I have nothing even remotely negative to say about this company. My family and I are extremely thankful for their business. I felt he was truthful and genuine.
Bought a used car here, The car wouldnt even take gas..Be carefull before you buy. For those who were wondering, the car coudlnt take gas as the gas tank fluid pipe had sugar dumped in it. Owner claimed it could take gas, but at the pump it kept back filling and stopping the pump.
I have bought cars at Chaddock motors for over 20 years now . I bought car there that was a lemon and they made it right that day . Outstanding service I thought . Came and towed the car back to the shop and gave me my money back . Tim is great !
Completely disappointed in the human race because of this place..... Bought a Santa Fe that was told was a solid good used vehicle all except the power steering pump was starting to go out .. (that would have been an easy fix) left the lot put half a tank of gas in and by the time I woke up the next day gas was under a qtr tank and all over the ground. Gas tank is completely rotting out on the top not to mention the rusty damaged gas lines... The frame holding up my power steering pump and the exhaust pipe fixed with flex pipe that blew off after a week.... I'm now paying more in repair then I did to buy it.....good for them I signed an as is warranty agreement before I left the lot.....bad for me :(. Wish I was told problems up front and wish I was skilld enough to check it better before I bought it. great customer service though we're very friendly I'll given them that..... Chalking it up to don't hate the player hate the game .....
Don't know anything about this place. Stopped and looked at a couple of cars one day. I've heard that it is a good place to buy a car. I guess it is a good place to look for a car!
Stay away from this place they fraudulently sold me a van with a lein and didn't tell me till after I paid and signed the contract. They told me they would get it cleared up its been 3 weeks now and still don't have the lein release. When I called today they were very rude and told me I couldn't bring it back. I am filing suit and sueing them for my money back stay away from these con artists.
Just keep on driving and don't waste your time or money with this place. Bought a car from them against my better judgement and has been nothing but a problem. Radio didn't work and bought as is with a working radio. They didn't get the right radio for the car and refuse to do anything else. I ended up spending $1200 for a new one thru gm since they or myself couldn't find the right one used. $54 to try and program the radio they gave me and another $54 to program the $1200 one only to find out the SD card for the navigation is also gone which'll cost another $200. To top it all off the driver's side headlight had condensation in it and they drilled holes in the lenses. Smh. That headlight used is over $1000 very rare to find for this car, and not available from GM. Also it's HID and from the condensation it took out the ballast and the bulb was burnt out. Ballast was nearly $150 and HID bulbs are $100. It is required that a dealer make sure that all lights work properly. I was able to get the lense separated from the housing, dry it out and get it sealed back together but the led clearance lights still don't work. In the 10 mile drive home the check engine light came on. Imagine that would ya. Another $150 for new vvt sensors. Granted they took $300 less then they were asking. $1900 into a $6500 car. Other then the $108 in programming I've done all the labor myself. Like I started with just drive right on by.
Update: A $380 radio that don't work is far cry from what it cost to actually get it fixed. You should have did you research before you ordered the wrong parts. Your obviously not denying the check engine light and the headlight not working, so point proven.
I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Bought a vehicle from them, worked maybe a few months, problem after problem. Asked for them to help fix it and was yelled at and told to never bring the car back because they won't touch it. The owner is the most rude person I have ever met. Stay far, far away from this place. They are looking for people with bad credit who need vehicles and can't get one else where and then treat them like garbage.
Very rude! I guess I asked 1 too many questions about a van they were selling and Steve (I'm guessing the owner) became very angry and started chewing me out over the phone! Then he even threatened to raise the price. At first he was telling me how different their dealership was from others and that they actually care about their potential customers... That was very short lived! What a joke.
stay far away from this place. I am a mechanic and I went to buy a vehicle here. everything was wrong with the vehicle. the guy Steve (very rude and unprofessional) was trying to convince me that everything was minor but it wasn't. I figured I could fix a few things if tbey negotiate on the price but he wouldn't move $1 and then acted like I was wasting his time when I wouldn't give him the exact price he was asking. well in fact he was wasting my time! you have been warned!
The owner its so rude wouldn't let me test drive a car cause i didn't bring the money with me what kind of costumer service its that. This place sucks!!
Bought 4 cars from these guys. Never, ever have I had a problem with any of them. Very happy with this place. Would not buy a vehicle from anywhere else. Steve, Dick, and Korina are excellent people. 8 years of good driving has been provided to me by these folks!
If I could give them a zero I would. As a business owner I am huge on customer service. My son and I were treated horribly. They walked a way from us mid conversation and a sale. I would recommend never coming here.
Gave us a GREAT price on an '05 Avalanche. Put about 2k miles on it already-no problems. With any used car there is risk. Many people know of a problem with their vehicle and dump it at a Dealer, leaving them with the mess of a hidden problem that reappears. Good people at Chaddock! I will be back!
