10/10. It was a rough night but he was kind, reassuring and so helpful. Got my car back to brookings, and dropped me off right at my door, all with a smile on his face, at 2am. He is the best!
The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and understanding he was willing to work with me on a time a price and even towing if necessary they’ve definitely been a lot of help with my situation and I couldn’t be more appreciative and their just awesome people in general.
I am from the Twin Cities, and I was our near Benton Lake, MN on the morning of 9-7-2025. I was on a way off trail gravel road and my car would not start. I was connected to Kyle after my Auto Insurance could not find me any help. Kyle got there very quickly. He was extremely professional, and I could tell he was a solid dude. I was fully expecting to be charged over 200 dollars since this was a Sunday and out in that area, there is not a whole lot of options for auto assistance. I told him what my expected cost would be and he said, "I do not take advantage of people." It was well under my expected cost. I am very grateful to have been connected with Kyle.
I had to do some telecommunications work in the ditch near Ivanhoe and got stuck trying to get out. I called Kulla Towing at around 10:30 at night, and got an immediate response. My wait time was only a couple minutes longer than the time it took for him to drive to my location. My truck weighs a little over 10,000lbs and yet it was no problem for him. He even knew the local deputies, and was able to get their help blocking traffic. Kulla was professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. Would definitely recommend!
We broke down on the road approximately 150 miles from home in a new to us motorhome … made one phone call from a google search and he traveled about 40 minutes on a SUNDAY to help us get back on the road. Excellent service by a very genuine hard working guy. He made sure we were good to go and made it home safely !! Highly recommend…. Very few like this around !!
Prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, repairs what you need repaired , nice to have a repair shop that
genuinely takes the time to do things right. Priced very fair, pleasant attitude, communicates with you if anything else needs attention. Highly recommend.
Kyle has always been quick and helpful even with small or tricky problems. I wouldn’t hesitate to go to him for maintenance or larger repairs! Especially since now with the tow trucks I don’t have to haul it in myself!
These guys are great! Had them do a motor job in my classic pickup, they came and towed my vehicle to there shop, they were professional, timely, and very reasonably priced. No hassle and honest and upfront about cost a big plus and not very easy to find shops like that these days! 10 out of 10 service and I will be using this shop and towing service again!
Price wise they are comparable to others if not cheaper. They were able to pickup and deliver my van when done which was a huge help to me. I would recommend 🙂
I needed a tow. He was fast and reliable. Great communication ended up fixing my 07 suburban in a timely manner. Great rates great communication and amazing job. I would recommend him to anyone!
Needed my brakes to be done and brought my car to Kyle! He was very prompt with the service, great rates, courteous and treated me like family! I would bring my car back again and again!
Kulla repair and towing is a great company! The owner is really nice and is willing to work with you for the payments. I highly recommend him if you need a tow, if you need repair done on your vehicle or both like I did.
Kyle went above and beyond to get my car running on short notice. He addressed additional small problems with my car that I neglected to mention to him, and told me of other potential issues in the future. The price of labor considering the alternatives was beyond fair, albeit outside the city limits of Tyler. Best bang for my buck that I've had with a mechanic, and friendly as well.
