I like O'Reilly out parts. Your not taking parts back to get one the works. Clean friendly place to do business. Helpful people who don't make fun of you cause your trying to do it yourself.
My mother and brother my mom's battery up there to charge and then when she went up there to pick up her battery that was up there charging that you said that it was a bad battery. When she went up there to pick it up she asked him to look it up under the warranty he refused to look up the account he gave her nothing but issues very disrespectful very rude. The store has the worst customer service. Complained and told her that they were about to close and that he couldn't help her so she proceeded to ask him if he could please bring it out to her car he put it in a grocery cart and pushed it towards her.
Apparently, basic communication or the ability to simply say you don't know the answer. Is not required to work at this establishment. While it shouldn't be expected that they know. All the answers to whatever questions you have about your vehicle. They should at least be able to point in the direction of where you can find it or to be able to simply say they don't know.
Rather than staring off into space, mumbling to themselves or aggressively drumming their fingers onto the countertop.
The whole exchange feels like they're actively wasteing your time and not reaching a resolution to the question.
It also makes you not want to come back in there again and go somewhere else.
Tristan, the nice guy behind the counter today was incredibly helpful and kind to my wife and I as we were dealing a dead key fob. Could not have done it without him, thanks so very much!
This O’reilly store is exemplary. The Manager Tony is so helpful and supportive to local shops and customers, his staff are simply the best. This is the go to store because of the service, keep up the great work.
Everyone was super nice, was able to call and give a heads up needing help installing a new battery. They were able to confirm they could and super speedy, super nice to talk to!
Went in for a new battery. Helpful employee showed me the options, made a recommendation, and off I went. He was new and learning and the manager was nearby helping and clearly teaching him well. Both were very pleasant to chat with. Great experience
When lazy employees close the store 10 minutes early. Then act like he didn't see me while . Who is your boss I am sure it's against O'Reilly's company policy to close early.
This store is..... perfect. Always fast. Always helpful. Always friendly. I have been here dozens of times, and have literally not had a bad experience.
I purchased a battery today and Gabe, an employee of this specific store took the time to gratefully help me install it. Though there were some issues with the installation he went out of his way to make we got it done.
It's like 6° out (-9° with wind chill) and my windshield wiper broke. I came in for replacement wiper blades and Carlos was really cool and helped me find the correct size of wiper blade and even installed them for me. Thanks Carlos!
Friendly staff but said they couldn't change my headlight bulb for me because they're not supposed to move anything on the car and the washer fluid had to be unbolted... Steve at the Central Ave store did it for me no question! I don't know what the policy really is, but I'll go to Central in the first place from now on.
Stopped in this morning with some car system /charging troubles. Tony showed top tier expertise and set me up with what I needed. Less than 12 hours later I have a new alternator installed and car is good to go.

St. Anthony O'reilly has been keeping me rolling for years and years. The gentleman on the morning of 3/21/23 was so nice and helpful, helped me determine the problem and get the perfect part in less than one minute. Always great service and great prices here

This store has a grumpy old mam in the front counter who is very mean. He literally yelled at me for asking him a simple question about wiper blades! Unless he owns this place, I don't understand how a person with such attitude works at the front desk/counter. I had a very negative experience at this shop in St. Anthology village, Minnesota.
Different people every time I go, none of which know anything about cars. Another store sold me the wrong parts. They forgot to run it through my account. Couldn't return and was going to buy a bunch more stuff. This is FAR from the last time they have caused me extra Errands and tied up a shop bay. Avoid!
#3270 Renee Williams, saved me from wasting so much money. She is one of the most honest person, I have ran into at a Auto shop. Some will try to get you to spend so much Unnecessary money but she honestly listens to you and helps you get exactly what you need. I will tell everyone to go to O’reilly and ask for (Renee Williams) she’s a true blessing
I came in to get a battery tested and it was bad so I bought a new battery today. I had one of the guys install it for me, as he was doing it I was watching and he was tightening the bolt down using 2 hands like he didn’t even know his left from his right… righty tighty lefty loosey dude… I didn’t want to say anything cause I figured maybe he knew what he was doing but apparently not and I ended up leaving with missing bolts and nuts and an unsecured battery I kid you not they literally said “well that’s how it came”… don’t let these guys touch your car they are inexperienced.
I almost alway get superior service from Oriely's however this trip was the best in recent memory. The 2 women working the counter were extremely helpful and went well out of their way to assist me in finding the part I needed for my truck. Although the part I needed was not a stock item the woman was able to locate the part for me, order it and make sure thag I knew it would be in by the next day. This is why Oriely's get a large portion of my automotive parts business.
Decent prices. Staff is mildly helpful. I called ahead and asked for an item to be ready when I arrived in 10 minutes. Staff said they would do it. Staff did not pull out the item and spent another 5 minutes looking for it when I arrived. It was nice that staff offered to help carry things out though.
I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts because I needed new wiper blades, and as soon as I walked in the store and they saw what I was looking at, they helped me find the right blades, and even gave some personal advice on which ones to get! I didn't ask for help to put them on, but they would have had I asked! Good service with smart employees!
Went in never having bought wiper blades in my life. Colin helped me out and installed them for me, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Thank you for the great service

Staff lacks experience and customer service.
Need to do more than run a register.
Some even need to lose the attitude.
Helpful, could be a bit more knowledgeable about some of the questions I was asking about -- getting the right tool for a fastener that was at an odd angle. The associate didn't seem super interested in helping me solve the problem.
Perhaps the management needs to incentivize a more warm, teaching, problem solving environment. A little more general training on some tools to solve different problems would help, because if I've gotta search for a tool online, I'm just gonna buy online.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! I went into O'Reilly Auto Parts to borrow a code reader in order to diagnose an issue with my car, and admitted upfront to the employee that I knew very little about what I was doing. He helped show me where / how to use the code reader, and helped me trouble shoot my issue afterwards. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in need of car help.
Absolutely the best place to go if you're working on your car. Very helpful and friendly staff. He helped me with my spark plugs and diagnosing many problems over about five years. Can't recommend enough.
Went in to get some replacement clips for a panel of my car that popped out. Even though I was fairly certain I would be able to figure it out on my own, Jim and his colleague (maybe the GM?) went out of their way to replace the clips and pop the panel back in on my car for me. They were friendly, chatty, and made what would normally be an annoying experience pretty enjoyable. They also cut me a deal on the few parts I needed. I definitely recommend!
