This place is a SCRAPYARD not a Junkyard. First all they couldn't give me a straight answer if they let people into the yard. I asked if there was a price list or if they haggle for "u pull" kind of shrugged it off and replied "depends what you want" I don't think this place is used to customers buying carts of parts at a time. I let him know I would be a repeat if treated well. Gave me a price of $210 for all the parts I pulled in a half hour, I counter with $175 or its all sitting there. They wanted $50 for a steering column I pulled out of their I'll maintained yard with huge dozer ruts. After he throws this price out he then proceeds to say "after this there will be no parts pulled off of that car and I'm crushing it." Dude wants to literally throw away a 1 in a million t bird. I guess this place only wants scrap. Buy your parts elsewhere....I could have been a multi thousand dollar customer for this company but I guess not. What a joke....steer far clear from this "establishment."
I usually call to check if part is available but online search is available. They will pull the part & call back when it is ready for pickup. Every time I have needed a part, they have been super fast & called back the same day!! I don’t have a problem driving 100+ miles, since I’ve moved from the area, because I know the part I get will be honestly portrayed & if they can’t guarantee it (ex. Windshield) they will tell you if it has rock chips, or some flaw that may get worse in the near future. They will also inform you if there is anything that you can do to prevent it from getting worse. I know that I can trust this business & refer all my friends & family members! Items almost never as described, disrespectful and flat out rude. I had a long drive and called ahead to make for certain the part was as described and of course when i get there… not at all. And then i am scoffed at because i dont want to buy the part that was not as it was told. i will never spend a dime here and id urge you not to as well.
Worst people on planet earth waisted so much money trying to get a motor that they said was just fine an only had 131k miles nothing wrong than next thing I know the motor has a blown head an warped an many other things wrong with it an I drove over 2 an half hours there an all did was give me my money back and said it’s my fault
I had been a longtime(8+years) customer but the last experience there was the last one. The last few times times it seems as if I was an inconvenience, they don't have an accurate inventory and scoff if you tell them something will work for a different model. I could go on but they aren't worth my time since I wasn't worth theirs. I even sent an email asking for a response before posting this, waited a week, and still nothing.
I’ve been going there since I was a teenager - the staff do a good job removing parts and including everything. They have the cheapest parts and will allow you to check the yard yourself for misc interior parts and items. The owner and office guys are knowledgeable and polite and if they have time they have always answered questions I give them.
They weren't that bad even though they wouldn't wipe down bumper with ice bold up an a lot of dirt seein I had laundry filled up In back of my small SUV NOT EVEN A RAG BUT HOPEFULLY IT FITS after a HR drive
An employee yelled at us after we got our part because we misunderstood him of where he wanted us to go to so we went where we thought he ment because we seen a couple of the same vehicle that we needed a part off of and just thought that was the correct place.
I hit a deer driving home one night after work. I called ahead and they had the headlight I needed for my car. After just one half hour they called back with the part ready to go. The cost was only $40, I was expecting at least half price of new. I found their location, it is on a dusty dirt road, but it was worth it to have my car operational once again.
These guys are great, I found them on car-part.com, always have what they say, and there prices are low, never ever asked more then the published price for their parts. Fast service too.
The employee I spoke to was very unpleasant to deal with and refused to let me look around the yard for a muffler that fits my vehicle, because they didnt have the exact year of car at the yard. Call ahead, dont waste the drive, you'll leave empty handed and full of disappointment.
What a great needle in a haystack!! Needed a really hard to find engine and they pulled it for me for a super reasonable price. Plus they held it for me for a couple days! Really nice guys! Thanks y'all!
I had to drive 5 hours to pick up a hood and Dillon's had it pulled and ready to go when I got there. They were helpful, friendly and very, very reasonably priced. My experience could not have been better.
Great service, called to get a rear diff for my Cadillac, not only did they have it at a great price, but they pulled it off at no extra cost within 2 hours of my call. Polite and great staff, The yard is the most organized yard I’ve ever seen.
I highly recommend Dillon’s Auto Salvage! I called ahead and they were kind enough to remove the parts I needed from the vehicle and have them ready for me when I arrived.
They accepted credit cards which was also very helpful!

Very good service, they are very polite, I have been going here to fix up a project car. They are always nice, they have deals that I you can’t beat, a Lund moon visor for 40 bucks, and a drop in bed liner for 30$, and both in perfect condition. You can pick the parts yourself, which I personally love, you get to learn more about your own vehicle as you take stuff off. They are great people, I recommend it all the way!
They did everything correctly , plus. They were courteous and quick on the phone. They had the part I needed, and then were able to assist with installation. I will be calling them 1st for auto parts from now on.
Decent place to go for cheap parts. They test the pieces prior to sale, and if you have a problem with the part you simply return it for a refund. They've saved my butt a few times. Thanks Dillion's!
