Most professional people! They go above and beyond. I run a shop and was stuck on the side of 101 in Roger's mn. Tow truck was very professional and skilled. He even texted me a picture of my vehicle when it was delivered to location. This company is owned by Collins Brothers towing. The company marks towing my shop uses is also owned by them. This company has some of the best tow truck drivers out there!!!!!
We needed a tow from Albertville to Big Lake and our driver could see I had a knee injury and would have difficulty getting into the big step up tow truck so he automatically called another driver to come pick me up in a regular pick up truck and they drove us home. Wonderful caring service!

Money-grubbing, overcharging, entitled, and terrible to do business with! Avoid this place if at all possible.
My son was in an accident and the local authorities (not him) chose this place to tow his car away. This was at about 5:30 on a Friday night. Of course, their "administrative office" was closed until 8am Monday morning, so we were stuck and could do nothing while charges accumulated.
We showed up at 8:05am on Monday morning and were stunned to be handed a bill for $628 for a ONE MILE TOW and "storage"! When I questioned it, the lady just said, "that what my boss says it is." They charged 4 days storage, even though they were closed for 3 of those days and we were there 5 minutes after they opened on the 4th day. Just the one mile tow portion itself was $340 and included ridiculous things like a "fuel surcharge" of $15 (to go a mile).
$628 to get a totaled old car worth about $2000! And if we didn't get it out right away, they would just keep racking up storage charges. They were very rude and slow, with all kinds of obscure policies meant to protect them and keep your car as long as possible so they could rack up more charges. (For example, they didn't even want to let us take pictures of our damaged vehicle without "proof of ownership" in the form of a title...which I'm sure few people have with them)
I can't speak for the auto repair/maintenance side of this company, but the towing side is predatory and pads the bill as much as possible. They do not see you as a customer or client, or as someone they serve. They see it the other way around. They know they have you over a barrel and they take maximum advantage.
I've never left a single google review before, but this placed is so terrible that I absolutely had to do so. Shame on them!

It’s obvious Burdas partners with Rogers PD for tows, and since they’re closed on the weekends, you’ll also be charged each day! Car was impounded on a Wednesday and I’m told it’ll be close to $900 to get it out. I showed up at 4:25 yesterday after it said open 24 hours to learn that wasn’t the case. Mikayla, the woman I spoke to informed me to call first thing Saturday morning and I should be able to set an appointment after hours to get my car. The woman I spoke with today told me that “Mikayla doesn’t work weekends” so she has no clue what she’s even talking about. If your meds are in the car, they won’t even let you get them out…..I’ve never heard of this.
However, with how legal charges work, and release dates/PC holds, it’s very, very apparent what’s going on between burdas and Rogers PD. Someone is connected to both and is commingling between the two. Someone needs to investigate this.
My husbands truck broke down. The tow truck driver came out very quickly and was able to somehow get the truck out of a very precarious position. Highly skilled, friendly, professional, and expeditious service. Kudos to pros like my driver today!
Called for a rollback and within a hour Austin showed to pick up a 2023 Camaro SS. He did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Absolutely a 10 from him

Brett was so helpful getting my car towed quickly and to my preferred auto shop. He was very clear and timely with communicating which I very much appreciated when I was flustered due to unexpected car issues.
Really a $50 fuel surcharge when you're sitting on the yard already? You sit on Coparts yard and charge everyone who's trailer Copart burries in the back of their lot $350 to pull it out, and add a $50 fuel surcharge to it? Seems like a real days work! SO much for it won't be over $350, but I guess $350 means, plus fees and tax. You're as ridiculous as the Copart lot!
Austin at Burda’s did a fantastic job transporting our 1939 Chevy. A car like this takes attention to detail and care to load and unload and Austin hit it out of the park making sure to not hit the exhaust or grill. Thanks!
This towing company is scammers and predators they will take ur car in any way they can and hold it for ransom so be careful from this company specially in the rogers and Monticello area they took my car from the truck stop iam truck driver and hold it for ransom

We had called Burda’s to schedule a tow for today to bring to our storage- when we called they were friendly and nice! When they showed up it ended up being a Schmit tow truck which is totally fine, we actually learned that them, Collin’s Brothers and Schmit are now all together!
10/10 recommend! The guy who showed up was friendly, and truly cared about my vehicle even though it’s a 23 year old vehicle lol.
I will definitely be using Burda’s again for any towing needs.

My tow truck driver Steve was super friendly and very professional. He came picked me and my car up, took me to my house, and did a great job while doing it.

Matt from Burda’s out of Rogers, MN answered our roadside assistance call through AAA. We were 53 miles from home heading into peak rush hour. As we all know AAA is notorious for their long wait times but Matt called within the first hour to say he was on his way. He showed up 25 minutes later and had the truck on the flatbed within an hour & 20 minutes of our call for help. A+++ service! Professional and personable! I have to give props to Matt! He’s a real stand up guy with a good head on his shoulders who understands the world doesn’t become a better place by sitting home on the couch yelling at the tv! He was genuine, smart & polite.
