Banks was amazing quickly got to my location and did everything he was supposed to in 5 minutes. Very kid friendly as well. Gave my kiddo attention during the process.

Yes 40 below weather my car begin to go crazy and eventually die on me so I'm stuck on an exit off the freeway so a young man stopped his car and gave me a jump it eventually died again he suggested I need an alternator so I looked completed so he said he worked at a repair shop I asked if he knows a tow company he said they worked with frankness i called Frankies and he offered to let me sit in his car while I wait we engaged a good conversation and less than 20 min the tow truck arrived and he was so kind to drop me off at my front door and proceeded to take my car In to the shop. So I will give another review on the shop after they repair it on the following business day
Had a brake down in a very dangerous, high speed, high traffic area. My mechanic recommended Frankie's. Based on that recommendation I called and just over an hour later Shawn from Frankie's showed up with a flatbed and quickly had my vehicle loaded up and we were on our way.
We had our car towed recently by Hunter, who was extremely kind and even offered to attempt jumping our car with a jump pack because it would not start. He made the experience much less stressful and we are very happy with his service.
This place is a horrible place of business. I’m sure they get threatened a lot. I found a nail in my tire the days after I got my car from their impound lot. Charge an arm and a leg and are just simply rude and short. No one likes dealing with these people. No help no professionalism. Thanks for nothing.

TGK Automotive arranged a tow with Frankie's Towing after my battery hit the end of its life. Frankie's sent Gary out; he managed to get my car started, saving me some money instead of paying for the full tow. Appreciate the willingness to help me get my car going!
I came with my daughter to pick up her car which had gotten towed however then gentleman by the name of Brads or Braggs was off at 5pm and he was the only one there pulling the cars my daughter noticed that her tires were flat and started going off on him however he kept his calm stayed over time put air in her tires and was very nice he was like an angel in disguise your company should be grateful to have him there
We got a flat on the way to pick up or daughter from school. We spoke to Renee, she was wonderful. Sean was our tow truck driver and he was super awesome. I’m extremely pleased with Frankie’s. Great service.
Hunter showed up within the time stated by the dispatcher and was completely professional and very polite. He was really personable which made the ride to the mechanic very comfortable. He was kind and conversational which made the stress of my vehicle not working less so.

I know my toolbox key was in that truck!! You know what I am talking about. As long as I have worked on cars I have dealt with tow operators. Never have I dealt with such untrustworthy, unprofessional people. Knowing how vital someone’s toolbox is to their work you try to jeopardize me again. You guys try to steal my drive belt? Who knows what else is soon to be found to be missing. Customer service? These guys delight in your misfortune. I would never Volunteer to five this people business. I feel sorry for those who do. Count your change!!! These guys have been so shady. I would hope few people would choose to support such hacks. The dispatcher was argumentative and violent. These people have Towed my vehicles several times, often incorrectly. Impounded my vehicle even with a parking permit. I asked since the permit was in the truck could I get a discount, no. Guys are evil and I am SURE they get happy ruining peoples lives. I choose not to do business with them nor the people who contract their services. I plan to contact the attorney general and file a complaint BBB. Unfortunately there isnt much a regular person can do against these criminals. They’re just evil. Happy holidays.

We use Frankie's for tows and honestly, we love the company. Quick to respond, and always a pleasure to work with. Most of the low reviews are for people who did in fact park illegally.. People don't just tow cars for fun. If you cant pay for a tow, make sure you know how to park.

Rude workers. My car was towed for being parked “illegally” in a shared parking lot that I had to park in due to my apartment complex cleaning the garage. Once I realized it was towed, the guy on the phone said they were closed at 7pm and to come pick it up at 8am the next day. I arrived at 8am and there was not a soul in sight. About 10 minutes later a car pulled up so I went inside and she demanded $310 in cash. CASH? who carries that much cash on them. So I went to a gas station and took out money, went back to Frankie’s and the worker demanded $395 now… so back to the gas station I go. They obviously make up their own prices as they go. Horrible experience, took almost an hour to get my car out. Almost $400 to tow a car down the road and have it sit overnight. I wouldn’t recommend giving them business as they make plenty enough charging people whatever they feel like. Call highway 10 towing, they are people worth your time.

The lady in the office Maria is soo rude and disrespectful she has not type of manners what so ever I’ve been keeping my cool and not going off on them last time they towed my car it was parked in a “ fire lane “ that had no type of sign or anything the second time around 2:00am they towed my car out of this spot they said I parked “illegally” so I’m coming on here to let everyone know they don’t play around and they are a scam !! 300$ for yawl towing my car is absolutely crazy Georgetown apartments a lot of folks park in spots they aren’t supposed to and I haven’t seen they car towed !! There is nooo parking spots whatsoever so I parked here !!
I was an idiot, and locked my keys in the car, I called Frankies Towing and from the 1st minute speaking to Gina, I called the right place for help. She was so pleasant and said she would send someone right over. She didn't lie, 2 men were there less than 10 minutes. Steve, and another guy had my car unlocked less than a minute. They were so professional and delightful. I will 100% recommend Frankies Towing to my friends and family.

Jeff was very professional throughout this whole process. My truck was totaled and was not easy to get onto his flatbed but he made it happen without causing anymore damage than there already was. Jeff was on time and even waited patiently why I went back and fourth with the impound lot over the fees. Plymouth Towing is gonna be a whole different review. It turns out Jeff even covered the additional six dollars I was charged by the tow company for distance out of his own pocket. I will definitely be up there to pay him back and some. I broke my back in this accident and Jeff was very compassionate and did everything he could to make this process as easy on me as possible. I am very thankful to this guy. When I called the office at Frankie's Towing to let them know about my experience they informed me that Jeff had a painful dental issue and should not have even been working. SMH, this guy. Never complained once about his issues. I also wanna give an honorable mention to Renee in the office who took my calls. She was great throughout the whole process beginning to end. My car was pouring out oil. Thankfully I was at a friends house and they noticed the leak before I left. We called Frankie’s towing and within 20 minutes of entering their phone number, Jeff was walking up the driveway. He was so polite and professional, very efficient. Great person and representation of your company. He let us know he would text us when the vehicle was delivered and he did. I will definitely use them again! THANKS JEFF!!!
Jeff stopped to check in on me while i was sitting on the side of the road after spinning out, he stuck by till there was certainty i was okay and a plan was made to get the van out of the way. He was actually in the area to tow a different vehicle and ended up pulling my ol' minivan too! Focused, professional, & enthusiastic. Thank you Sir! No one ever wants to need a tow service, but I’m glad I chose Frankie’s when my water pump was shot and I needed my vehicle brought in for service. Jeff called to let me know he was en route to my rescue, showed up with a smile and the best attitude. He was polite, patient and efficient. I will recommend Frankie’s whenever I can.
