I am really grateful to these people! they are family owned company, reacted super quick to an accident that we had (jack knife of a semi truck). Super professional and the price was great for the service they provided. I strongly recommend to anybody that needs towing in the area!!!

Five Star towing helped me out a difficult situation on a rainy day. No other tow companies would come to my location because the dirt road I was on had become nearly impassable. Five Star Towing though has access to a large John Deere tractor which was exactly what we needed to rescue me and my truck from the middle of nowhere!

They were patient and attentive to my situation even tho they had a local festival they were a part of. 5 Start went over and beyond to help me get my car in a timely manner. It’s never fun to need a tow, but they made the situation much easier to deal with.

Great service, friendly driver (Eric) I broke down in Gibbon, MN. (Coldest Place I've ever been) Eric came out hooked up my 18 wheeler w/ Trailer, and towed us. (My Truck, trailer and I to the shop) The price was fair and the service was fast.

This is a wonderful towing Service. My semi truck broke down in the middle of the intersection. They got there very fast and was very helpful. I was greeted by a fellow named Eric. He’s a wonderful guy. If you need to win please contact him if you and the area.

The nicest people! I had a loaner car and driving from Hutchinson to New Ulm for a doctor appointment and one of the tires exploded! I didn't know who to call so I googled towing companies and I got the best! Very nice people and Paul even offered to take me to the clinic. Amazing people! The best of the best! Paul was extremely helpful - my daughter was stranded on Christmas Eve and Paul towed her car to our house so that she could be with the family for the holiday. He was very friendly as well!

Paul was awesome! When everyone said it couldn't be done. Paul helped me. He was chill and easy to speak with as well. Hope to never need him again, but if I am in a jam, he's the one I would call.

Of course nobody likes to get towed. I met the lady and the guy because I took a friend there and they seem really nice. I could imagine how some people treat them I would like to be remembered for treating them kindly not rudely

They definitely lived up to their name. My recovery was far from the easiest and these guys handled it like serious professionals. I wouldn't hesitate to call them back or recommend to anybody looking for a tow or transport. True top quality professionals.

I own a 1970 Dodge Dart, and I needed to get it transported to a repair shop. I got in touch with 5 Star Towing. Eric was great and able to work around my schedule, and treated my car with wonderful care, and really helped me out. This wasn't the only time I've worked with 5 Star Towing. About 3 or 4 summers ago, I went to my local gas station on a Sunday (I live in Nicollet). While at the gas station, I saw this older woman who was struggling with a tire on her car. I helped her fill up her tire, but could also hear a leak still coming from the tire. I called 5 Star Towing, and helped the woman get to their shop. Eric got her tire patched and got her back on the road that Sunday afternoon! It was really nice to help out someone in need.

I was in a pickle on Hwy 169 near Le Seuer, heading south. Five Star got me and my car to Sigel for service. They were friendly and helpful and the cost was reasonable. I hope I never need them again, but if I do ...

I was stranded with over the weekend about 2 hours away from home and I locked my keys in the car with 2 dogs and fiancé stuck outside in the cold. Thank you Eric! My family’s camper trailer ended up losing a wheel bearing Saturday afternoon. Eric was knowledgeable, helpful and worked well with my husband to load and deliver our camper safely to the repair shop.

My 16 year old went in the ditch during the last snow storm! She was out on County road 19. I had no clue where that is and could not find the car. These guys were so helpful! Very patient with us. We didn't know the exact location of our car, we sent him to the wrong location first and when we found the correct location he came back and didn't jack up the price when they had every right too, they kept it fair.

He arrived promptly and was very careful with my vehicle. He even explained some possible problems that could occur while removing it from the snow. In addition he used his truck to remove snow in our way so we wouldn't get stuck again.

So this review is a little late, but I had to put one up here because our experience with Five Star Towing was phenomenal! :) My boyfriend and I went into the ditch Thursday morning, April 11th during that April blizzard (which seems to have become a thing now, what’s up with that MN??). And I know we shouldn’t even have been on the roads that morning let alone making a 60 mile trip, but that’s the Army for ya, when duty calls not even blizzard and white out conditions will stop training. After we got stuck I called 3 other towing services and all of them said they probably wouldn’t be able to make it out to us, but Five Star said right away, yep they had 2 other guys near us that they had to pick up and they would swing by and pull me and my boyfriend out while they were in the area. Eric and his dad stayed in touch with us the entire time letting us know how close they were and what the wait was going to be. When Eric finally found us he pulled us right out no problem. And despite being up all night pulling people out he was super nice, actually fun to talk to. Thank you Five Star for the incredible customer service and brightening up a very gloomy trip!
