My wife was stranded with a flat tire and had tried to get ahold of 2 other tow companies and neither were willing to just put a spare on. These guys answers first ring and stated it would be 30-60 minutes but would try to hurry. They showed up in 20 and had her on the road in 40. They were kind and respectful. I will always recommend a company that goes above and beyond.
The guy I got to tow my vehicle was very helpful and understanding. The price is a bit much for a flat rate fee, and they refused to share their flat rate fee with me over the phone until my vehicle arrived which made it extremely difficult to have the money in-hand on time prior to them closing at noon when they are only open for 2 hours during the weekend. I work the entire weekend and work late shifts during the week. My vehicle was impounded by New Hope police Unlawfully, they will get their own review. Overall will definitely reach back out if ever needing their services again
I needed quick service on a Sunday after getting my car stuck into a snowbank. They were to my location within an hours time and got me out within minutes. Charged me a more than fair price for the service they provided and the tow guy was really cool.
Very patient and cautious. It was a very stress free way to move a vintage bike in the winter weather. A+ to fellow rider and flatbed master Bob. Ride on!
Immediately when I walked in everyone looked like I was going to rob the place. No one was happy or greeting. Every question seemed to be a bother and as if they were ready to fight. They charge for cards so I had to get cash and come back before I could see the car. When I got back there I noticed that they put all the debris from the other person's car in the backseat of our car and scratched up the leather seats. When I went back to ask if they could remove the items and take the cleaning fee off they said they couldn't - I just spent $800 with them and they couldn't budge on $50 for damage seats. My son just got into an accident and was injured and no one could crack a smile or be decent. So no I won't be doing business with them or recommend them. The two stars are for the tow truck driver that brought my car back, he was very nice and did a great job.
Great job. Gave the driver specific instructions and he followed through with no issues. Quick service! Let them know ahead of time of what service you need before the driver pulls up.
The tow driver was a little later than scheduled but the office called and notified us which was very nice. The man (I wish I could remember his name) who came was very nice and worked with the car efficiently and we felt confident with his handling of our car.
Such a great experience at every turn. The person helping me over the phone was kind and patient and then the gentleman who towed the car was very friendly and helpful.
Picked up my vehicle in time and delivered to destination right away. Driver knew exactly what he was doing while loading up. Not sure if $300.00 for a 4 Mike trip one way is a normal price.
Didn't get business card from driver, was told I could get my stuff but towing place says I have to pay my bill. They took my home & work away from me. Plus left me on side of road til my ride came.
