I was out running errands and midway through my car wouldn't start and my key fob was locked in the ignition. I requested roadside assistance through my insurance and they connected me with US Motors Towing. A technician, Jay, arrived in less than ten minutes! He fixed my issue with my battery in less than a minute and even spent an extra moment helping me to replace the spare tire and equipment in the place it had been removed from. Jay was very friendly and so helpful. I was able to get back on the road immediately. I would gladly call this company for help again!

Amer was awesome! I called and they told me he would be there in around 30-40 minutes and he arrived in 34 minutes. He was fast and very friendly! I hopefully won't need a tow in the future, but if I do I know who I am calling!

Such a great experience. I got stuck due to a hose busting for my radiator. I called 3 other shops before this one and the wait time was 1-2 hours. I called and was told our driver could be there in 20 minutes! Very kind and respectful and the price was not bad at all!
