Josh (and partner) from Luther Total Transport was incredible when it came to towing a corvette out of a busy and tight parking lot! Geico sent this company out to change my tire after a different tow company cancelled. They called me right away to let me know the ETA and the man that came was so nice. Since I’ve never drove on a spare before he let me know the max speed I should drive and how long spares usually last. Definitely would recommend!
They arrived several hours after the time I was given. I didn't wait and they got my car all the way to the opposite side of the Twin Cities and did everything correctly. Not a horrible experience.
Nobody calls a towing company when they are having a good day. Bailey chatted me up and made me forget the stress of being broke down. Plus magically as their tow truck was dropping off their last call and headed my way my van mysteriously started.
