Highly unprofessional and disrespectful experience. You couldn't pay me to work with them again. The technician blatantly lied about our request and conversation, and told us we would have to "push the car ourselves" for a service we had already paid for. Save your money and dignity.
Despite the cold weather, the tow truck driver did an amazing job in towing my car and helping me find an open charging station with patience. Thank you for your help and the reasonable cost.
The manager Tate was extremely rude over the phone hanging up mid sentence and in person, He threatened to call the police because He thought I was gonna drive off with a salvaged broken down car with no power? Tate did seem to be under the influence stumbling out of the back office to grab the key. And terribly he threw my bible on the floor. Just complete blasphemy, I hope you find why that’s wrong Tate, even tho you seem to be a Mason
Very unsatisfied. Tate was extremely rude and used profanity with me. I’ve only used a towing service two times but THIS was completely unacceptable and put a bad image on your company. Furthermore, my car was just thrown out without my consent? No clue why this is happened and I have no idea why Tate had to be so rude with me. Very unfortunate to see.
Bad business, unprofessional as its finest through away my boi vehicle like it was some damn trash don’t ever recommend coming here ever they don’t even deserve one starr, also my other partner came hear and said they made his car even worse after they said they fixed it up now he had to go somewhere else and pay double the amount smhhh. I during the last snow storm, I locked myself out of my car while it was running. Jordan was super friendly on the phone and came to unlock it right away. I only waited ten minutes for him to come. He took just a couple minutes open up, and I was on my way.

Came in 19 min after waitimg 5 hours for Insurance Co tow. Simply picked up the phone on 12/12 @ 8:45 pm a night of 2° and Kustom was there in a flash. Nice driver, great comfy, warm cab. Bravo.
Grant arrived quickly and got me up and running fast. He was really friendly and knowledgeable - which I appreciated, knowing it was super cold out and it was nighttime. He seemed to actually care about me getting to my next location safely - informing me about the life of my spare tire, that other technicians had never told me about. I’ve had these guys tow or help with tires before - call them, you won’t regret it!
Had my car broke down back in August at night so a lot of services weren't responsive but luckily Kustom Karriers was one of the only ones that actually did respond and got me home! My car died in a parking ramp with only 8ft clearance. The Kustom crew got me scheduled for pickup in just a few minutes and got a tow in rush hour in less than 30. Chad was super sweet and tried to jump the car multiple times just in case so I could save some money. Super friendly and was able to keep me calm and assured through the whole process. Towed right to my mechanic at a fair price where other companies couldn’t bring a tow in at all. Would call again in a heartbeat if I got stuck. Huge thanks to Chad and the team at Kustom Karriers!

Josh G. came to help us get the keys out of the trunk of our 2002 Chrysler Sebring. At first he wasn’t sure he could help us. However, he spent extra time trying a few different things and was able to get the keys out. He was very kind, funny, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend him to anyone needing help!
The tow truck was there faster than I can remember ever getting a tow. Joe was REALLY good at his job! He not only got me and my van home safely, despite the wheel being essentially disconnected from the vehicle, but he placed the van perfectly up my Steep driveway. He then proceeded to make sure the van was properly situated on my jack stand before releasing the tow. His care kept the problem from becoming a disaster.
Our roadside Tech Joe was awesome. He was fast and efficient and had all the equipment to get us back on the road. Most of all he was friendly, professional, and made us feel like he really cared about us. Highly dependable and recommend.(No cost to us because we ordered through AAA).
Joe was very helpful and provided great service on a night where it was very late and cold. He jump started our car and provided us with helpful tips and recommendations for things to do going forward and how to best utilize our membership in the future.

We had a positive experience using Kustom Karriers. They handle business for AAA. We needed our small RV trailer towed to a location from where our car was broken down. It was a Friday night and when we did not hear back from AAA we called Kustom Karriers directly and spoke with Justin. Justin was very professional and told us it would take them an hour to get to us. We appreciated that he was upfront about the wait time and for his apology. He gave us the option to cancel with him and to have AAA assign someone else to us and even offered to call them himself. Long and short of it is that we decided to wait. And boy, we were so glad we did. This company is professionally run with the best equipment and they have an employee named Frank who took care of us like a true professional. Not only was he a true professional, he was so understanding and compassionate and friendly. We knew pretty quickly that we were with the best of the best and in good hands with Frank. The one hour wait was worth it. I’m sure this company realizes the value they have in Frank. Every tow company should have an employee like him. We can’t say enough nice things about Frank and the excellent way that he took care of us and how meticulous and precise he was with setting up our RV for transit. We highly recommend this company mostly because of Frank.
I had a coolant leak that required a tow via AAA. Scott was dispatched and on scene in under 30 minutes, from another city. Communication and ease in process were flawless from pickup to drop off. I appreciate Scott and his time. Thank you again for excellent service in a less than ideal time :)
Scott arrived first, addressed the damage to the ball joint and front end failures on my CX5, Understood it was tricky, called Frank and within 20 minutes Frank arrived with a second tow truck for help winching the suv on the flat bed. Calming, informative, professional and skilled they worked as a team to complete a two man hookup and skated my car onto the flat bed after removing the front tire in a few minutes time.
Seriously, my appreciation knows no bounds. My car is home, on blocks without further damages. Will recommend to anyone.
This situation sucked just a bit less with them behind the tow and I wanted to note that without being asked they were so sweet to be accommodating to the rest of the parking lot of traffic moving their trucks as well as directing those backing out of tight spaces since I broke down smack dab in the center of a busy restaurant parking lot.
We had a wonder tow truck driver today named Scott, he is the most knowledgeable driver I've ever delt with . He was there within 15 minutes and went over the process. The car was a mustang GT a 600 hp engine and low to the ground. Scott owns several high performance cars himself. It your looking for a guy that knows his cars and how to get them on his flatbed he's your man. Got the car loaded in 10 minutes took it to the tire store and we unloaded car. If you want a car moved he definitely is your man, extremely satisfied.

Had my car that was lowered towed by Joe and he provided a reassuring experience making sure the car wouldn’t be damaged as well as making sure that I felt comfortable in the car for a decently long ride. Couldn’t have made it better! This man is an expert at it’s finest.
