I can’t say enough good things about Otomo Auto and Towing. Logan and his team are always so trustworthy and honest—they never try to oversell or push repairs I don’t need, which is huge to me.
I recently went in for a simple oil change, and they let me know my tires were getting bald. When I actually saw how bad they were, I was embarrassed I’d been driving on them 😅. Logan immediately ordered new tires and they arrived just a few days later.
The service is always top-notch, communication is clear, and I truly feel taken care of every time I’m there. I will never go to another mechanic—even though I live 45 minutes away. That’s how much I trust them. Highly, highly recommend!

I broke down late at night while traveling back from out of town in a rural and unfamiliar area. When my CV axle broke, the noise made me think my engine or transmission had failed, which added to the stress of the situation.
I called one tow company and got voicemail. When I called Otomos, they answered right away and immediately stepped in to help. They let me know one of their mechanics lived nearby and would come assess the issue. Within a few hours, the problem was diagnosed, repaired, and I was back on the road.
The technician was incredibly welcoming and clearly passionate about his work. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping someone in a tough situation and took pride in what he does. That level of service is rare.
Otomos is not just a tow company—it’s a service company that puts people first. The way they handled everything shows exactly how a business should operate.

They were very quick to dispatch and arrive near Dexter. They were kind and friendly and quick. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service or the price!
My girlfriend went in to the ditch and they came out within 20 min at 9:30 pm and she was in the Dexter area she was having a very bad night and they didn’t charge her a thing we appreciate it very much definitely they gained a new customer when we are in the area

Jay came all the way out to my house to help me when my car wouldn’t start. Dead winter ❄️ Battery. He charged my battery, checked it thoroughly, and explained exactly what kind of life I had left in it and whether replacement was needed. No pressure. No scare tactics. Just straight facts, which I really appreciate. Jay showed me where my battery pegs were because I didn't know. Very helpful ✨
I followed him to their shop, where they rechecked everything. My vehicle’s battery is not an easy one it’s located underneath the front passenger seat, while the charging points are under the hood. Not exactly convenient. They had to order a Mopar gel battery, and while we waited, they went above and beyond in ways they absolutely didn’t have to.
They walked me through everything they were doing, showed me parts of my vehicle I’d never been taught about before, and answered every question with patience and humor. On top of that, they cleaned my car. They vacuumed part of the interior, wiped down the dashboard and surfaces, and made my car look noticeably better just out of kindness, not obligation.
Jeremy, the on-site mechanic, is incredibly intelligent, funny, and genuinely interesting to talk to. Jay is equally knowledgeable and personable. The shop itself is clean, welcoming, and even smells good (which says a lot for an auto shop). I also loved seeing their Best of Mower County plaques and Google recognition on the wall clearly earned.
They even have really cool sweatshirts and hats, and I’ll probably grab one in the future. I also got to see one of their massive tow rigs absolutely a sexy beast of a rig!!!
I didn’t get to meet Logan, the owner, this time, but I hope he knows his crew is top-tier. I’ll 100% be coming back here for future services like oil changes. Honest, fair pricing, great energy, and people who truly care. Highly recommend.

We hit a deer on our way back from Trader Joes, and we were stranded in the cold on the side of the road of a cornfield (family of 5 plus Great Dane).
Thankfully, the Mower County Sheriff recommended this tow company. Otomo was phenomenal.

I was passing through Austin, MN. and would hear something in my 23 ft. motorhome brakes, I called them and drove to there shop. They found the problem, it was almost 5pm. and got the parts, and I was out before 6:30. I needed brakes and two new rotors. Very happy with there work. My husband, I and the doggie are over the road drivers. We called them, when the truck was broke down on the side of the Hwy. They came right out, got the truck started and followed us to their shop. They went and found an alternator
For the truck. My husband but that on as the shop guy figured out what was wrong the apu on the truck. The shop guys are very nice and went out the way to help us. If anyone is ever stranded

Awesome service. Found us on side of road 2 miles from shop called the shop to send for a big hammer and air compressor. We cudnt get the tire off. Super nice and helpful. We had already waited 45 min to an hr for another service! Thank you so much for getting us off the side of the road in a construction zone on i90!!!! And they say people don’t stop anymore( we had actually just said that)

I was panicking because I couldn’t cancel or reschedule my hotel stays, and I still had a 5-hour drive ahead to reach Chicago. That’s when Jeremy and his team stepped in and truly rolled up their sleeves to get my car back on the road. Their expertise and dedication made all the difference, allowing me to continue my journey without unnecessary delays. They only charged me for 2.5 hours of labor, which I was more than happy to pay given the stressful situation. I deeply appreciate their hard work and professionalism — highly recommended!
My can recently broke down on a trip between Minneapolis and Omaha, on a Sunday. The AAA driver recommended Otomo's, and stated that Jeremy (the mechanic) would open up the shop and help me out. Jeremy was a friendly and patient person who took the time to explain my engine issue (a bad ignition coil), and was kind enough to chat while he performed the repair. It took minimal time, and the price was fair. I can't recommend Otomo's, enough!

These guys were an absolute Godsend! Traveling across the country in a new to me ‘96 Corvette that was modded by previous owner and developed a misfire from running rich, I was out of options, no shop could get me in and one that did said they didn’t want to mess with it due to the bolt ons, until I found Otomo! Very trustworthy and fair, got me back on the road and gave me a lot of useful information. If I lived in Austin I would only bring my car here! Thanks a million to Jeremy, great guy!
I look for other shops around my area on a Saturday and this was open. Found this place. They came and towed my truck to their shop and got it fixed and good time. I spoke with Logan who was professional and the turnaround time on getting my vehicle back was awesome. Thanks.

i got into an accident and didnt know what to do with my vehicle it got towed to just a shop I will not name. They quoted me five months out in a ridiculous price. I did some Googling and found otomo’s their reviews were phenomenal and I understand why the process was easy. I was kept in the loop and paid a third of what the other place was quoiting as a 23-year-old it could be a scary process in the fear of getting scammed. I can tell you right now. This is one of the best places I’ve ever been to amazing staff. I was kept in the loop the entire time They went above and beyond I will recommend Anyone who needs work done
Absolutely amazing services and reasonable prices! Called for a tow and they knew exactly who to send out for the job. Showed up and had my car loaded up onto the truck fast! I believe the driver that I had was Jay and he did an amazing job especially with having to pull to the side of the road multiple times for first responders on the highway. I will definitely be calling Otomo's for any future towing that I need done.
Amazing service. Phenomenal people. The best experience I could have ever asked for. This fall I had a flat tire while traveling through on I90. It was a Sunday and I had a 6 month, 2 year old and my dog in the car with me. I called asking for help with getting my tire patched and the guys at Otomo’s came to meet me within 15 minutes. They soon had me safely on the road again. They were so kind to provide my toddler with coloring and a movie during the wait. I was also so thankful for a nice place to change and feed my baby while we waited. They gave my son some candy and a little toy tow truck before we left. My son absolutely loved it and I can’t express how much I appreciated everyone there that day.
I would give these guys 10 stars! When I went from cruising on I-90 to 40 mph with a flashing engine light, I knew I had an emergent situation. Just past 6pm, most mechanics were sure to be closed. A quick Google search showed Otomo’s was a 24 hour emergency mechanic. 3 hours from home, 4 hours from family, Logan and Jeremy got me back on the road quickly and at a reasonable rate. Mechanic Jeremy was easy to understand. Owner Logan was prompt, friendly and kind. Logan, thanks for getting into this business to help people!

The customer service is beyond the 5 stars also the work they do is also above the the 5 stars that is given. They truly are amazing and they dont treat you like a paying customer they treat you like family. Highly recommend
I brought my car in to have the bumper replaced and Jeremy all around did a great job! He helped me figure out the best option in terms of price but also still having it come out the way I wanted. Definitely recommend to anyone needing work done!
