2nd battery I bought from them turned out to be trashed. Everyone assumes the battery is frozen, yet they haven't seen it or tested it. Got district Mgr involved and still no resolution. Guess I should just have gone to NAPA.
The best customer service ever. We had a truck break down on our way to Canada on June 4th 2022. The guys working did everything to help get us get up and running. Thanks to the great service we were able to solve our issue and continue our trip.
Very helpful and clean place but whenever possible have the person helping you look at the part your ordering. Example....I needed a fan for cooling my motor and opened the hood and left it propped open so it could be looked at and verified to get the correct fan the first time. The person assisting me said they knew the correct one and ordered it without looking. $70 dollars and fan comes and after tearing engine apart the fan is pulled out of the box and its the wrong fan. So once engine was put back together with broken part I returned and told him if was the wrong fan. The excuse was you said this and I said I also asked you to please look at it to make sure but you didn't. Then I was asked if i would like the correct one ordered for $200? I said thank you but no thank you my friend found me one for $75. Just my refund please. Overall nice place, very nice employees and usually very helpful.
The staff is helpful, and they usually have whatever parts or supplies you might need in stock. But what I like most about the place is that they are usually still open when I'm working on my vehicle and discover yet another part that needs replacing!
After coming out of Quetico, we found that my caliper was missing a bracket bolt. I called and asked and was told they could figure something out. Stopped in and the worker tossed me a package of 2 bolts that were only $4 and before I could ask, gave me a socket wrench with the right size socket on it to use. Saved our fishing trip on our way home to Kansas City!
We were coming back from Quetico Lake traveling home to Omaha and KC, and we lost a back caliper bolt. Called while in Fort Francis, we pulled up walked in and they had the bolt waiting with a wrench so we could quickly install. They saved the day!! Thanks!!!!
Bought bulbs for turn signal neither bulb worked I took the package back in they said they couldn't help me even though I was in the parking lot trying to get the bulbs working last time I bought bulbs there one of the two bulbs was defected they cost me over 7 dollars went down the street to Napa they sold me one bulb for 1.50 and even installed it for me since one arm is in a sling and even thou O'Rielllys workers told me it wasn't their bulbs it was my socket the bulb from Napa worked just fine will shop there from now on for any bulbs I need
