The guy who changed the oil of my car last Monday (Nov 10th), he smeared lot of grease on the headliner of my car!!! 🤬 It's a BRAND NEW CAR! 1st OIL CHANGE! I just found out the next day when I looked up, I was so shocked, can't believe he did that. I want to scream so loud everytime I get in to my car and see it...😫 Now I have to go to the Auto Detailing Service just to get rid of the black grease he smeared.😠

I want to attach the picture of my headliner but i couldn't fine a way to attach.
I was on my way to Canada towing the boat for a fishing trip. I had an issue with the hub overheating on the trailer. I arrived there before Keith opened, he was able to fit me in as soon as he could. He was friendly, very helpful, did the work himself, and solved the problem for a very fair price. I was able to continue my trip, thanks to Keith. Very much appreciated, I was very lucky to find him.

Gave me free help to try and get it on my trailer. Trailer was to small and he gave me a great deal on hauling truck. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
The guys there at Keith's took good care of me car, and when they couldn't fix it. They imformed me and maybe sure when I arrived to pick up my car with a tow, they helped me charge my car and helped put my car on the tow dolly. These guys are 5 star establishment in my book.
What a great place! Car stopped working Monday 10pm just north of Sturgeon Lake – AAA connected me with Keiths and they showed up in no time, very courteous and super professional. Would definitely work with them again (but hope I don't have to 😅)
We are headed up to the BWCA for our 21st wedding anniversary and were a casualty of a road-construction-heavy-stop-and-go traffic crash just north of Hinkley. Keith showed up, pulled our vehicle and trailer to his shop, lent us his vehicle so we could double back to Roseville and rent a truck with a hitch. A few hours later, we are on our way to Ely again.
Keith's towing was hospitable, easy to work with, and quick. We are thankful for how helpful everyone there was!

I was tooling around backroads between Pine City and Hinckley, looking for a good spot to see the aurora show. I managed to slide half off the dirt road into the marsh on the roadside. I called AAA; AAA sent Keith's Towing. The driver called me, and we sussed out my location. He arrived before AAA dispatch ever contacted me to let me know he was on the way. One short winch later, and I was back on the road.
Fast, professional, and friendly. I don't want to need a tow again, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands with Keith's. You would be too.
These guys have been honest with me each time i go. Definitely worth it if you need your car fixed up. Especially after you try to fix it yourself from a YouTube video, they'll fix that too.
We were driving through Hinkley and discovered a slow leak on one of the tires. They were able to inspect the tire right away, found the problem, patched it up and we were back on the road in less than one hour!

Unfortunately Keith and his team are not stand up mechanics nor will I ever bring my vehicles to him again he has lost a customer and all the people I referred to him for the past 8 years he does not fix my vehicles they are still broken I'm disabled and all he has done is take advantage of me . I had a hard time telling Keith that his men were not fixing my vehicle correctly, it was hard for me because I like him as a person because he is a very likable guy , the only good thing I could say is if you need your car towd he can do that they will be there But have it towed too Valders in Hinkley great Mechanics done the right way the first time Keith has no respect for you as a customer and he let's his men rip you off
My boyfriend brought his car in for it making a noise in the rear end and the engine light being on. They called him and told him that his engine light was because of a sensor and asked him what he thought the knocking might be. He said I don’t know I’m not the professional maybe the shocks? We asked the owner Keith to call us back with a price and he never did. They called back in a couple days and told him his car was ready to be picked up. They never called him and quoted him or told him how much. The shocks were a 100% mark up 330$ for just the shocks not including labor when you can buy them from Napa for $150 or less. They told him the noise was better as soon as he pulled out of the road the noise was exactly the same. They didn’t fix anything.
Highest marks for Keith’s Towing and Auto Repair!!! We were trying to get up north for vacation and our van wouldn’t shift out of first gear. They quickly came to tow us and gave us quick and helpful updates as they diagnosed and repaired our van. They went out of their way to get our repairs done quickly and right! Super professionally, knowledgeable and faster that we could have hoped. Van has never run better! Thank you to the entire crew at Keith’s!!!

They towed my truck on a holiday weekend. Got right on it Monday morning had it done by 4:00. They all communicated everything to me and kept me updated. Shout out to Chad and Chris for such an easy peasy transaction. A professional operation going on at Keith's !!!
We dropped my mom's car off at noon to get an oil change and to change the tires. They told us we’d get a call as soon as it was ready, but instead waited over two hours. We never got a call, so we called until someone finally picked up. They informed us they couldn’t do the tires. That’s fine, but we get back to the shop and hear they haven’t even pulled the car in for an oil change yet. Wondering why I have to bother them to do their job, this isn’t the first time, but I hope it doesn’t happen so much anymore. I’ve left my car here for more than four days to get some work done. When I came to pick it up, they still hadn’t even pulled it in to do anything to it. When you give a time frame, that’s when the work will be done by, not when you start working on it. Or at least that’s my understanding and If there are complications or delays please let those customers know as soon as possible. (We’re now 40 more minutes into a 15-minute oil change. And that’s not including the 2 hours it took to say they couldn’t do the tires) Thank you for your services here in Hinckley!
Keith, Chris , and the boys took great care of me! Fixed my van in one day and the price was very reasonable. I know I can count on them for the highest quality of service that a girl can expect from the best local shop in town... These guys are the best.. super friendly, efficient and when you leave you know you've been well taken care of. They do great work and the community appreciates and trust them so very much! I'd highly recommend this business!

Locked my keys in the trunk of my car while my spare set was in Chicago. My car has complicated doors, locks and frameless windows that lock into the roof making it very difficult to open.
The guy was very gentle and took a lot of care to carefully trouble shoot and come up with a solution to get me in my car and on my way.

Just had a bearing done on my 2009 Mazda 6. I've gone to these guys for many years and it's always a great experience. Very reasonable prices very reliable work an the staff is always willing to answer questions an make sure you have the best possible experience. They are almost always busy and once you been there you will understand why. I live in Saint Paul currently and if i can make it to Keith's it's where all my vehicles go. 5 stars all day long.
