Never fun to have to get a tow but I can say this was a pleasant experience with a very far price for what I needed. Was also prompt with the service I needed. I have an AWD so having the option for the flat bed trailer was convenient. I will be using there services again when needed and would recommend to others in the area.
Absolutely incredible service from start to finish. We found ourselves in a highly stressful and difficult situation with our vehicle and were desperate to find someone to help. Jesse from Always Sam's was extremely fast, helpful, and kind. He was so communicative during the entire revovery process - even as he was putting himself in rough and difficult terrain in order to locate us. He made what was an awful night significantly better and far less stressful. While we hope to never find ourselves in such a predicament again - if we ever do, Always Sam's will be the first and only call we make.
We were headed to a cabin near Walker when we had a piece of animal bone puncture our tire. It was around 8:30 pm, completely dark and we had no phone service. Our spare tire holder was rusted out, so we weren’t able to get it down ourselves. Dispatch sent Always Sam’s out to us and Jesse was there 10 minutes later. I thought for sure we’d be waiting at least an hour. He was SO kind and helpful. He cut the spare out and installed it very quickly, then gave us recommendations for car shops in the area to get it fixed in the morning. We were so thankful for his help.
My wife and I were on a 3 hour drive north, within the last 20 mins of our drive in the pitch black we ran over some roadkill which just happened to lodge a bone into our tire. This gave us a flat in an area in which we had 0 service. We called 911 since we were stranded and ASTR was there within what felt like 5 minutes and we were back on the road in no time! We were able to continue our trip as we planned thanks to ASTR!
If there was a way to give 6 stars, I'd give 6. My parents locked their keys in their car, called AAA that night and still after 10 am the next day, no help from them. I called Alway's Sam's, spoke to Jessie and he told me no problem, would be there in 25 minutes. He called me back to say it was going to be closer to 27 minutes!! That is customer service! The cost was reasonable but the best thing was the quality of service I don't see in the towing industry anymore. Without hesitation, this is a go-to dependable service master that should be used when you are in need!
Called them and they came right out to unlock my truck thanks alot and there prices are really reasonable cheaper then paying for a new window thanks again Sam's towing
Jesse is one of the rarest souls you’ll find. My car got a flat and my tire wouldn’t come off. Not only did he tow me for a very reasonable price, he also went out of his way to call auto shops to see if they could fix my vehicle. When no auto shops could help me, he again went above and beyond to go to an auto store, get the parts, and then made the repairs himself at his home. While making the repairs I was blessed to meet his beautiful family. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Jesse. Thank you for all that you do.
it was 12 Am/1 Am and i accidentally locked the keys in the car, me and my girlfriend and from Illonis and drove 10 hours to just locked the keys in the car 20 minutes away from the hotel😂! we got so upset and didn't know what to do, i called 911 and they blessed us with this amazing company, it took 5 minute or less! anything you need help with these are your people!!
At 11:30 pm on a Monday I'd expect a voicemail but I got a friendly voice. Jesse showed up with a smile, ahead of time. 25 minutes! And apologized for the very reasonable price. I'll call again
On Easter Sunday we were on our way home from our cabin and we blew a tire. We attempted to get it off but it was stuck on tightly and wouldn’t move. We called Sams towing for help. They were 40 minutes away from us but immediately set out to help us. While waiting for Sams we were able to get the tire off. We called Sams and they were now 15 minutes away from us. We offered to pay them for their time. Instead of taking the money they just appreciated us writing a review. Thanks Jessie for coming out on Easter Sunday. We highly recommend this company.
I was having car trouble after dark and was waiting at a gas station for a family member to come help when I saw Jesse’s tow truck at the gas pump. I asked if he could just take a quick look so we’d know what was wrong with it and he happily came over, immediately knew what was wrong, and fixed the issue on the spot, free of charge! Incredibly nice guy, would absolutely recommend his services. Thanks again, you made my day!!
