First emailed them for an estimate never got a response. So followed up wit another email again telling them what I wanted asking for an estimate, no response! 1 month later I called on the phone and was told I needed to talk to Tim. Tim must be the boss with lots of money and dosnt need the business or Tim needs to be fired for not doing his job. If this is any indication I would guess I wouldn't put any money down on a building it might not get built.
I called to discuss a new high-level estimate and was rudely told they were too busy to meet in person so I emailed the material list and was told it would be 2-3 weeks for returning an estimate. After giving them a month, I checked-in via email after no returned phone calls and was told they were too busy to get to my estimate. After I explained I wasn't expecting the project to start until next year, they said they needed to decline my project. Totally understand when someone gets busy, but poor customer service is not an excuse. Set the right expectations up front, and call someone back if things change. Good luck getting their attention!
Tim was so helpful in ordering the materials we needed to reside our home; and replace two doors and two windows. All materials were delivered in a timely manner . The siding was wrapped to prevent water, sun and soil damage, as they waited to be put on the house.
