Absolute worst place you could buy a used part they sell any junky part they can cut off of a vehicle most dont even work 100 percent recommend to go somewhere else id never get another part from here extremely unprofessional be better off on marketplace for parts
We bought a part here for over $400 and it was broken when we received it. The part was supposed to have been “inspected,” but it clearly wasn’t.. the bolts were completely seized with rust, and it was in worse shape than the one we were replacing. They advertise a 60-day warranty, but they do not honor it. When we called, the woman in the office was extremely rude and even accused us of lying. The owner refuses to return calls, and they won’t offer a refund, trade, or exchange. Very unprofessional and deceptive business practices. I know buying from salvage yards can be hit or miss, but this place claimed their parts were inspected, which is simply not true. Save yourself the headache. I do not recommend this salvage yard.

We saw what we wanted online. Contacted them, and by the time we got there. They had it pulled and ready. Hood was as described and service was top notch. Even though they were busy, we were in and out in less than 10 minutes!
Don't call and ask them if they have any parts. Whoever answers the phone is just going to respond with "I don't know" and not offer to help and hang up. What a joke. Must not want to sell any used parts.
Got an alternator from them haven't had any issues there affordable as well. Even helped me find the right part and exchanged the wrong one I initially got from them!
I ordered a BMW Differential Carrier from them to be shipped to my shop In California. The Part arrived in just 3 days and it was the correct and in good condition. Thank You!!
You won’t regret waiting on hold here and there when you call because Roadside Salvage has always been a great place for good quality parts. Been choosing them for years, they have answered all my questions with overall excellent customer satisfaction.

The only thing I didn't like about this place was that they took my name and number and they told me that they would call me and they never did give me a call back on the availability of the parts I needed. I'll go someplace else if that's how they treat their customers.
Although they've had parts at reasonable prices; they towed my van from my residence, without my permission, and paid my exroomate $35, all while I retained title. I was out of town so didn't know for over 3 weeks and still couldn't get any junk yards to admit they picked it up. Recently found out who towed it but was told too late as cars are crushed immediately. Should have to have title or owner in order to pick up cars from residences.
Gave them another chance and can't even get a response.
We live 2 hrs away, called 3 times before going to see if they had the part, all 3 times they said yes. They don't actually look, they look on their computers. Drove 2 hrs well 2 and a half, get there, and they go to get it, they don't have it. So mad. It's unreal how they're still in buisness, a friend of mine said they did the same thing to him. If I could give no stars, I would. Reporting to the BBB. Make sure they actually go and check before you drive hours to get "said part"!
Couldn't find my part no where in the Fargo moorhead area..No salavage yards near me..called n had an answer with YES we have ur part..and very reasonable price..very ppl friendly ..THANK U...
The only place in the whole state that still let's you pull your own parts from vehicles which is awesome and the service is excellent! They warrantied my power steering pump for me and warranty their used parts for 60 days. All in all I couldn't be happier with them!
This is a great place. Steve will definitely take care of you with quality service and fair prices. I drive from Fargo with no hesitation as I know I can count on Steve. I give this place my highest recommendation if you need used car parts.
Nice enough folks. Bought a used engine was told it had 149000 miles. Got it home to find it has 300000 miles on it. Never would have bought it knowing that. They wouldn't do anything but offer a 2 month warranty.
Bought a transmission from them. Found out it was the wrong one Called them up said he would call me the next morning to help out. Never called back Here I sit with a transmission that I can't do anything with .Lesson learned never buy on line
Dont even bother with this guy. I Tried calling and asking if he had a rim on hand for my ford taurus. First 2 calls he said he'd call me back and let me know, which he never responded. He gave me his cell number to text a picture of the rim too. I did so twice a day for 3 days without a reply. Called him numerous times and sat on hold for atleast 10-20 minutes before being told to text a picture to this cellphone which he doesn't reply from. Poor customer service and completely absent minded. This guy, Absolute waste of time.
I really enjoyed doing business through here. They worked quickly and knew what they were talking about. Very friendly and gave me more information then was required of them.
Great service good used parts. I've gotten quite a few parts here and haven't had a problem. They know what they are doing. They sell used tires also for decent price and nothing wrong with them. I got 2 like new for 50$
