Efficiant, quick, service Excellent communication skills !!!.Top notch all the way around!! Highly recommend !!! Even tho I smashed into a Bambie in the beautiful MN forest with traveling with work i hit a good sized Bambe..a bit shaken, tired and unsure of my surroundings it was Dark and late.. ..My "AAA" Agent could not locate me. But 'Ion Man Towing did."Along with reassuring me that they would take care of everything which they did and beyond !@ Great knowledgeable Drivers Thanks guys 5+Stars Highly recommended!! I locked my keys in my car after work (I'm a bartender so it was a little late in the evening) I called and they came out to help right away. He was quick with getting the door unlocked and was friendly both on the phone and when he came out to unlock the car. I thought the price was reasonable too. Between the customer service, timely manner in unlocking the vehicle and fair price, I'd definitely call them again!

Highly Recommend! I had to call Iron Range Towing after hitting a deer, and they were amazing from start to finish. They picked up on the first ring and had someone out to me within 30 minutes. The drivers were great super friendly, funny, helpful, and made a not so great night much easier. On top of that, they even gave me a ride to a nearby hotel lobby so me and my kids would have a safe place to wait for my ride. Fast, reliable, and genuinely kind people. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a tow.

Scheduled a pickup to bring my car to the shop via my insurance and a competitor business, that business canceled my pickup for a more profitable pickup less then 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Iron Range Towing and Automotive was able to make it in time and was able to allow me to still make my appointment on time!

A delivery driver got stuck in my driveway in the snow bank. REALLY stuck. Thankfully, these guys had a truck to us in 10 minutes to get him out. It was a very easy experience and the driver was nice about the whole ordeal. Would recommend these guys to get you out of a hairy situation.

We had to call Iron Range Towing after our enclosed trailer got stuck down a ravine. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Our driver, Levi responded promptly and immediately got to work. He got the trailer out safely and in one piece with no damage to the trailer. Thanks, Levi!

Levi responded to my request for a winch out of ditch. He arrived promptly and was very courteous. Accomplished the winch out and did no damage to my vehicle. Escorted me to a safe location to complete paperwork. Levi was extremely pleasant and reassuring. Definitely 5 ?

I made the mistake of leaving my lights on all day while I was working at a school in the area. When I got into my vehicle at the end of my shift, I attempted to start it only to discover the battery was completely dead. I am a substitute teacher and the location I was working was not one that was familiar to me in location or in it's surrounding community/staff members. I am also not from the area. The closest personal connection I was able to reach for aide was 45 miles away. Jamie at Iron Range Towing was not only fast and efficient, but he navigated his giant row truck through absolutely crazy "after school" traffic down a slow traffic one-way lane to a teeny little employee parking area tucked behind the school to rescue me from having to walk around in the freezing cold to find a door on the opposite side of the school that I might possibly be able to re-enter the building (post-school hours, at that point) to sit and wait until someone from my hometown was able to make the 45 minute commute to jump my vehicle - or perhaps come by a Good Samaritan who would offer help ? Once he finally was able to access me and my car, his battery pack started it up immediately. That's the first time I've ever seen it fire up so quickly when the battery needed a boost on my vehicle, especially during the cold winter months! After Jamie got me up and running, I was able to get warm again and back home safely. What impressed me even more about this local road side service is that they personally followed up to make sure I made it home safely following the jump start and reminded me to leave the vehicle running for awhile to ensure that the battery was able to recharge. Triple A sends a follow up text message to me, but never the actual service provider themselves. As a single mom that needed to get home to her kids, stuck out in the cold without anyone familiar enough nearby to ask for help, having someone who took the incentive to check and make sure that I actually made home safely in one piece after having to receive the help meant the absolute world to me. Having relocated to this area with my children and no longer having our support network nearby has been a huge concern. After the impeccable service I received from Iron Range Towing, that concern has been put at ease. If my children and I ever happen to come by any further roadside issues, I now feel like we have a safe local place we can call now if we need help in the future.
