Everytime I come in here the employees are nothing but nice and super helpful as well as very knowledgeable about the items they sell and if they don't know an answer they find someone who does
Went in to get my mom a new windshield wiper because one of hers flew off the vehicle. The guy working walked us over the wipers, found one for her, and even put it on for us. He was super helpful and kind!
Went in today to get a new battery and have them change mine out. I was informed by Matthew that he didn’t know if they could do that. I asked why it said online you can and he just said he doesn’t know. There wasn’t a manager there for me to speak to or him to ask. I’m not sure what’s hard about them helping change a battery in a Jeep wrangler but it was disappointing.
I called the Roseau location and asked them about changing and they said yep with no hesitation.
I don’t need your copy and paste generic corporate bs response, that’s such a disingenuous reply. You just need to be aware of what’s going on and either the uneducated or the pure laziness of your employee.
The guys here are awesome.
They came out & tried to help us with our dash lights/control panel, hoping it was just a fuse.
They also helped us take off the bad wiper & install the new ones. Thanks for yalls help!
Staff wasn’t helpful at all when I was there today. Asked for assistance checking my tire pressure and the man working told me to check out Oil Boyz and ask them for help.
We went there looking for a headlight bulb to replace our broken one. The young man working there was incredibly helpful and kind. He showed me all the options and explained very detailed about the products. When he knew we had never done bulb replacement before, he also offered some help to have our bulb replaced. I couldn't thank him enough for his kindness and patience. Highly recommend!!!!
Excellent experience with Matt at the TRF O'Reilly. Called in asking about a car battery and whether they could assist. Arrived there a few minutes later, they had the battery ready, provided me with a military discount, and minutes later the installation was complete and off I drove. Great customer service - thank you Matt!
I ordered a manual it took a couple days longer Matt was very apologetic. I was like it's ok Matt no problem I have to do some research anyway. I'll be back for the part in a few days. I have never had a bad experience & another thing they loan out tools u can't go wrong at O'Reillys.
Always have good luck here ..if they dont have the part. they at least tell me it can be ordered . the store can be busy at times but the staff always are super helpful .
Ive been unhappy with customer service with all the ones in Fargo moorhead area i was really pleased with the worker i had today he helped me when he wasnt even on the clock yet then when i replaced the part there he even came out to ask if i needed anytools or for them to take the old part i wished we had this worker back in Fargo
