Double the price of new and wouldn’t even price match of the new one, got mad that I didn’t wanna pay double and said there salvage vehicles were quality….
They want 77.00 to ship a 40.00 part from MN to AR!!! Totally ridiculous!!! Are they serious?!?! I don't mind paying for shipping but I can order a love seat and have it shipped cheaper than that!
Just meet these guys yesterday. Found a needle in a haystack, fair priced, but had an issue with 1 part. I called and they offered me new parts to replace the rusted ones. I call that great customer service. I will be back again. Welcome to the great up north!
Got a transfer case for my wife's truck from them. It went out in less than 90 days by the ti.e I pulled it out and brought it in on a Monday, they told me they won't honor the 90 day warranty cause it was 91 days
Not really sure what I think/feel. Called them looking for a Subaru part. I wasn’t sure what the part was called and the guy on the phone was very impatient and told me to send a text with the picture info and misc information about it. I did that as soon as possible as I had the picture. This was about 3-4 months ago. Haven’t heard from them yet. I ended up calling and getting my part from a place in Cloquet.
However I wanted to give them a second chance. Called them up to junk out my vehicle. They had it towed the next day with no problems. Talked to Spencer. Friendly, helpful and patient with all my questions.
I’m new to the are and they had exactly what I needed and was very helpful every time I called and didn’t make me feel stupid as a woman. Very prompt with me!
Needed a tire. They were fast about looking it up on the computer they had one. The price was more than fair especially the tire having good tread on it can't complain. Thank you guys again
$400 for a high miliage T5 was borderline ok. Really thought they would have at least drained the oil out of it before loading into the pickup and not drain out all over in the box!
I've always had great service with chucks when i lived there.
I moved away and ended up having car troubles, I called chucks and Spencer helped me over the phone to get correct part.
Had option to pay over phone.and offered delivery options received part He helped me with install questions via phone..got part put in and works great!
I won't go thru anybody else...

Drove almost an hour and a half for a starter that did not work and was assured that it was functional. Would be nice of them to honor the return of the faulty part in exchange for one that works properly.

Terrible customer service and terrible part. I bought a climate control switch that came with no knobs and wires sticking out the back. I saw the condition the part was in so I sent it back and the owner told me if I sent him a picture of the new switch I had to buy because his switch was junk then I'd be refunded my money. Now that I've sent him the picture of the receipt he says he won't refund me or send me the part back because he's waisted too much money sending stuff back and fourth like that is my problem if he didn't want to send stuff back and fourth then sell quality complete parts instead of the junk he is sending out
I was at Chucks auto salvage 1 week ago. I called on the phone first - very appropriate quick response and polite. The next day I drove to the site. The office person know exactly which car I wanted my part from. The part was removed in 15 minutes and I was on my way. The real kicker IS : Toyota wanted almost $900 piece as a special order. ( Center console ) At Chucks I paid $80 plus tax !!!! I took the piece home and had it installed within 20 minutes - and I am not a mechanic but a hospital worker. I am very impressed with Chucks - the quickness and politeness of their service.
Chuck's is where I get all my parts, new & used! They always stay in touch about the status of my order. The most important thing to me is that they have never treated me as if I'm from another planet because I am a woman asking about a car part!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!
Worst place I've been to. All nice guys there expect the onwer. He treats his customers like carp. Worst service I've ever had. He got all pissy because I wanted the tires of my car. Saying it's a waste of his time and he lost 80 for the rims lmao. They need a new onwer. I would recommend bass Brooks over them anyday.
fax machine does not work then they say they get my email and have my truck driver waste his time, bunch of idiots can't get a simple part shipped wow. Keep smoking herbs guys great job.
