A CAC boot went bad on my RV ('08 F550, 4x4, 6.4L) on a Thursday night. I spoke to Matt friday morning and he got me in right away. They not only took care of the boot, but also ended up replacing a leaky hydroboost cylinder that same day (2nd shift).
There aren't many shops that would even touch my rig. Equipment Services didn't even hesitate!
I definitely will be back for future service needs!!!

We take all of our Sprinter Vans to Universal Body Shop. Amy and Jeremy are so great to work with! They always squeeze us in and figure out how to get our vans back in service as fast as possible. Universal goes above and beyond - Amy even pr-ordered a wiring harness we needed and went to bat w/ insurance for us to make sure it was covered so we could get our vehicle back on the road ASAP!

We had a complicated battery/electrical issue with our Sprinter Van, and we needed the van to be working & available in a very short amount of time. We had entered a festival as a sponsor and the van was the centerpiece of our sponsorship. The festival is this Saturday, July 12, and we learned yesterday, Wednesday, July 9, that the van wouldn't start, wouldn't move & wouldn't do anything.
My wife was pretty panicked, understandably. Based on previous interactions we'd had with Universal and the Perry family (it's a family owned business, owned by an amazing family called the Perrys), I told my wife, confidently, "Don't worry, we'll call Universal and it'll be all good."
So we did. And as I write this review, today, Thursday, July 10, which honestly I should've written years ago, I am more grateful to Mike, Andy & Ben than they could EVER know. They stepped up in a big, big, big way. I was able to reach Mike last night, who texted Andy, who texted me early this morning with an arrival time for Ben, their awesome repair tech. Ben showed up right on time, with a huge smile, a positive "let's get this done" attitude, a humble but confident expertise, and patience of a saint.
It was an excellent experience overall, but here's what REALLY made it amazing and worthy of this super long review...
Ben, the AWESOME repair tech, echoed what I already knew - that the Perry family is an AWESOME family, great people to work for, that Andy is "Mr. ON IT" and that Mike, the recently promoted president of the company, is the best boss - cool under pressure, kind & patient, but yet so earnest about running the business like a business should be run.
This told me that not only is Ben the kind of dude who exudes positivity, excellence AND gratitude, instead of negativity, mediocrity and entitlement... but it also brilliantly convinced me that Universal Truck Service is the best kind of business - one that is successful because from top to bottom, everyone feels valued and has bought in on the mission.
Top notch in every way. Amazing. I wish more businesses were like them.

Michelle and Andrew we're fantastic I ended up getting a flat on my trailer and thought I got it plugged stopped in and they tried to air up my tire and will the plug right out but they were able to swap my spare on right away for me no issues quick fast and friendly service would recommend to anybody in an emergency situation to give these guys a call they'll take care of you!
Had a wonderful experience. Called day in advance to schedule my driver in for a full service and check engine light. Was told they would get me in the following evening. Driver showed up at 130pm following day expecting to wait. Got right in. Communication was great. Did not try to upsale me on anything. Did the service first, checked truck over really good. Gave me a list of options if things that needed attention. Some more urgent than others. Picked which ones I wanted to have done. No pressure from them on fixing any of them. All my choice. Everything I asked to have done was done in a timely manner. Very polite people. Will be back.

I came in with an emergency air bag replacement. They scheduled me in even though they have a full schedule. Michele and Matt are always accommodating, professional and honest! If you need emergency road, service or just a light bulb, Universal Truck Service is your One Stop Shop.
My truck broke down with an electrical issue in Rosemount, MN at 8pm at night. I called and spoke to Michelle, who was extremely polite, professional, and caring. They were able to get a mobile truck out to me in about 45 minutes. The service guy, Joe, was able to diagnose and fix the issue within about 20 minutes. He was also very polite and helpful with explaining the issue and what he was doing and he was doing it. I cannot recommend this company enough. I hope to not need any service calls in awhile, but if I do, I know my first call will be Universal Truck Service!

Broke turbo clamp at my customer called Universal truck service within 2 hours or less came out fixed the problem very professional and did a great job would definitely recommend this place for any repairs needed
Michelle, thanks a lot. They helped me a lot and are standing by their reputation. They replaced the radiator, and the first one was aftermarket, which failed after a month. They replaced it with a OEM one, and I only paid the difference. Everything is under warranty. This place is committed to doing a good job and proving it.
My company has all three of our HD trucks serviced at this location. Universal is always upfront and honest about any problems or repairs. We even had an emergency with one of my customers that required one truck specifically that was still at Universal over the weekend and was to be picked up on Monday and Michelle went out of her way and put her weekend on hold to get me my truck back on Sunday when they weren’t even open. Huge shoutout to Michelle for kicking ass and making it happen!

First and foremost this place treats you like family right from the get-go! First time I ever brought my truck here I had mixed feelings about it since I was a 2 truck operations and couldn’t handle my truck being in service for a few days, but thanks to Michelle my truck was done before said time. Michelle the over night manger takes into consideration that our trucks need to be done and done correctly in a timely manner and fashion. Her demeanor and manners is what attracted me into continuing doing business with Universal. Every time I come in she remembers my name even though it’s a foreign name and not many people can even pronounce it right. Last time I was in the shop I told them that I need my truck that night for a route and she said she should would try to get it to me before than even though it wasn’t promised she still delivered. Thanks to Michelle and her team at Universal Truck Service! You’ll be definitely seeing me around a lot more.

Great shop! Had the pleasure of working with Michelle (hope that's how she spells her name) my starter had went out on my truck in unfortunately I had to get it towed to universal truck service but definitely glad I chose this particular shop. The staff and mechanics were very friendly and always kept me updated on everything they were doing day by day. Definitely recommend universal! Hope I don't have to go back but if need be I wouldn't hesitate. Thank you guys!
Check out the body shop. I was more than impressed with the job that they did and the time it took to complete. You can't make money when your vehicle sits so Jeremy and his crew got us back making money quickly.
I work with Beltmann North American and my Volvo truck was have a DEF problem. I was under a VIP load that had to go and this shop went out of their way to get me in and out the same day! I would recommend them to everyone! They were very polite and there rate was affordable.
I bought a trailer whit reefer here and this dealership the trailer and reefer started to give a lot problem next day, i put now like a 10,000 and this trailer the reefer broke down i put new reefer. I put the 8 new tires in the trailer, the doors on the trailer don't close right, one of the pin for slide the tender was broken and more more more problems.
NO I DON'T NOT RECOMMEND
Jeff Jordan and Bryan provided my truck with excellent service for a fair price. Highly recommend this establishment. They also have parts and a trailer shop for repairs ask for Mike he is great. Couldn't be more happy with my overall experience!
