I had issues with my car on a Saturday. Called Monday morning to see when they could look at and they fit me in same day to diagnose it and it was fixed by Tuesday. They all go out of their way to make sure everything is done quickly. I have been usisng Hansen's Auto for over 12 years and wouldn't think about taking my vehicles anywhere else.
Hansen Auto helped me get my old subaru back on the road. They presented the issues and consulted me on the options so that I could make an informed and cost effective decision. I will be returning and would recommend anyone to visit Hansen.
Dan and Shawn are great guys! They have always been easy to work with and very helpful! However, their prices can be a little more expensive than other maintenance places.
The Jeep Death Wobble continued to worsen through August. Although shocks were about due for replacement, the first repair facility we visited did not properly diagnose the issue and provided us with misleading information. All four shocks were replaced at Tires Plus and we were told this would resolve the Jeep Death Wobble. I was shocked after spending $1,400 on Shocks at Tires Plus and on my way home the Death Wobble was equally as horrible as before the shocks were installed. Tires Plus should have directed us to a mechanic who could diagnose the tie rod issues prior to installing all four new shocks. Tires Plus clearly wanted to sell us all four shocks instead of diagnosing the real issue. After our terrible Tires Plus experience, we were on a mission to resolve the Jeep Death Wobble. A friend recommended Hansens Auto Service in St. Bonifacius to us. We cannot thank our friend enough for the referral. Hansens was beyond stellar. Sean is professional and extremely fair. Hansens repair service cares and goes above and beyond to get it right. We are extremely satisfied with Seans honesty, fairness and desire to diagnose and fix the Jeep Death Wobble. After Hansens extensive trouble shooting, the Jeep Death Wobble is finally resolved. NK.

Having a daughter that went to school in Crown, Hansen has always been honest and trustworthy which can be hard to come by in his business. We appreciate him so much for being there when the parents can’t be and always knowing they are in good hands.

My son got in a really bad fender bender with my daily driver...we thought it was a total loss. These guys are the best. I trust them! They do not oversell us and just give us a fair price. There oil changes are the cheapest around. I have them maintain my entire fleet of vehicles!

We were driving through St. Boni on our way up north at about 11:45 AM, and our tire tore on a large work van. Sean not only ordered a new set of tires from out of town, but he had us back on the road before 3 PM the same day. We were given a courtesy car to go get lunch and take a walk while they were taking care of the van. To top it off, two more-durable tires here were almost cheaper than one standard tire at Discount Tire. Almost feel lucky to get a flat!
I've been bringing my car to Hansen Auto since I got my license in 2016, and I can't recommend them highly enough. As a woman, it's often hard to find a mechanic who doesn't assume you lack knowledge about cars, but that's never been an issue here. They're honest, reliable, and never try to upsell unnecessary repairs. Sean at the front desk is not only incredibly kind and helpful but a friendly face to have at the front, if you have a chance to hang around, you might be able to find some of his woodworking projects there too! The owner, Dan, is always friendly and accommodating. In fact, there was a time when I worked nearby, and they would even give me a ride to work when it was getting its maintenances at their facility. These guys go above and beyond for their customers, and I truly appreciate their hard work and honesty. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust, look no further!

When I called Hansen Auto to get an estimate the price was significantly less than the one I had received from my regular dealer PLUS they were able to get me in right away. The work was completed while I waited so I was able to observe interactions in the office. Friendly competent service all around!

Hansen's team is the best. I take all of my vehicles here for minor to major service and repairs. What I like best is that they stand behind their work and do not do not let a car go out the door until it is 100% ready yo go.
A freind if ours recommended Hansen auto a try because they gad good luck with. I am so glad I gave them a try. I appreciate their honesty and direct feedback on what they found wrong with my car. I was wowed when they gave me a ride to my home since I had no way to get home after leaving my car for repairs. They even offered to provide me a car free if charge if I needed it to get to work. I was so impressed I had them look at my other car for issues it had when I picked up my first car after repairs were finished. They diagnosed my car right away once again gave me a reasonable and honest assessment once again in a timely manner. I was wowed once again. I am so impressed by them and the service they provided me!! I plan to continue using them jn the future and to also tell others they should consider using Hansen Auto. They have consistently been honest and open about everything. I have had Ford, Toyota, and GMC vehicles in for work (I tend own high mileage vehicles that have over 100k that have a reputation of being reasonably reliable from 100k to 200k miles. They fix stuff at a reasonable price with complete transparency and shoot straight and tell me when they think a vehicle is coming into that place where it’s better for someone that does their own work. Sean and the whole crew are the best! Super glad I found them!
I need to add this… Hansen looked into a check engine light for me recently and determined that if I went back to a GMC dealer, the dealer would fix the problem as a known issue under warranty at no cost. Caveat is that the check engine light is intermittent and so I’ll have to show up with the check engine light on and then have a dance with the dealer. They’re so good that they have me actually considering paying them to do a $1200 job that GM claims they will do for free. Dead serious
Had a wonderful experience here. My car would not start, right around the corner, the very quickly brought a battery over and put it right in! Unfortunately for me, it turned out not to be the battery, which I had a feeling before they got there. It was the starter. I had my car towed there, they had it diagnosed within the hour, repairs done by next day. I had no ride or anyone to pick me up so they gave me a loner car which was beyond appreciated. Pricing was good and my car works great now! Thanks guys!!!!

My car had been in on a Wednesday and on Thursday I noticed more problems. I didn't even have an appointment but Sean said drop it off and we'll look at it. I dropped it off first thing Friday morning and I did not expect them to do more than I diagnostic, but by 12PM they had already begun to work on it and it was finished before the end of the day. Truly knowledgeable staff who works hard to keep your car on the road. Great communication and friendly workers. They won't try and sell you on something your car doesn't need.

I can not recommend any place more than I have recommended this one!! Hands down one of the best businesses there is. I have been coming here since I started driving (2016) and I will continue to service my vehicles here for as long as I am able to! I have had the pleasure to meet the owner Dan who was so personable and easy to talk to. It was fun hearing about his history as a mechanic and as the owner of Hansen Auto. All of the staff at Hansen auto is fabulous, especially Sean at the front desk who has always made me feel so taken care of. He is so thorough, you will never walk out of there with questions or concerns. I am a person who is always calling about “noises” and Sean is so understanding in helping me diagnose and making sure safety is number one priority. Thank you also to all the incredible hard working men behind the scenes who I may not get the chance to meet, but you guys have really done such a great job with every single service.
Hansen Auto is reliable and honest. They have outstanding customer service. I’ve brought a number of vehicles to Hansen over the years for maintenance and repairs. They fix it right the first time for a reasonable price and they never disappoint. Management is professional and courteous. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle!
