We were given this business number to purchase a used motor. When we first called the person was nice. We paid for it and then another guy called back and said “I don’t feel good about this transaction” and backed out of the deal. All because my husband was asking questions about it. I’d give them a no star.
Sold us a rear axle off this truck. Claimed it’s in good condition we wasted 4 hours driving and when we called back to return it they just said come bring it back and we’ll issue a refund. No apology, just waste more time. How could they sell parts in this condition? Very bad customer service.

Sold us a bad transmission and we tried calling them several times and their number said out of service, we then sent an email from their website and got no reply. We called other companies located near them to see if they were still in business. Finally got them on the phone today and they are fusing to make it right. Over $1000 down the drain and crappy service.

Called few months ago for tires and was told we will call you back well that never happen and got them else where. Then 2 weeks ago called about a battery then had to call back finally they had a battery. Then when I was in there asked about a part and it was a Tuesday and was told will call me next day or two. Well waited 1 week later to guy saying we'll I didn't get to it yet which is a part my 12 year old can take off in about 5 minutes. Well waited till end of the 2 week and no calls. It's a BS place and was told by other people that him and his cousin are like the and his cousin owns car Kraft and long story about car Kraft. Do not buy anything from this place if you run a business don't be rude to your customers and follow up instead of ghosting customers. Just like tires that I called about and nothing.
Call about 2 days ago about some parts for a Dodge pickup ABS waited 2 days called back up to speak to the gentleman that took care of me Chris apparently he got upset because I called twice in the same day and then told me that he wasn't going to sell me anything apparently my dollars on green enough for them give me a number to another place which don't have them and that's not why I called I called them because they had it the service was I guess you could say horrible
Excellent customer service! Showed me pictures of the parts before I bought them. Prices were reasonable and one of the only junkyards around that had parts for my type of car.
Often people forget why parts people are so unhelpful. And I see that in the reviews. People buy used parts and try to scam the company in one way or another. Pro fast got me my part. That was good enough for me.
I rarely write reviews but deemed this necessary to warn other customers to stay away. Have gone to many junk yards in the twin cities but never have I experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior like at this junk yard. They yelled, humiliated me, and laughed in my face about the whole situation. People are right that these folks need some anger management courses. Can't believe they are still in business stay away from this trash place.
They act like an old junkyard, where people didn't care for customers. This guy claims not to hear what am saying, yells and hangs up. Really arrogant 🙄.
Whoever I was talking to on the phone was very rude and unprofessional I believe his name was Chris, all i asked was when the part would be pulled and he got very hostile and said if your in such a hurry go get it somewhere else and don’t be so inpatient and when I asked if the part was rusty he didn’t answer my question and said well it’s a 20 year old car what do you think like what? The part I took off the car had zero rust just cause it’s old doesn’t mean it’s gonna be rusty, even though the part was probably sitting next to him and he could have looked at it and said yes it has a good bit of rust. Would not recommend pro fast auto unless you really need to, whoever checked me out at the counter was fine though and I believe he was a parts puller but he had good customer service, maybe you guys need to retrain some certain employees how to talk on the phone, I also picked up some parts from a local salvage yard and told them how great customer service they had and how pro fast auto is terrible and slow to pull parts and they agreed and said they have had bad experiences with them…. Along with multiple buddies saying they would use pro fast auto again. Also they are very slow to pull parts every salvage yard I’ve used has the part ready within a couple hours of me calling and it took them 2 days almost. 110% would not recommend pro fast auto
Chris at counter was incredibly rude and difficult. Hung up on me. Their one page website says customer service is their top priority, that's a laugh. Chris needs some serious anger management, and a different job, not working with people. Avoid Pro Fast Auto, LLC.
You can certainly give them your business if you don't mind how they treat people! Waited a week for parts then got sworn at and told they aren't going to sell them to me. 100% true story. Haven't met Chris, but the guy obviously has anger issues and has no concept of customer service or common courtesy. Real jerk from the jump, can just tell in the tone, then this. Like I said, if you're okay with them swearing at people and not doing what they say they're going to do, go ahead and shop here. If you have standards for how the people you do business with behave, probably look somewhere else.

Please do not make me out to be the bad guy.......Nothing fast about the salvage part, good luck if your out of State trying to get a part shipped or even a call back...Said they would call me back with in a couple days its only been a month , I am sure by that time all the parts i need will be gone, If your short of help do what any business would do and hire people . As you know like you said when your running a business like that some people will never get ahead and they wonder why
My suburban went in the ditch during our last ice and snow day. I called them to come and get it. They suggested that I call someone closer. I wanted them because they're closer to my home. Distance was 50+ miles away and they worked with me so I could pay them in a day or so. Very good people as long as your honest with them. Bad things happen and it's good to have good people to help.
Stoooed here on a trip as we needed some small but soecific oarts before we left town. They were closed but one of the owners haooened to drive up as we were there and he helped us out big time. HUGE selection of parts/vehicles orderly and faur on price. Went above and beyond to help get us on the road again and we really aporeciated it! Thank you ProFast!
VERY POOR SERVICE!! They must not want to sell parts too bad because I was hung up on (by Wayne B.) after being told to drive to Sauk Centre for the part I was looking for. Good way to run a business!
