Bought a 2014 F150 V6 twin turbo diesel engine. Was very satisfied with Scott Humphrey in Customer Service. Quotations were emailed immediately and calls returned promptly. He was polite and helpful. Not sure why they sell the twin turbos separate from the engine as engine is of no value without the turbos.

We called looking for a used motor and talked to Steph. He was very polite and professional. We had another question about a transmission and again he was very knowledgeable about that as well. We definitely will be working with him in the future! Yes- we did buy the motor from them.

Do not call this place if you do not have an account! This place was a great place to buy parts before it was bought by terrible LKQ in 2011. Ever since? They are what they sell Junk. You people really scrape the bottom of the barrel when you are hiring. The absolute worst customer service ever! In fact I have never had a good interaction with any LKQ location. I have tried giving them a few more chances but never again; this last time was it for me. After 3 or 4 times of calling in and pressing "6" to get parts for my own vehicle a guy answered. I told him what I was looking for and after I gave him the details he said do you have an account? I told him no and he put me in a different queue for online sales. I went through these new prompts and waited on hold for 22 min! Never again they do not deserve my business or yours; avoid at all costs!

delayed my part 4 times with horrible communication, I had to call customer service every day to get updates and every time it was "im unsure whats going on with your part, but it should be ready soon" 1 MONTH DELAY FROM ORIGINAL PICKUP. Finally when the part was ready, I get there and its rusty and has holes in it. Extremely disappointed.

Must not like doing business, they never answer the phone. I get a hold of one guy on apparently the wrong extension and he immediately hangs up on me and dumps me into an automated system where no one ever answers. No goodbye, nothing. Just straight to an endless recording. For years I only came here for parts, now I avoid it because the customer service is so horrid. I fix cars professionally, about 120 a year, but clearly my business isn’t important to them.

4 days of trying to call. Cannot get through to live person. No voice mail. Don't want to make an account to see of they have a part online. Just want to call and ask a live person and pick up. Obviously order only online store. Zero stars wasn't an option. 30 years of getting parts here and now you cannot call and reach a live person anymore. Sad that it was started happily serving the public and sold to LKQ only to serve convince for then and fill thier pockets.

Anytime I need a set of used tires specifically for my kids cars. This is where I go. They're always well priced available to inspect and easy to get. Also a great place to get used parts. If they don't have them on the shelf there which is rare they will order it in from a different facility.

Tryd calling multiple times to get a quote on an engine. Can't get ahold of anyone and there is no voice mail set up so there is no way to get a message through.

These people are probably the most organized auto salvage business that I have EVER dealt with. They found my trunk in another state, and shipped it here for a very fair price for the condition.
Special Thanks to Scott H. for finding me the part and thank you to the kind lady that gave me my fair price, and thanks to the cool guys at door 9 who were very kind also.

This place sucks. They are not helpful and the parts they actually have are severely overpriced. They rarely have what you need, despite having an absolute massive yard! Typical corporate buyout result. Take your business elsewhere!!!

Absolutely awful communication. Horrible experience. The company refused as a whole to even communicate with me about a transmission we purchased that was BAD and had a warranty on it. We are out almost $300 when we should have gotten a new transmission that was stated in the warranty. Absolutely do not recommend going to this company for anything. Complete negligence.

The customer service here has gone down hill and complete trash when you call. The online is terrible and quality. I prefer to call and drive from work to get the part. The guy on the phone let out gasp like he was annoyed and transferred me to something that didn't exist. My friend called a week ago and they were rude. They are all garbage. This place used to be good and friendly. Now it's pathetic.

Waited for about 10 minutes before I was helped out. Was the only person there! One person on the phone and one just ignored me. All to find out they didn't have a part I needed. Won't be back. I've had way better help from U Pull R Parts. Won't be going back here.

Since when can't you call a junkyard to ask if they have parts? I tried calling LKQ looking for a set of tires and apparently they want you to go online and look for parts yourself that way... I went online like I was told to and there's 480 listings of spare tires... Called back and got some national call center in Ohio... Guy had a mouthful of marbles and I couldn't understand him... He told me I called the wrong number and proceeded to read off the exact number a was number I was talking to him through... Then he told me I used the wrong prompt but I tried to use a different prompt under a mechanical shop... I told the guy I was looking for a set of tires and he hung up on me... What kind of service is that?!? I've been going to coming with my dad for years... Once LKQ took over it seems like everything went down hill now they they're a franchise...

I’ve bought replacement motors for 2 Focus STs (bought escape motors as they’re identical) and they both work. Bought a replacement motor for my 2006 Silverado, but this time it has the harnesses chopped up a lot worse, someone took a saw through the intake (weird as it was rear ended), and generally it was just a bad pull. You can tell someone compassionate for saving motors pulled the escape motors while the last motor I purchased was pulled by someone careless. Picking up my 4th motor from this location for s 1.5 Ford Fusion today. The location itself has amazing customer service. I just wish LKQ online had a will-call option so I didn’t have to call and have them do will-call instead of shipping - annoying for 2022.

The day I went to pick up a wheel for my car the facility was having network issues at no fault of their own. The staff was quick to find work arounds to not only help myself but the other customers. I have never seen such professionalism from every part of a company and ingenuity happen in the blink of an eye. I can't see myself going anywhere else ever.

Needed a car part and this place is the only one to have it, needed it for a drivers test on Thursday after months of scheduling and will no longer be able to take it. Called Friday for a car part they said they had it and it will be ready Monday morning, so we pulled the part and payed for it that Friday. Go in Monday morning they claim they have not pulled it out of the car even though they said it would be ready. Go in this morning, Tuesday morning, and they told us they sold it someone else! When we have already pulled it and payed for it…

I called to see if they had a part for my car I was told on the phone they did. So I made the 40 mile one way drive. I got there and was told by the large gentleman behind the counter that "they didn't read the fine print for the year". How is the date a fine print thing? The guy then looks at me and with a snide tone in his voice he gave me a very hollow "oh sorry". I will NEVER shop there or recommend any mechanic friends to give them any business. The guy made no attempt at trying to figure out some way to rectify the situation. If I could give negative stars I would give negative 5 stars.

Usually a great solution for those parts you can't get at a parts house, been using them for years. That said, the past few orders I've made there have been wrong. Wrong door handles, wrong mirror. Like really wrong. Wrong in ways that don't make any sense when you consider all the details they ask for over the phone. Still planning on going here but the extra trips I've been having to make are very frustrating.

Called ahead to make sure part was available for pickup and the gentleman I spoke with was very polite and helpful. When we arrived to get our part the person behind the front desk was equally polite and helpful! Overall spoke with 5 separate individuals to aquire my part each person was helpful, kind, and respectable! This business seems very well organized and impressively efficient! Will purchase from again if needed!

Went to get a simple used steel 16'' Chev rim for my spare tire. Didn't have it in stock so I had him order one. Waited the 2 days and called to see if it was in. Waited on hold 6 min and hung up. Went there and I was the only customer in there. Nobody looked my way to help me. Finally a man said, she can help you down here. Went to the window and she was texting on her cell. Got off the cell and found my part. He had ordered the wrong size rim. :(. At this point I just wanted my $$ back. She said it would take 5-10 days to get my refund check in the mail. I said fine. Back to the cashier, and she printed a check right then...??... not the 5-10 days. Slow and unfriendly to say the least. Got a alum stock matching chev rim with a tire on it at You Pull it Parts for the same price as the used steel at LKQ. Same day and I didn't have to pull it.

Its nice to have the parts pulled for me, but the process is painfully slow. I called ahead to have a part pulled for me, but when I got there, I still had to talk to one of the people at the counter to have a work order pulled for the cashier. Apparently, the only purpose of calling ahead is to check the inventory.
The last few times, there were only 2 people at the counters and they were constantly on the phone with customers. I had to wait 15 minutes just to talk to somebody. Once they submitted the work order to the cashier, they still had to bring it up from the warehouse.
I could have driven a few miles to the pull it yourself yard and done it myself in about the same amount of time as it took them. Since they became franchised by LKQ, the operation has become a painfully slow process.Feb 07, 2018
