Purchased a part through a Facebook Marketplace ad. The price was good, communication was good and they held it over a week until I was able to pick it up. The part was in good shape and complete. Good experience all around.

Ford dealership wanted $1500 JUST FOR THE PART! + 3 hours of labor to put it in at $200/hr plus $200 to program it. Chris and his team did all of it for $300.!!!!!
Great people to deal with. Bought a cylinder head for my audi. When I called they said they had the part but the guy wanted to make sure. The guy gave me a call back when he personally put his hands on the part. He set it aside till I said I was able to come get it. When I picked it up they were very friendly. Will buy parts from here again.
They treated me so well and exceeded my expectations. I had to pull over after hitting a deer..I pulled into close call auto salvage and my intention was just to leave it there overnight. The owner came right out even though they were closing and assured me he could help me out. Not only did they get me parts I could afford but they installed them for me. When I picked up my vehicle I was shocked how amazing my vehicle looked they made it look like new even though we discussed I was fine with having cosmetic damage. They saved me thousands of dollars. They gave me a quote and even though some things took more time they made sure it wasn’t a different amount they quoted me. Honest businessman would be an understatement. I highly recommend you don’t skip on this place!

Takes them a week to pull a part when it's only a 30-minute job , 45 minutes if there's more than normal rust, but they show the part being available. I understand I'm not the only customer, but don't show it available online if it takes you a week or even a few days to pull it. Most people want to get their car fixed right away. I'll just keep going to U pull or if I don't have time to pull it myself AAbco when I want used parts.
I needed a part, I didnt know the actual name of it, gave a pretty generic description, and they nailed it. The part they pulled for me was exactly the correct part. They had it pulled and ready for pickup the next day even though I had told them I wouldn't be able to stop by till the end of the week.
Definitely worth giving them a call if you need parts.
Got some tires, staff was kind, they took the time to apply sealant, clean off the tires, and even helped us load them into the truck! Wonderful variety as well in the yard, even some foreign vehicles!
I had a great experience here today. Rolled up, was closed for Memorial Day weekend. I was walking away and the owner came out and said since he was there doing bills, I could head back to see if I could find what I needed. Looked the part up, sent me back to the yard and tonight I got the fix I needed done. HUGE! Thank you to these folks!
We stopped at Close Call on a Saturday afternoon, about an hour before closing time. We thought we needed a tire/rim combo, but we ended up needing two tires and two rims balanced. Jerry went out of his way to help us with what we needed, making sure we were taken care of before we left, even after working 30 minutes past closing time. The service was exceptional, especially for a Saturday when they probably wanted to just be done with their day! Would highly recommend Close Call (and Jerry!) for your auto needs!
I bought a motor for a swap it work as should, compression was what was stated, staff was as good as to be expected on a Tuesday morning after a long weekend, loaded it for me and gave me some start up advice. Happy with service, and they were considerably cheaper than competition on the motor
Always polite, helpful, and if they don't have the part you need they can order it for you. Their prices are very competitive and fair. I love the crew. Never been treated this well anywhere else.

Great value - let you pull the parts if not already pulled. My 2013 Kia Soul was a mess and was able to carefully remove and label the screws so I knew how to put “humpty dumpty” back together. Lexi and Lonnie were great help directing me to the two 2012-13 Kia Souls they had in the yard. I was able to get 90% of the parts I needed including the little clips and fasteners thrown away in a normal salvage yard.

Best place to take your car for repair. These people are actually honest and friendly. They saved me again today, fixing my windshield wipers in the rain with no appointment or anything.
Awesome, awesome had the part I needed and had on the counter when I came five hours later exactly where he said and great price he gave me like I appreciate it. Buddy the dog he's the life of the place and Clara and I completely feel in love with buddy and wanted to take him home, we got free can coolers, the guy was SUPER FRIENDLY & talked to us the whole time in fact we were enjoying ourselfs so much talking and telling the dog buddy goodbye I left the part I paid for on the counter but the guy came out following us saying " You might need this" we all started laughing.. great experience, awesome!!!
