Great staff and had my parts already pulled on the shelf. They had spare EZ30 parts for me to keep my subaru on the road! Now you can get parts and go but visit the yard if you have time! Lots of amazing classics you don't get to see anywhere else. Tugs on the heart strings to see cars like that in the yard but they'll keep other classics on the road. Thanks again French Lake Auto! I'll definitely stop by again for the nostalgia!!

I ordered a hard to find transmission from David Becker. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a business. Great knowledge, great customer service. No help or greeting when entering. Give your info, describe the parts you want, and go out in the yard with printouts. Guys in the yard were super helpful. They should have a tip jar. This place has so many parts it’s incredible. Going back to the 1930s!! See pics.

I recently purchased a used engine from them on ebay that was described as a "Good Runner" with only 71,000 miles. When I received the engine I immediately noticed they had taken a grinder to 3-4 spots on the engine and I thought that was strange. When I got it in the shop under the bright lights and took a closer look I realized they had ground the partial vin #s off the block and heads which is Illegal under federal law. Having a feeling I just got JACKED, I took a closer look before contacting the seller. It still had several quarts of nasty oil in it which probably had 71,000 miles on it. Not to mention that all fluids are supposed to be removed before shipping! Upon further inspection it was obvious that this engine did not have 71,000 miles. More like 171k+! When I contacted them they first denied grinding the vin off then later said the engines don't have vins!! Then they went on to accuse me of it. They also said that I couldn't return it and the warranty was void because I tampered with it when all I did was take a quick peek inside to check the condition of the internals! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! As far as I'm concerned they are running a chop shop and as many others have said, they are rude, condescending and very unprofessional!!

French Lake Auto Parts went above and beyond to help me. Top notch experience and I can't thank them enough for what they did for me. I live in Florida and drive a 27-year-old F-150. It's a truck I absolutely love and won't give up. I just keep fixing it. I needed a hard to find and very specific part. I couldn't find it anywhere in my home state of Florida, called more than 50 places. Online French Lake Auto Parts is the only place I could find in the entire nation that had the part. Was going to order it, but online the only option was regular economy shipping. I was in a pinch and needed the part as soon as possible. I couldn't wait a week or so for it to arrive from Minnesota to Florida. I called French Lake Auto Parts around 4:00 p.m. on a Friday and explained the situation. Was basically told overnight shipping is not something most people ask for and they don't really do a whole lot of it. End result was the part was immediately boxed up while I was still on the phone with them and was brought to a FedEx location to be dropped off for overnight shipping within a couple hours of when I called. It was on a plane that same night according to the package tracking. Very friendly service, it took more than one phone call within a half hour or so to get everything squared away, since my situation was complicated, through the entire process the service was absolutely outstanding. The woman I talked to, can't remember her name, went above and beyond to listen to my situation and help me. And also to the gentleman who went to a FedEx store on his way home from work at French Lake Auto Parts to drop off my part to be overnighted, and leave me a voicemail letting me know what the tracking number for the package was, many many thanks. It's not often in this modern day that you get such outstanding service. And the price of the part was very fair, all around an amazing experience. Thank you so much
