Terrible service still have 6 months of warranty on a transmission I brought in there broke 2 weeks later doing the same thing it did when I brought it in the first time. Now they won’t Anwser my calls and refuse to fix it or even look at it. Terrible shop I suggest going somewhere else to get trans fixed
I was traveling from Grand Forks to Brainerd when I started to smell Something that smelled like rotten eggs. When I opened the hood of my truck, I could see both of my batteries were sizzling and overheating. I looked up their shop and was able to get there half an hour before they closed. They took great care of me. We're able to get me right in. Get the batteries changed. Deal with the rental company for my work truck and got me back on the road in about 20 minutes! Very nice shop really big they have lots of hoist to put vehicles on everyone seemed very nice definitely check them out next time you need work done or have a crisis driving through town!
Well, I tell you Justin and Sherry are about the nicest folks you are ever gonna wanna meet. The service is just great and it just felt like home. You know that feeling. I've been a mechanic for almost 30 years and they do things right. So much so that I ended up moving up to Fosston and working here part-time. Since then Justin and Sherry have treated me like family. So why not come on in and be part of the Full Throttle family too .
Love Justin and his wife very nice ppl the shop is always clean with fast service if I call or send a message they get too it right away I work over the rd and my wife can go there with any problem and they take care of her and the kids vehicles
Really unprofessional brought it in to get a gasline done changed me an arm and a legs for basically putting on a $10 pack of JB weld then my fuel pump started leaking and hear me out I brought it to every garage in fosston before I brought it there and not one of them said my fuel pump was leaking I called to talk about it but the guy I talked to only wanted to argue with me about how it was leaking before I came in but if it was leaking why wouldn't the 3 other shops tell me it was leaking then, half fast work for the whole price I wouldn't recommend this place
I had an unusual paint job, but I worked with them on what I was looking for and they stayed in good communication with me throughout the process. I was very satisfied with the results and would work with this shop anytime. Good work and honest people.
Worst place to go to. They put a new transmission in my car, then next day the car was leaking. They forgot to tighten the axle. Then a few weeks later, car is leaking again. I took it to a different shop and its the seal. Never again will I go to full throttle.
When I called on February 5th they were quick to answer and could get me in that afternoon. I asked if I could drop my truck off passing by since I needed to be in Park Rapids. They were fine with my leaving it so early. I needed a tire to be changed also a alignment. When I got to the shop I told the lady that my steering wheel was messed up from the last mechanic who did my front end. I also said you couldn't open my drive door due to it being melted from a fire we had. I called later in the day to find out what time it may be done and how much. She had no clue on the price and took a guess cause wasn't sure how much a tire change is. When I went back about 4:30 pm to pick my truck up I never was told anything by a mechanic. She told me how much it was and printed a receipt. I asked if they fixed my steering wheel so she went to ask and they said yes. Now they are a body shop and I have the one side of my truck damaged from a fire so need to get it fixed. No one asked if I had someone to do or even offered to repair. I do understand they could be to busy with work or not want more work that is there call. At least a mechanic could of came and talked to me to let me know of any problems or if everything looked ok. The alignment that I thought I got since I paid $70 for wasn't good. My truck pulls to the right and my steering wheel still sits sideways just not as bad. Overall I wasn't impressed by the service or work. They were one of two shops I dealt with and know I won't go back to this one.
