I came a few months ago and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I was a having a terrible day and didn't know what was wrong. They helped me and literally made my day with there kindness. It was Kristina and someone one else. I can't remember his name but both was extremely helpful. The guy broke down what was wrong and why my battery was doing that. 5/5 10/10, experience
Extremely helpful and courteous staff one young man helped me . Went and got items i was looking for. You better keep this one, he's a good one, I talked to Mgr. On duty and let her no...he even let me know about the Auto Zone customer savings program, I signed up for it.
Bought a starter from them and swapped out my core at the time of purchase. Went home to install new starter and it didn’t work. Came back with the same starter and tried to have them test it. They couldn’t figure out how to use the machine. They then accused me of bringing in a different part. Despite the part number matching my receipt and their system.
3 separate autozone employees accused me of it. 1 of which was on the phone and not there. “Oh we know our parts” when apparently no one can read at this location. They also called other stores to try and prevent me from testing or returning the part they gave me. Very low IQ and rude staff. They know nothing about cars or how their own testing equipment works. They would rather be loud rude and wrong. Manager on the phone instead of trying to figure out situation decide to just tell me to call corporate if I had a problem and that she was back in 4 days and would handle it then. Will not be back to autozone.
Kristina J., the staff person I had the pleasure of working with, was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Kristina helped me to get the AC flowing on my old Lexus. Kristina knew exactly what I needed and even showed me what to do. I couldn't be happier, I haven't experienced great service for some time and Kristina was a delight, she did her thing.
Couldn't find their hand in dront of their face. More interested in pushing off customers on younger inexperienced employees instead of just answering a simple question. Too dependent on their computers to know basic things abiut the inventory in their store.
Just got to a hardware store or alternative auto supplier. This specific store is a disaster. The female staff that used to run the store was far superior to the men they have their now. Even hung up on me when I called about the service they gave and lack there of.
This store needs an employee overhaul and educational program about the products and service they're specialized in.
I would give 10 ⭐️ stars if I could! I bought a replacement rear wiper blade and couldn’t figure out which adapter to use. I went back to the store. Tigger, the store manager patiently figured it out and assembled it for me. She even went out to my car and attached it. She had me test it out to make sure it worked! All for a $13 wiper blade. Customer service at it’s finest!
Tigger and team are the best! My sisters car broke down and I bought her a battery but didn't have a way to get it to her. Tigger asked how far was my sister and offered to take the battery to her and change it. She got my sister right and on her way. Thank yall for having great customer service.
Stopped in this morning for some help and Barbara was at the service desk. What a treat to start my day off with someone who was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but was happy to help! Thanks. First time I have been here and will stop again for any Auto needs.
Tried to keep my hard earned money in Robbinsdale, but I called and she said they had my part. When I got a ride, they didn't. Had to go to O'Reilly's in Crystal. I won't be back to any Autozone.

He puts his customers FIRST - he exhibits great attitude towards his cutomers and I am one of those he treated well.
I came in the store and was greeted by an aggressive, rude and offensively impolite female salesperson. Frank Mullins came to my rescue. He calmly listed to what I am trying to say - with no interruption, he calmly and very respectfully answered my question. He focused on the issue I was describing and he was able to figure out what my inquriy was and he solved it to the "customer's satisfaction". He obviously know his job well and delivered it in full awareness and consciousness!
Frank Mullins deserves to be recognized and congratulated for his exceptional customer service!

They are very rude to customers that return stuff. They don't know how to be nice. They don't know what they have in the store. They have too many problems with the computers. You have wait a long time to get any help
Marco martinez —— I came in with a old battery that nobody else at other locations could find and i had it under warranty at autozone the employee that helped me was Britny she was extremely intelligent well mannered and was persistent on finding this battery and replacing it for me and she did just that wow what great customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️on her customer service
Em is pretty cool but his coworker Didnt tell me my car battery has nothing to do with my front lights going out , i came in mostly for advice but just wasted time returning the battery i bought back to autozone after talkin to my dad ... cant totally hate though cause i got my battery charged

I had an alternator go out and it was only a year old . When I went in to ask about my warranty , the other employees couldn’t locate my warranty info anywhere !
I was extremely upset , but this one employee Brittany went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I would leave that store without having to pay another $500 for a new alternator , but thanks to this amazing employee BRITTANY I didn’t have to! She deserves to be the store manager ! Thank you again !!
I went there today on the 14th of March I thought I ordered the right light for tail lights but once I got there the young girl behind the counter she helped me out she came out and looked at my car and told me I needed a taillight out I had a tail light out then we came in and she found the right taillight and she asked me if I wanted her to put it in I was like really could you and she said yeah I asked her how she knew about doing stuff like this and she said she works on her car's I was so impressed by her she helped me out so much next time I go in I can't remember her name but I will try to find her cuz she was so helpful to me and she helped me out when I needed it thank you so much
This place is really hit or miss depending on the time you go and which staff members are working. Sometimes the staff asks me what I need or if they can help right when I walk in. Other times I go in to return a battery core and the first worker spends 15 minutes getting nowhere before asking the other associate for help, and he also didn't know how to process the refund. Now I have to go back and hope somebody more competent is working.
Came here to replace my battery. Worker was extremely nice and quick with battery swap. Didn't get her name but she's a young white female with short hair. Great experience!
Jimmie was so helpful and pleasant. I will always shop at this AutoZone. Jimmie will always make sure you get what you need and get it taken care of. He replaced my headlight and did a excellent job. Thank you Jimmie
Needed antifreeze on a Saturday morning. Door and website both say the place is open at 8:00 a.m. the fact that nobody could answer the phone or open the door said otherwise. I really hope they get it together.
Me and my boyfriend went into this store and we had some tools when we went in to make sure we’re getting the right thing and they called to police on us saying that we we’re stuffing parts in our pockets, me and my boyfriend proceed to empty our pockets which had nothing in it so im like lets just got to another auto zone the obviously racist and to sum this up they came with two police cars but obviously we weren’t stealing because we were free to go
Stopped here today 4/5/20 in the rain to get some new wiper blades For my rav 4 Girl with the red hair helped me out she looked up what size I needed and we went over to the wiper blades and I picked some out she was helpful and nice

So everything says they are open till 9pm. Not just the website but the sign on the door and even the old guy who came and unlocked the door!!!! Locked at 854pm and refuses to serve anyone including the people who broke down.
Yes the door is locked during normal hours. He came and opening it.. I showed him the part that needs to be warranty. He says"well you have to do it tomorrow we're going home" i asked if they are open till 9. He said yeees.
And refuses to help me!
Super helpful and knowledgeable. Worked with Chris at new Robbinsdale location. We was very nice and helped get the correct parts needed to fix our Jeep. Even was willing to return wrong parts from a different location and get everything handled. We will for sure be back to get more!
