I walked in and asked the guy there what tool I'd need for my car to remove the shield that had flipped underneath itself and was dragging on the road.....I WAS CLEARLY ASKING WHAT TOOL I NEED TO PURCHASE. The guy at the counter misconstrued (don't know how) what i said about PURCHASING the correct tool...he gets really rude and tells me hes not gonna get underneath my car to check the bolts.....loudly in front of other people...I NEVER ASKED HIM TO GET UNDERNEATH THE CAR. Tool bag move.
This store buys parts on eBay to resell to their customers. I know because they bought a Dorman catalytic converter from me and then left negative feedback due to UPS shipping damage. They didn't contact me before doing so, didn't respond to my feedback revision request, they refused to let me help make it right and instead attempted to tarnish my business' reputation. These are the people you want to deal with? Go directly to eBay and skip the middle-man.
I have gone here forever. My father had an account and for awhile lived literally across the street. 99% of the time they either had the item or could get it by the next day. Their staff is mostly super knowledgeable and helpful, their is one person though who tries, but usually cannot figure out what you need. If you want the best there, ask for Amanda. She will have the cool colored hair and the quick and correct answers, or have the correct part ordered before you even describe it in detail. Sometimes the prices are a bit high, but I always check all parts places and most of the time they are the best deal and fastest. If you want local small town professionalism, go here.
Good quality parts with knowledgeable staff. They mix paint in rattle cans and for shooting from a gun. I hear they also make hydraulic hoses, battery cables, and repair air hose.
