Malcom messaged me respomding to an ad I had needing scrap removal. His crew came out and took it away. In conversation he mentioned he does moving as well. So I hired him to move some expensive pinball machines. 20 of them. I couldnt be happier. The crew was on time and loaded each one on the truck with ease. Wrapped in Blankets and strapped in so they wouldnt rub and.get scratched. I will use them again in the future if needed.

Honesty, Professionalism, and Integrity is what Junk Truck embodies from the owner down to the day to day workers! I got a new oven, garden hose cart, and some Kbid items from them, and everything was exactly as described and worked well! One stop shop for junk removal and for household needs! The service was exceptional. The crew was right on time (actually got there a few minutes before me) and I think it took a total of 20 minutes from the time I opened the storage door, to getting everything loaded, to the time they were done and driving away. I had the pleasure of hiring Junk Truck for moving. I had 2.5 storage units that I kept my household items in for 4 years while I waited for our forever home. His team was absolutely phenomenal. They moved with care, had clear communication, and didn’t judge me for all the the things I forgot I had. I would hire them over and over again but hopefully I stay put for my lifetime!

This service is GREAT! Our 5 bedroom house quickly sold and we needed all the help we could get. Malcom and his “junk truck” & staff were there. Moving items to another location in Northfield, moving heavy items to the garage for pick up, loading the 24 foot U-Haul and taking our stack of donations. We would have been lost without his help.

Malcolm was very prompt in answering texts, kept us abreast of their ETA, and did a great job. Very friendly & efficient. Will definitely use them again.

They helped us when my dad's house flooded and then again when my step mother passed away. The compassion and gentle nature of the owner and all their employees was next level. I was really impressed by the work ethic of this business and it's employees. They recently packed and moved my senior mother and did an excellent job. I was somewhat concerned about hiring a business that charges by the hour because of past experiences with workers milking the clock to take longer than the job required. This was NOT the case here. They worked very efficiently. They were all very pleasant and friendly and Malcolm was so easy to work with. We hired Junk Truck because of the many great reviews they had and will now be recommending them to anyone we know in need of movers or junk hauling services.

We hired Malcolm to move my elderly mom into Three Links Apartments. He and is crew were great from beginning to end! Malcolm was very professional, understanding and patient. He listened to what she wanted, and worked with us on the details. He was prompt, did what he said he would, and was as nice as could be. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Their service and quality of work are ●●●OUTRAGEOUS!●●● I still can't believe it. I texted them yesterday morning, in a major bind. I needed the house cleaned out by the end of the day so I could close on the sale of the house today. TO-DAY! A ridiculous ask! A blizzard was coming but they rearranged their tight schedule and fit me in. The haulers were so sweet and didn't bat an eye at all the stuff I needed to have them take. Never said no to anything. They left everything neat and tidy, picked up any messes from tearing stuff apart. The guy that I worked with (I'm assuming it was the owner but I can't remember for sure) was so very kind and encouraging. Didn't seem phased by my panic, which was comforting. I could have lost the sale of my house but they literally saved the day!!! I'm posting this on Facebook and sharing their info with cleaning businesses, realtors, home organizers and everyone else. Fantastic resource!

Great experience overall! Malcom and his crew are quick to respond, fast to the job and managed to finish it all in a day! These fellows are phenomenal!! They came and helped me out from a pinch, did not even charge me for the extra work and showed up when no one else would. The owner is the most professional individual I have encountered in the recent past. He takes his time to visit with you and come to how he can best help you. Malcolm's crew moved Mom to a retirement center apartment 3 years ago. Yesterday they moved her to assisted living in the same facility. Both moves were a godsend! The movers were efficient, professional, considerate, and took direction extremely well, even when our staging for the moves were a bit of a mess. Use them and rest easy their work will exceed your expectations!

Being from out of state, finding a trusted provider to help clean out my parent’s estate kept me up at night given the degree of accumulation and complexity of heavy equipment remaining. I tried, but was eventually overwhelmed and couldn’t handle it myself. I was introduced to Malcolm and his team, they perfectly partnered with me to complete the cleanout and help sell the equipment efficiently. His team was amazing in their creativity and problem solving. The communication was excellent. Malcolm delivered above and beyond, including helping to manage the total project cost. We had a great experience with Junk Truck Minnesota. We had to clean out my mom’s place after she moved into a nursing home and they made everything so easy and the price was great too. We couldn’t have done it ourselves. So thankful we found Malcolm and his business here in Northfield. Will definitely call him again!

A crew of two worked non-stop for some five hours to move my house furniture from one site to another, within Northfield MN. They were excellent. They handled everything carefully, worked methodically, dismantled (and putting together again when necessary) with expertise, loaded skillfully (to ensure only one trip), unloaded efficiently, and placed, sometimes more than once, items exactly where I requested. They worked well as a team, and throughout were courteous and attentive. I give my enthusiastic endorsement.
