RIPPED ME OFF! Went to the pittsford location to dump off two dryers. Spoke with the old guy in the office before i drove in and asked him about the process. I drove round back, drove onto the scale, stopped and drove off to dump the dryers in one of the heaps. An employee came out and told me which heap to discard the dryers. I drove back onto the scale again, I go back into the shop and the old guy told me I wasnt on the scale long enough the first time. So basically he got my steel for free. Real nice, would never give them business again and made sure to tell folks they ripped me off.
The service, the way they greet you and help you supper nice people I was hauling my scrap from Lebanon New Hampshire to these guys in pitsferd vt now that I have moved back to my home state in vt there’s no place better that I would take all my steel, copper, aluminum, and battery’s
