If I could I'd give James 6 stars. I had a unique situation- a mini excavator on it's side in a hole. With care and some ingenuity he got it up right and out of the hole. He did a fabulous job. If I need towing service in the future I will be calling him again.
After getting stuck on a dirt road during a really bad weather day, and getting hung up on by the business referred by my insurance, I gave James a call and he was there to help me out in 20 minutes. James was very professional, knowledgeable and showed a ton of empathy. My situation was far from ideal, but he was able to get me out quickly and showed his experience and expertise with the strategy he used to pull me out. I can’t express my gratitude enough, and I wish I could give him more than 5 stars! He gave me his business card and I will only be calling him for any issues I go through from now on! Thanks James!
James did an amazing job at helping me change my flat tire. Excellent customer service, kind, and knowledgeable. My car is so old and rusty that I wouldn’t have been able to get it done without his help! The service was quick and he made sure that I was able to drive away just fine.
