements I was advised by Yvette that I had not won, that the item had been won by an onsite bidder. An exchange followed which resulted in an email from Yvette stating "I do apologize, but that item was sold onsite." A later email from Yvette stated "it was our error and sold to onsite bidder." My request that VDB consider reimbursing me my costs due to their error was rebuffed and that is not the biggest issue IMO. If bidding online you can have no assurance that your bid won't be competed against even after you have been told that you won and when you have no opportunity to continue to bid online (proxibid showed that item as being closed with me the winner). I might consider using VDB in the future however ONLY if I am able to attend onsite and ensure no games are played. The VDB website now states that 'my' motorcycle was sold onsite for $3.25k.

After saving up and looking forward to the Tom Brown Auction for months, I have to say it was terrible!!!! We waited 7 hours to bid on seats, a door and a fender and finally gave up and left along with a lot of other customers. One auctioneers battery died in her mic and no spare!!!???? Everyone had to wait for one guy to do a huge sale with thousands of parts to auction off! Very unprofessional. Tom Brown may have made a lot of money, but he also lost a lot of money with all the people that got tired of waiting and left..........As you see below Vanderbrink is telling lies saying they remember me!!! I got tired of waiting and left before bidding on the stuff I wanted even started!!! I never talked to anyone there about anything! Ha! I was also not the only one who thought the auction was a bust. Yes everyone who bought cars was in and out but the rest took FOREVER! 7 hours and I finally left! It was not like I did not wait around to get to bid but after 7 hours I left. So ridiculous. Also, I would think a business would take a complaint and use it to move forward and apologize to the customer if they felt the business was not up to par, not lie and trash the customer. online. Very unprofessional. So to be clear, this auction sucked and obviously the people that own it suck.

I had to write a review to let the world know how great of service was provided by Yvette and her team of professionals at VanDerBrink Auctions. They made the ultimate nightmare into a fantastic dream! VanDerBrink Auctions are reasonable, reliable, responsible and have the best attitude, even when the horizon is looking grim. I will never use another auction service and will ALWAYS recommend VanDerBrink. I could not have been happier with any other auction service. Yvette is a genius when it comes to advertising and coordinating; from her use to Facebook Live to all of the contacts she has met in her career to make things happen instantly. Thank you Yvette, Bob, Jeff, Steve, Terry, and so many others for making the impossible a reality, and having a good time while doing it!
