Helpful workers that meet you at your vehicle and set you up to unload. Friendly staff. Been to this place multiple times and always a great experience.

I love this place they are so helpful and the prices are great very clean and well kept staff are very respectful

Been here before, usually fairly busy and congested for parking and getting help which can be understanding. Stopped today, not as busy but still no place to park due to 3 vehicles and then 2 large boxes taking up parking spots so no place to park. Tried to just stop in a large open area by the building as I had a very small load to drop off and was asked to park out by the curb. I mentioned they should then move their boxes so you can park and was told "It's our facility and our rules." Really, you want the business but have no place to park?

My all time favorite place to take metal for recycling. Chris and the staff are excellent. I highly recommend them

If I could give more stars, I would. What a great group of people to deal with. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Out of the 3 recycling facilities I go to, weekly, this is best.

Great people, fair prices and always looking to get you the most for what you bring in. They pay the best in the state for circuit boards, hard drives, etc... They specialize in it Wednesdays during the summer months is weener Wednesday. Fres dogs, sodas and chips. Leave with cash and some lunch for free. Can't beat it.

What always unnerves me when I arrive at a new scrap yard is when they offer to help unload. I'm not an experienced scrapper, and their small talk makes it clear that I might not know what I'm doing. I can’t help but feel like I’m about to be taken advantage of, especially when the prices they offer seem unfair. It feels like this place is no better than a small-town thief. Honestly, what happened here feels criminal to me. If you offer me less for #2 copper than anyone else, that’s not just bad business—it feels like theft. And if your scales are inaccurate or if you’re dishonest, that’s a serious issue. Many people feel embarrassed about taking scrap to a recycling center. So they do nothing about it and you keep getting away with what your doing. Well I'll be back and you better believe I'll weigh everything before coming and be prompt to say something if it's off.

Stopped by to recycle some steel. Steve was a great help as was Natalie in the office. Felt good to do something ecologically responsible. What do you call a fake noodle? An impasta.

The team members were friendly to me, and were extra helpful unloading with me the things that were to heavy for me to lift. They took real good care of me. I also appreciate that they are clearly a supporter of the local C.R.O.S.S. food shelf. Thank you Maximum Recycling.

Friendly staff. This was my first time bringing in to a center. Easy to unload and fast service. I highly recommend.

The place seemed like it would be good for what I needed but whenever I said "thanks for the information.." and tried to add on another point after that on the phone, whoever I was talking to just hung up on me. I'm usually patient with any type of customer service interaction but that was straight up rude.

My first time using Maximum was a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and they were gratuitous to have my business, which is refreshing compared to my experience at other metal recyclers. It’s definitely worth the drive to Rogers. They have definitely earned my future business.

This place offered me 25% less for my copper than another recycling business less than 10 minutes away. Needless to say "I drove the extra 9 minutes." I will not return.

Stopped to drop off wire, was told price was around 3.20 but most of the wire ended up under #2 at just over $1/lb.. was priced at $467 and after driving 40mins home I counted $455 in my pocket.. should've counted before but come on.. nice people but I'd look elsewhere

The best price around for scrap especially #bare bright copper is up to $3.69 lb awsome?, I will always turn my copper in there. Been there about 34 times now

Went there to turn in my copper(#1) because they’ve been the only ones open on a Saturday recently. Now I always weigh my copper before bringing it in(there’s a few other places around the metro I usually take my copper to) and I’m always maybe a couple of pounds off from when I weigh it at home to when I take it in. I brought my copper in here and they were friendly in offloading it...but I did not get to see the weight while they were weighing it(as there was another customer at the desk and 1 customer inside at a time was written on the sign). So I finally get up to the desk. She asks for my info/license like usual...and then just comes out with a check and a print off of the weight. The weight was about 30 lbs(#1 copper) short. That’s about $90. I really didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t able to be right there when they weighed it and especially when I already had a close idea of how much I had. I’ll never go back there again.

I do a bit of scrapping in my down time so i usually have a variety of everything and not always sure how to separate. Ive been in about once a month for a year or so and each time no matter whos helping me they seem to have my best interests in mind. For how busy they are at times i (the customer) dont feel rushed and walk out with a bit more knowledge and of course that money. Even if its a 45 minute drive- I see no reason to go elsewhere

Great place the everyone one is super friendly and helpful with the exception of one older gentleman that drives a forklift he is rude with no skills and should really be fired.

An excellent operation. Friendly, helpful, fair and speedy. Great folks to work with for your metals, ewaste and electronics disposition. This summer they even have Wiener Wednesdays, complementary dogs for all customers. A great crew.

I always enjoy bringing my stuff to Maximum Recycling. I’m out there every two or three months. Chris is always helpful, and his crew is very friendly. I hope they stay there forever because I never want to go anywhere else. Free hotdogs on Wednesday’s!!!

Everyone is always friendly, helpful, & social with you as a customer. We bring fire extinguisher scrap there roughly once a month but they always remember us. Excellent friendly service/place/people!!! They can get busy. Have patience. These guys work as hard & as fast as they can.

Likely the friendliest recycling center around (and by a wide margin). When I drove up to the drop off location in the back, I was promptly greeted by a gentleman on a fork lift who said he would be back shortly. He returned and took care of my stuff as promised. Once inside, everyone else was extremely friendly as well. I was thanked by name before I left. I will definitely return for all of my recycling needs.

Showed up before they opened and the guys were more than happy to help me out. They separated my copper so I could get the most money. Just great guys over there. Will definitely be back soon.

Based on my first experience I don't think I will be back. I chose them because they are close to my work. When I got there, it was not obvious where I should bring my scrap. I found a guy loading a truck with a forklift and he said I should go around back and someone would help me. I went around back, went inside to find no one. Went back outside and someone was already unloading my trailer. I tried a few times to make small talk and he said nothing back. I know he heard me because he looked at me. After unloading my trailer, he went into the building and I did not see him again. I thought they would weigh my scrap or pay for it. I waited around for a few minutes and finally left. I was not expecting a ton of conversation, but a few words to guide me where to go or how it worked would have been nice.
