What a great experience! We work at a shop on the West Coast, and they had several pieces we needed to complete some rear seat work. Brianna was an absolute hero—she sourced everything we needed, pulled it from the truck it was in, and had it on a pallet ready for shipping within 48 hours. Very professional, fair, and reasonable in their pricing. All of us here are very grateful!
I unfortunately got a flat tire on my truck and ended up pulled over in their driveway on a Saturday afternoon. The business was closed, but I felt safer trying to change my tire pulled off the road. Good timing for a flat. I've never changed a tire on a truck before but I figured out how to get my spare down and found the wimpy jack that comes standard in vehicles. As I'm trying to get my bits and pieces together a car slows down and turns around. I continued to try to get my tire off, but there was zero chance I was getting those lug nuts to budge. I hadn't even thought about what I was going to do with that jack on a full sized truck.
The lovely woman in the car stepped out to let me know her husband and a coworker (who work here) we're on their way to help. I didn't catch names, and honestly I was a bit frazzled with the situation and thinking back I may have been a bit short. I had my 6 year old with me and I was an hour away from home with my husband 4 hours away. Those two had my tire off and spare on in 10 minutes or less. I'm pretty sure it took me longer to pump up my spare than it did for them to change it.

I've used brook park twice now, they are friendly and fairly quick. Prices are a little up, but they are everywhere. About 50 to 65 percent of buying off brand online, but you can usually get it the same day or next. They pull the parts so you don't have to. I'll continue to use them and review any future purchases.
Guy running the office was rude, wasn't helpful, and upon asking him for something, he proceeding to talk about something else totally unrelated. As for small talk about what we were looking for, he ignored us and went on his phone. Then randomly walked away to ask a coworker how to take black and white pictures. We just left.
Great place to do business with, I'm more then a couple of states away and would gladly bring my business back again and again. Friendly customer service as well.
In terms of selection for the area, it's actually really good. You can pretty much find almost anything you need for any common cars of the area, obviously they're not going to have exotic parts, but if you have a any kind of car that you would see on the road, there's probably a pretty good chance that they're going to have it here. They will also pull the part for you depending on what it is for no extra charge. People are nice and very professional. I've gone here for the last 10 years and most definitely going to be coming back for many more years to come.
Amanda & Johan are literally the best in the biz, not only do they provide excellent customer service but their entire family is extremely hardworking, thoughtful, and welcoming. You will not be disappointed!
Very friendly staff here. Great at what they do. Even though they didn't have my part I was looking for, they looked it up on there system and located a different location. Even offered to call to verify it was there! Above and beyond for a customer. Very satisfied and will go there again if needed.
I never know for sure how good a place is till we have a problem, and this place passed the test in every way ! thank you Greg and Amanda ! the engine they sold me didnt fit ( might even be my fault for a wrong description ) and they went above adn beyond to DROP EVERY THING AND IMMEDIATLY find me one that fit correctly and even deliver it to me !!! no hassle, no whining or guilt trips, a smile in their voice....... wow, I will certainly go back to this place any time i have the opportunity to !! thank you brook park auto ! chuck
A 4.5 star is not my experience with this company and it's not the experience of about 7 other people I know that has had nothing but trouble! Had trouble the last 5 times I've gone here! Wrong parts delivered, was sold broken radiator, was sold the wrong cooling fan, was sold a junk motor for my son's Chevy Silverado plus lately the person answering the phone tells you one price but when you get there it's 3 times what the person on the phone said originally! Plus this has happened multiple times......you call for a part in the morning and they say "we will have it pulled in a couple hours" but it's still not pulled by the time they close! Which makes it impossible to go somewhere else! Don't know what's been going on with them the last couple years but I wouldn't recommend wasting your time!!!!!!
The guy I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. answered all my questions and looked some stuff up for me, Even Gave me a number to another place that had what I was looking for and how to word what I was asking for. Just because of him I would recommend this place. Hope everyone there is like he is. Can’t recall his name (older gentleman) but good job!
The staff is always friendly, and they do a good job neatly removing the parts when they pull them, versus some salvage yards that just butcher everything as they hack it out of the car oh, they take the time to take it out nicely easy to install in the vehicle you're working on.
I scrapped 2 vehicles getting told 400. Well they turned it into 310. I brought 2 more getting promised 400. They hand me a check for 265. That screwed everything up in life right now. At the least they could have gave me parts credit. I will never ever buy any parts from there or sell them cars ever again. They are thieves.
The owners are very honest and helpful! They go beyond to help out their customers. I have never had a bad experience there. I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come.
They are great to deal with they are up front with you in price and how long until it's ready. They stand behind their parts. They will always be where i get my used parts. I highly recommend them
Johann and Amanda are very great to work with , I have numerous experiences with other salvage yards but that is a thing of the past since I started going here!! They always have what I looking for, they make you feel welcome and not just a number, very helpful and straight up honest people!!
Any time I have ever needed a part they have had it. Always reasonable on their prices with a friendly professional demeanour. They will always be my first choice when I need a part.
Uncooperative and disappointing service. Ordered a part that took 11 days to ship. Played dumb and lied about shipping the part. Upon finally receiving the part, was overcharged. When I called to inquire about it, I was hung up on. I'll never work with them again! This place rated ZERO stars for me, but that's unfortunately not an option.
