I have been here twice recently for bulbs and a wiring harness. Both times, the staff have been very helpful in figuring out exactly which part I need for my older car. Today, JR spent quite a long time helping to remove the tail light, dealing with some corroded screws, and changed my reverse bulb for me. If there had been an option for a tip, I would have left one, for that amount of service and kindness. Thanks!
This is always my go to store. I came in a couple days ago there was a hispanic woman working i needed a an oil filter took her about 20 minutes to get it? Then some younger hispanic kid when to go find it took him less than a minute? She then comes back and just zones out ? or i’m not sure stood there for about 9 minutes waiting to pay . This has happened to me multiple times same person. Besides that specific person the whole staff is very smart and kind .

Spent 350 to get brand new alternator with core was told bring the old core back for an over 50$ return. Came back to return core and somehow…. it’s ALREADY returned STILL standing here with the core though
This is the best location ! The store is clean and organized but what makes it the best is the amazing service ! They are always eager to help. Fodey went above and beyond and Charlie was excellent! I am lucky to have this as my hometown auto part store.
Charlie and Logan were so nice and funny. Very helpful a relaxing environment when you’re stressing about car things. Definitely will be my new go to location. Had to add more praise after my visit this morning. Love this place. Always leaving learning something new without judgement. Quick and easy. Logan was there again to help and an all day diagnostic at my car dealership turned into a two minute $20 fix. Saved $160! And left in a great mood!! Thanks again!!
Had to edit my review to add Mike!! Been to 3 mechanics even the dealers shop and this man told me the problem off of one scan of my car they performed.

Bought a new car battery for my wife's car here. Since my toolbox was in my other vehicle that she took to work, I was hoping they would help me with installation of the battery.
Two of the employees working the front were rolling their eyes when I made this request, even though there was only one other customer in the store (it is a service they are supposed to offer depending on the vehicle type). The store manager came out to look at my car with his hands in his pockets and just stared at my car.
I could tell that the manager didn't want to help me and wouldn't do a good job so I left. I should've asked for the tools to take care of it myself, but I didn't want to spend another minute longer at the store than I needed to.
Customer service and attitude towards helping someone paying $220 for a car battery was extremely poor.
Store manager Travis answered my call today and went absolutely above and beyond helping me find parts for my car. I was brutally attacked by my fiancé a week ago. This small act of kindness means more than he will ever know. Travis truly made a difference in my life and I will never forget his kindness. Thank you.
Logan was excellent help. He scanned my vehicle for a code and was able to get me the part I needed. Code was cleared and I was on my way much faster than I anticipated! Thanks Logan.
They tend to have what you need in stock or will do their best to get it for you. Very customer oriented from recharging a car battery at no cost, to installing a minor quick part for you. Rare to walk away not impressed or pleased
Definitely five star service here! I went in here around 9:00 this morning, February 29th, 2024 leap day. The Richfield location, I don't live down there, I was in the area dropping off a friend at the airport and noticed my light was on. This morning when I didn't have my husband, who usually does everything car related for me, my check engine light came on, so I stopped by here, and the gentleman greeted me. I told him my engine light came on and could he check the reasoning for me. He grabbed the tool, and ask for my keys, we went outside, he checked it right away came back to the computer and printed up the reasoning, and gave me the print out right away. He didn't try to sell me anything , which I was 100% grateful for. And I walked out of there and was very appreciative in my thanking , to him. I then called my husband and he said he could take care of it on his own. And it wasn't an emergent situation. I didn't get the gentleman's name, he was a white guy, blondish hair, stocky build, really nice guy! I shared a few photos, for you to see.
Great service when I went in to purchase a car battery. Staff was immediately available and helpful. Even took out my old battery and replaced with the new! Superb! Thank you!

Staff at this location were ready to help the moment I walked into the store I got what I needed and had a good experience and I will continue to support this location due to the fact that they have had positive attitudes whenever I have visited the store. I appreciate the knowledge that they have when it comes to the automotive area

He was the only one in the building so had to lock the door between customers which is more common now. Since it was raining pretty hard ppl were irritated but idk he was just calm so they were calm. He was time efficient to get the right hose adapter I needed from the picture I took with ppl waiting. Not in stock at that location but I did a quick pickup at another store.
I am very disappointed in the customer service I received this afternoon. I went in for a rear windshield back wiper arm blade replacement. The employee with the shoulder length brownish blonde hair helped locate the only one they had in stock. It did not look like my current one at all so I asked she/he if they would be able to help me put it on and I was rudely told no they are not mechanics and mumbles. So I decided not to buy it after receiving this unnecessary rude response. I have always received help with parts I have bought from Auto Zone so I will avoid this location and stick to my regulars.
Had to get new wipers for my car. I normally go to the AutoZone in my home town because they provide good customer service. Charles was very helpful and provided great customer service. If I need anything else for my car when I am in town I definitely will be coming back to see Charles
Honestly it was going fine but the manager Rashawn was sooo unhelpful. We called to ask if they would install a battery for us and they said they could. He obviously didn’t know what he was doing or didn’t care. It took him 45 minutes he ended up cutting the handles on our new battery was using the tools with one hand, and was just overall disrespectful. John K, the other worker came out and ended up doing our battery install in 5 minutes and is the only reason I’m giving this 3 stars, that man deserves a raise.
Every single employee who works here is a 5 star employee. I have been coming here for many years and the employees always attend to your needs and will help you with minor fixes if they have the time. I always feel like very welcome in there and their personalities are so awesome. Just very real people who treat you like a very real person. A++++

I went in to get my fob battery replaced. Wasn't busy, waited about 10 minutes to have it switched. Cool, that was nice. Go to try and start it and it doesn't work. Ask lady if she can take a look at it. She refuses, tells me she's done all she can do and won't look at it again. Okay fine.. few days go by. I decide to look into it myself. Turns out she did not take off the plastic wrap on the back of the key fob battery and wouldn't even look at it cuz she did "everything she could". Maybe try not being rude next time and just make sure you did your job correctly, and we wouldn't have an issue. Happened week of 1/30/2020 around 6-7 pm.
Kim and Stu were super helpful when I needed new headlights. Kim looked up my car’s make and model and then recommended a set. Stu installed them in less than five minutes. Easy peasy! Thanks for such a great experience!
