Josh (and partner) from Luther Total Transport was incredible when it came to towing a corvette out of a busy and tight parking lot! His problem skills were admirable, and he did it with an affectious attitude. Will definitely use Luther Total Towing ( but hope not ) if needed in the future. Thank you again!
Giving Cameron and Luther Towing a 5 star review here. He really went above and beyond with my tow experience. Anybody who experiences car breakdowns and uses insurance claims knows what a hassel and expense your tow experience can be. It is literally a lowest point in your day and really the best you can hope for is the kindness of strangers; even though they are just doing their job. Cameron exhibited excellent customer service by being able to communicate the correct steps in dealing with a 3rd party off shore insurance call center such that I did not have to call them back a fourth time! Cameron was the first to arrive for this tow request just short of a 2 hour wait time in the Twin Cities, which I appreciate. He is both courteous and engaging and took very good care of my car. It wound up being a busted gear shift linkage and not a whole transmission, thank God. You have a really good employee here. Take care.
I had an amazing experience with Cam at Luther Towing Service! He was incredibly helpful and professional. Cam took the time to examine my car and gave me solid advice on what to do next. He pointed out that my car wasn't working properly because I was low on gas, which I really appreciated. What impressed me even more was that he followed me to the gas station with his truck to ensure I got there safely. Cam truly went above and beyond, and I think he deserves a raise for his outstanding service!
Tried calling to report one of their drivers for reckless behavior on the highway but they didn’t answer their phone and the mailbox is full so here we are.
Didn’t catch the license plate because the trailer was blocking it, but one of their trucks came up on me fast in the left lane on 36 and tailed me for a few miles until I got over. He then continued to tail the car ahead of him in the left lane and swerve between traffic, until he got off on 35E. As I passed him I saw he was wearing earbuds as well.
One of these mouth breathing troglodyte drivers tailed me down 94, and once he had the opportunity, was going 80-90 in a 60mph zone. I am CERTAIN it was one of YOUR drivers, so don't try to pull that, since this has clearly been reported before about three weeks ago by someone else. I am assuming it's the same guy, as he had earbuds in when he passed me. he was putting others at risk by weaving through traffic, and even almost clipping someone. absolute WRECKLESS behavior. someone should fire this dude. NOW. this happened about 10pm on July 13 if you need to line up the timelines.

Absolute worst customer service ever experienced in any business in 40 years of doing any kind of business. I will never suggest them to anyone. This guy cursed at me after i complained about waiting longer than he said it would be. Last week he did it without a peep from me. I waiting six hours after being told it would be an hour. This time he said the 12 o'clock hour which it now is. I called to see where my tow was. And he starts to go off on me. Then he hung up on me. Wow
Not too happy with the towing fee, but the excellent and kind services make up for it. I would use their services again if I needed to.

So I needed my 68 t- bird towed . So when I called dispatch , I asked if they could tow it . To be careful with my car , they said yes they would. So the driver came out his name was Joe , this guy was awesome, very careful used straps instead of chains , and made sure that my tailpipes didn't hit by using plastic spacers. And dropped off the car in my driveway which single car with steps on on side of my house which made it narrow . Back it up like nothing, my wife and I appreciated taking of our vehicle like it was yours . Thanks again Joe . Would definitely call you again if I needed a tow. Highly recommended this guy.
So my Jeep broke down right after I got new tires and needed a tow and called my insurance for the roadside assistance, it did take awhile but it was during rush hour and Joe the driver apologized for taking awhile but it was understandable and to make matters worse for him I was only 2 blocks away from my house so he drove a while to bring me 2 blocks and didn't complain once, he also was so nice and helpful with some tips and told me my car shouldn't have even got new tires because the frame has been cracked for a minute and the stress of me touching the brakes probably was to much and told me where to take it to have it looked at but after he inspected it told me that my insurance would probably total it seeing it is a manual. So I want Joe to know how much he had changed my attitude for the night and how much I appreciated his tips, he was a very great person and I was so happy to just be over with this day, I would recommend Luther and Joe to anyone that needs a tow. THANKS AGAIN JOE!
My towing service was late but the customer service outweighed it all. Josh was very nice, apologetic, and professional. If I need a tow I would love to have Josh again for service. Job well done Josh!
I had a flat tire without a serviceable spare, and requested roadside assistance via my insurer. I was quickly assigned this towing company, who were prompt, professional, and communicative. I called them to receive an update on ETA, and the dispatcher was very helpful. The driver gave me a call when they were about ten minutes away. My vehicle was towed without issue within their 1.5 hour estimated timeframe, and the driver was very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of towing!
When my car broke down, insurance directed me to Luther Towing & Service as a towing service. What an absolute disaster that turned out to be. They didn’t arrive at their expected time (1 hour after being dispatched) and when I called to see what was going on, they said there was construction blocking part of the route. There’s usually not much construction blocking entire areas of downtown Minneapolis in January, so this seemed pretty odd. They said they’d be there soon. After another hour of waiting, my insurance gave me an updated time, almost another hour of waiting for three hours total. Upon arriving, the tow truck driver said he had another call he went to first, no mention of the construction excuse. I will never go with this company again, and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else. I’d rather pay someone off the street to help me push my car than go with this unprofessional company.
I had exceptional customer service from Chris! I had called for a tow and before he got started he took the time to ask me questions and asked if he could try to start it. I said sure, and he proceeded to do a “ flood clear” start, and it started right up. He saved me a tow and a $170 diagnostic fee at the dealership! I was very thankful, and so appreciative that he took the time to go the extra mile.
Geico sent this company out to change my tire after a different tow company cancelled. They called me right away to let me know the ETA and the man that came was so nice. Since I’ve never drove on a spare before he let me know the max speed I should drive and how long spares usually last. Definitely would recommend!
I'm extremely disappointed. I don't think the driver's battery pack was strong enough or fully charged.
I had to pay your competitor out of my pocket and they had a stronger battery pack and had my car running in under 1 minute. I Will refuse your service and always request KJ's towing they are superior to you.
They arrived several hours after the time I was given. I didn't wait and they got my car all the way to the opposite side of the Twin Cities and did everything correctly. Not a horrible experience.
Nobody calls a towing company when they are having a good day. Bailey chatted me up and made me forget the stress of being broke down. Plus magically as their tow truck was dropping off their last call and headed my way my van mysteriously started.
So I didn't actually get the tow but I can attest to the good people working there.
Poor service, over charge! I got my car towed by them at 315am and I picked it up at 730am, to charge me $268 for just about 4hrs. Dispatch told me I couldn’t pick up sooner to call at 1pm to make an appointment.!? So I had to call the owner to figure this out. When I went to pick up the car the owner met me there and he apologized but couldn’t give me a good reason why he would charge that much. Unreal!!
Beat the estimated arrival time, Josh was friendly and competent. Got me up and running in minutes. Have used Luther Towing before, always have been great.

Had an excellent experience with Luther Towing. Dave was the driver who picked me up and he did a great job. They responded very quickly and were on-site faster than their own estimate. (Additionally - another towing company told me they were too busy to provide a tow, white Luther was on-site in about 20 minutes.) Dave was professional and worked quickly. It was very cold (-5) and he didn't mince words - just had me stay warm in the truck while he loaded the car. I got my car delivered to the shop smoothly. Good service, I will seek them out again.
Had an accident car not drivable anymore called Geico and they sent Cameron to take care of me. He was knowledgeable, caring and considerate of my situation under the circumstances he got me home and put my broken car in a nice spot. I really appreciate y’all.

All I can say is wow! Needed a tow and called Geico since I have road side assistance (First time having to use it in 15 years). Bailey was my first point of contact calling and talking me through everything including the miles over what Geico covers and the cost. Then Cameron called to say he was heading to my vehicle and also asked if I was aware of the extra miles which i appreciate knowing what im getting into and costs before the job is done. Both super friendly and I knew exactly what I was looking to pay and ETAs from start to finish. You made a bad situation very calming and comfortable! Thank you!
