The worst, slowest and most incompetent service. Never returning, and this store is only a few block from my house, but the convenience of the location has worn out against the awful service here.
O-Reillys is always my first stop when I need to get something for my vehicles. The staff is knowledgeable, and they almost always have had what I needed right away. The times they didn't, they got in the items fast and I got things repaired in no time.
The guy inside won’t help jump my truck because he’s they only one there but there are no customers other than me for at least 30 mins so I’m just sitting here in the parking lot waiting to be saved by someone from the other side of town
I am from out of town and had my brake light go out here during the winter and found out that door locks and toolbox locks will freeze the gentleman helping me behind the counter to find the right bulb also suggested a graphite lock deicer. And a fuel system additive to help with the extreme cold weather that I am not used to or my vehicle is used to. If I’m ever in the area again and need anything this will definitely be the store I come to.
I needed 3 agriculture implement hydraulic hoses on a Sunday, when unfortunately all the farm and equipment dealers are closed. This store, and it's conscientious employee Tom, had the fittings, hose cut-to-fit, and the tools to build what I needed. Very pleased with the service and attention. I installed the hoses and have no leaks (well from these hoses anyway).
I work for a local trucking company in town and use the store often, always pleasant, they will help or answer any question, if you buy anything there, they will install if they can.
Talk about a store with heart! Came in to check on my battery after our minivan kept dying. They diagnosed the problem, looked up our warranty, and replaced the battery. Wouldn't you know one of the terminals breaks while getting the battery back in. Instead of having me call a tow truck and an Uber, they found the parts to fix it in the store and spent over an hour in the blowing snow when wind chill brought the temperature below 0 deg F, by the way, to get the car up and running!! They saved St Paddy's Day! I was definitely feeling the luck of the Irish bringing my car here to this dedicated and compassionate team of professionals! Sure, they have a price match guarantee, but you absolutely won't find a more knowledgeable and caring staff anywhere! And, that's priceless!
They are always there to help technology. This is the only place I will go to get windshield wipers. We will take them old ones off and put the new ones on. I have gotten excellent help with all my questions regarding my car. This is the best place to buy windshield covers for winter.
This stores customer service is phenomenal. Tom and staff will bend over backwards to make sure your expiriance is second to none. Highly recommend this egf location.
Employee was completely useless, not helpful at all. On top of that he was using swear words like it was his last chance to ever use them. To the manager- you might want to switch up the interview process. Probably the last time I'll go near that store. On the bright side the guys at the GF store were on point. Thanx for the great service over there. I would recommend anyone to use that location.

I absolutely love O'Reilly and the people who work there! They are very knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they won't lie and pretend they do. They'll get the right answer for you.
They are quick to get parts in for you and the buildings are always nice and clean.
I went to buy a battery for my car. First the sold me the wrong battery (terminals were reversed). Also, their sign says "Free battery installation". I pointed to the sign and asked if they could install the battery I just bought (I had one of my kids with me and didn't want to leave him in the car because it was -20 outside). The guy told me they don't do that. He said the sign is from 'corporate' and they might do that at corporate, but not here. So they gave me a cart with a bunch of disorganized random tools to do it myself...
They know me personally there and are able to anticipate my needs. They always go above and beyond!! George, Steve, John..and sorry don't remember the rest of the names.
