Tow truck driver was super nice, $230 bucks to go barely 5 blocks though was pretty wild. The reciept showed I was charged 65 dollars for 16 miles? Curious where 16 came from considering the actual tow was for 0.6 of a mile.
Almost 700$ for a friend to be towed down the street and barely able to take his medication out of vehicle. Told 2 different prices just to get items out of it which when we returned to get items from car the guy at counter didn't charge anything and said they didn't for the first week. So th night guy just tried to get money underhandedly
Absolutely the worst shop I have ever used every time my truck had gone there being 2 times 2nd not by my choice but insurance only covered the damage with them. every time they mess something up do not use this shop anyone I talk to about it always has bad things to say
These guys will mess up your vehicle do not go here. My dash worked just fine before these guys did some work now I have no speedometer rpms or gas gage. Have to drive down the road without knowing how fast I'm going hope I don't kill someone.... do not go to this place

They were amazing, they came so fast and got our car unlocked after the keys got locked in with our son in the car, and they were so kind. Highly-rated I wpuld give them a 10 star if that was possible.
One of the best auto shops around! Broke down on the side of the road and they gave tow right to their auto shop and were able to repair everything! Highest quality staff who were truly always available! 10/10 recommend!

Always Available is awesome! Have had newer & older cars repaired, along with my lawn mower. They are honest, explain repairs & are very reasonable. I appreciate I can take my vehicles in & get an estimate before a repair or decide not to. All repairs have been great, and they don't add on unnecessary repairs. Very Honest & that is hard to find in vehicle repair places. Highly Recommend!!
Very nice people work there. Were about to get our stuff out of a crashed vehicle quickly which was nice. No idea about their pricing but service was great.
Really can't set a price ed on towing. Lot of confusion. Overpriced on towing personally long haul. Asked about pulling a transmission from a vehicle and the price was steep for 9 bolts 600+ that's crazy. Especially when every thing is disconnected including dr. Shaft. That doesn't include their towing to the location and back to the original location...sorry guys but too steep.

Vehicle to get work and personal information. Guy on shift (Derek) told us they can only dispatch people from St.Cloud but couldn’t have some meet us at the shop in Cushing. So much for “Always Available Towing Services”.
This was an expensive day. Do not have a automobile break down anywhere between Akeley and St. Cloud. If you do you will be S*it out of luck. Hope you break down closer to St. Cloud so you can actually find a shop and a tow, cuz if you are in that section in the middle of nowhere closer to Akley then you will pay through the nose for a tow and to get fixed. Tie-rod broke and saw my tire ride into the ditch ahead of me. Good thing I'm a good driver or it wouldn't have been only my car that needed fixed.
These guys are the best!!! Cant be happier with them. After calling AAA they called a local company Check Auto Body to tow me home to Wadena from Royalton they backed out after having us wait on the side of the road for an hour. Always Available came right away no problem. Best towing company ever. They really live up to their name!!!
Love this company, they came and got my truck unstuck after a weekend of mudding in the woods. Took 4hrs to get it pulled back down the road and they were happy to do it!
The guys had me hope in the truck after each winch point and back her out slow. They knew what they were doing and got me out after hours even! Cannot say how thankful I was to have a good company there when i really needed it.

managed to get my self in a situation getting my truck stuck over the weekend , called these guys 5pm on sunday and the driver Keith showed up quick and got it handled no questions asked. reasonable pricing and great customer service - id pay extra to use these guys again - worth every penny
Car broke down last night on the way home from Itasca State Park. 165 miles from home, we didn't know where to turn to. AAA hooked us up with this shop the next morning and within two hours we were towed, fixed, and on the way home. Nice people, fair prices, would highly recommend.
Over the Fourth of July weekend my car broke down near Cushing Minnesota. I of course feared the worst, and assumed that I wouldn't be able to get the car fixed until the 5th.
