Immediately when I walked in everyone looked like I was going to rob the place. No one was happy or greeting. Every question seemed to be a bother and as if they were ready to fight. They charge for cards so I had to get cash and come back before I could see the car. When I got back there I noticed that they put all the debris from the other person's car in the backseat of our car and scratched up the leather seats. When I went back to ask if they could remove the items and take the cleaning fee off they said they couldn't - I just spent $800 with them and they couldn't budge on $50 for damage seats. My son just got into an accident and was injured and no one could crack a smile or be decent. So no I won't be doing business with them or recommend them. The two stars are for the tow truck driver that brought my car back, he was very nice and did a great job.
Great job. Gave the driver specific instructions and he followed through with no issues. Quick service! Let them know ahead of time of what service you need before the driver pulls up.
The tow driver was a little later than scheduled but the office called and notified us which was very nice. The man (I wish I could remember his name) who came was very nice and worked with the car efficiently and we felt confident with his handling of our car.
Such a great experience at every turn. The person helping me over the phone was kind and patient and then the gentleman who towed the car was very friendly and helpful.
I forgot guy name but he was nice, polite and helpful, show up in less then 25 min and rescued us. Truck broke down from a fuel regulator

Picked up my vehicle in time and delivered to destination right away. Driver knew exactly what he was doing while loading up. Not sure if $300.00 for a 4 Mike trip one way is a normal price.
Called and was told that the tow truck would be here in 20-25 minutes. Called back spoke to some lady and she was so incredibly rude and nasty when I asked for a refund. Unreliable and unprofessional.
This towing towing company Lafy that answering all the call suck so bad. When I call the their office she told me they will come about 2 hour I waited all night they never come and I call back in there morning and she has the gutt to tell me that I should of call them back but I call three time and she has the same exuce so she should get fire or you will loose your business..I will never use this towing service any more in the future..

Worst place you could get your car towed to. My truck didn't have a title because previous owner didn't bond it & even though I had all paperwork, bill of sale defective title bond paperwork that was stamped by state, proof of insurance & ticket with plate number of my truck on it, the guy still wouldn't let me get my things out of it. I also am in assistance so had letter confirming that. He still wouldn't give me my things. I had a beautiful rug that was valued at no less then $7,000 on top of my truck. & this company refused to do ANYTHING without title. This place is a scam, rip off company that should be ashamed of themselves. That rug would of gotten me off the streets. Now still homeless & cold. I'm 60 years old. Shame on you!
Didn't get business card from driver, was told I could get my stuff but towing place says I have to pay my bill. They took my home & work away from me. Plus left me on side of road til my ride came.
