Called at 9:48pm said we'd be there in less than 10. Guy said he would wait. 10:00pm showed up open sign still on. Guy locks the door and shuts the open sign off and proceeds to hide in the back when we are knocking on the window saying we called we are the ones that called we need a belt for a truck that has us stranded. Ya know great stuff. Amazing staff let me tell ya! Won't be bringing my business here. That's for sure. And I'll make sure all my friends and family follow that as well!

Our Weston O’Reilly’s employees are always kind and helpful. This time, though, the manager-in-training went above and beyond… When I explained that I wasn’t sure the new door handle was correct because it didn’t snap in, he took the part and went right to my car and snapped in into place with no hesitation! Great customer service and done with a smile and humility…Can’t get better than that! Thank you!

Ask for Jake—Outstanding Customer Service! I’m not a car guy, and I needed help putting on a wiper blade. Jake stepped in without hesitation, with a smile and great energy, and installed it for me right away. His kindness and professionalism made a huge difference in my experience. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days, but Jake went above and beyond. If you visit, definitely ask for Jake! Richfield location- Dec 2024

I had just gotten off a plane and my windshield wiper had froze and broke off as I started driving home. Ugh. The young man working the counter at the Richfield store helped me get the right one for the conditions, installed it, had great polite manners and so respectful. I was so stressed out and he made it so I could finally head home safely in the snowstorm. I gave him a big hug!! He just smiled. Thank you for epic service and saving the day!

Always pretty good at O'Reilley's. I had called first and asked for a starter for a 2002 Chrysler Voyager. It was not in stock; but they did order one from their warehouse, which I was told would be there at about 2:00 p.m. I saw the delivery van pull up, went back over and they had the starter I asked for right there. Very good!

They’re really helpful even though they were a little younger, not disrespectful most place when you go to and you have a girlfriend with you and know everybody believe their girlfriend is the best but they didn’t disrespect her. They didn’t have on who or whisper or you know make her feel weirdand we had a great time here just buy batteries and we will probably check out other O’Reilly but that this one pacifically is pretty decent with professional guys

I went here to buy some touch up paint to fix the door handle on my vehicle. The dude looked up the part even to make sure they didn't sell it. They didn't but that was fine. I was like bro you think this color will work? And he was like bet. And it did. So that was great. Overall chill place to get some parts to do some refurbishments to your vehicle.

Ok I'm not sure how they have so many good reviews but I'm going to share my experiences. I'm a professional mechanic who lives nearby and I have decided I will not go here anymore. I've had employees yell at me in the store. I had to return 3 times to try an return a rental tool because nobody knew how to do it and after they took it they didn't return my money and I had to go back a 4th time. I've kept my cool never yelled and been kind but I've had enough after I called to see if they had a part and hung up on me because she said transmissions don't have filters. They do and they aren't cabin air filters! This store has been suffering from high turn over and a lot of people who have no clue how cars work let alone what parts are what.

It’s 11:36pm. I was working on my vehicle brakes driver rear and passenger rear. Replacing brake pads and the caliber on the rear driver side. I purchased the parts from o Riley’s in Plymouth off Vinewood. I was given the incorrect caliber. I am a member and I was very disappointed because I come to o Riley’s for everything. Even when I had car issues this past summer 2022 in Nashville. Their expertise never fail me. I understand we all have off days but today was a very challenging day! Once we completed the install of the brake pads and the caliber. We tested them and my wheel would not move. That’s when we took everything apart and discovered it was a duo instead of a single. I started to cry because my father was helping me. My mother totaled her car this past blizzard and I’ve been giving her rides to work. In addition to myself and my children regular schedule. I called o Riley in Richfield 1120 E 66th and spoke to Juan. At 9:40pm. I ordered lyft and they kept reassigning my driver until I finally got one. Juan was so helpful!! He calmed me and worked with me. He asked all the right questions and his knowledge of vehicles, parts and my car particular he made sure he had the correct part in stock. He apologized for the mistake even though his store wasn’t the store that gave me the wrong parts. He waited passed the time of close to make sure I made it even when the Lyft driver was lost. He guided us to his store seamlessly. He was very professional. I had my receipt and the old caliber so I was able to get my core charge waived. It ended up being a even exchange. I highly recommend going to this location for the staff is well educated and expert in their industry. I highly recommend someone in Juan in management team because he has excellent customer service skills and well reassuring, confident and gained my trust with his expertise and knowledge. He is most definitely a asset to the company. On my way out I run into manager “exhaust pros” across the street named Gabe. Whom took the time to help sure advised correctly how to install the part. On his time off he helped my dad and I. Making sure things was put together well. The professional on the corner of 12th and 66th are Superv! My angels in disguise, single mom stranded trying to get back home safe with my family. I am overly thankful and grateful that I had these professionals helping me out! Thank you Juan!!! (Richfield O’Riley) Thank you Gabe!!! (Exhaust Pros) it truly took a team and I am so glad I called the right one! Never let me down and living up to the company brand. I felt like my needs where met, I was given a apology and asked all the correct questions to make sure we got it right the first time with the new store. This is the finest run oriellies in western Wisconsin. The staff and the manager Pete Beliveau , are customer friendly people, and knowledgeable to aide in your automotive needs. I always come here although a bit further than other parts stores.

I came here to biy a drivers side wiper blade. I am so grateful to the staff. My debit card was declined (unknown to me, the bank had just shut it down due to suspicious activity). I stepped away to call the bank and get it fixed. Once my transaction was complete, I needed help putting the blade on and Chad was kind enough to assist me. His help made a difference!

White dude with long hair was working there when I went there looking for a particular item. With what seemed to be a hostile attitude, he asked if I needed help to look for something. I told him I looked in an area/isle that related to that item but couldn't find it. I asked if maybe the item was just placed elsewhere. With continuity of hostile attitude, he immediately responded with simple "no" and just stared at me until I walked away. He continued to stare until i walked into a different aisle and out of his sight.

I've went to this store over the years now. Everytime Perfect! This last time family tragedy happened and van had issue. Driving past I remember they have a way to test Sensors + other error codes. FREE.. in 2 Minutes Ooo my They helped and settled a issue if was problem or not. Smart employees that work and hands on work..not lazy Give them raise lol *******If you read this and you're looking for good store Go Here*******

The general assistant manager was so helpful and knowledgeable. I came in having never changed a brake light and he found the right light and helped me to replace it right in the parking lot. I would highly recommend this O’Reilly location. Thanks!

Came in on Saturday to swap out a wiper blade that I was having an issue with. The front desk person (young man) was extremely friendly and offered to help with the installation. He came out in the cold and fixed it right away! Nicely done, great customer service.

I just want to acknowledge the two employees who are working right now Thursday the 23rd of December. Cody helped at the counter much more than he needed to and he ended up finding what I needed despite the computer saying it was out of stock. He could have just said sorry we're out. The other wonderful employee I didn't catch his name was more than willing to step outside and assist me. Quite often I hear "we don't do diagnostics" ..ya right you don't.. You're just being lazy and sometimes rude also. These two were quite opposite of that including going the extra mile to give me a few suggestions on my car. I love encountering young people like this.. Some parents are still taking their job seriously and it shows in their children.

Re: Customer Service Date: 20 December 2021 Time: approx. 1900 - 1930 Location: 1120 66th St East Richfield, MN 55423 I'm a regular patron at this location. This is the first time that I've entered and been ignored; everyone offered assistance except me while standing at the front counter and in front of the store supervisor. The second employee (young, slim Caucasian male, brown hair) was already with a customer. The store supervisor, a man of Latin American decent, black-colored curly, shoulder length hair, ignored me and offered assistance to the following three costumers that walked in after me. I would like to give him the benefit of doubt and state that he didn't assume I needed no assistance because of my race. He obviously has some customer service etiquette. But, this evening I received none from him. I do understand that his actions aren't a reflection on all store employees of O’Reilly Auto Parts Corporation.

The one star is for the kid working there, not wearing a mask. Posted on the door is a sign requiring masks be worn. Why was he not? Then he "helped" me, joke, showing on the screen what choices I had, which would require me to get close to him. EVERY ONE else was complying, not this kid. Luckily another employee came to help me, very courteous and extremely helpful. I've been to this store several times and always been helped and all employees were wonderful. This maskless kid, not helpful ... why is he working there?

Great help and service from store manager. I AGREE that the cheapest may not always be the best choice. In this case, I bought the more expensive wipers (Bosch) and glad I did. I don't want to peer through the smears to be safe. Think before you buy, right?
