Over 30 days now with no engine for my 2002 Jeep 4.7 h o. Have called them twice a week for the last 3 weeks and all I've gotten is excuses after excuses. Will not give me a tracking location. I was told it would would be delivered 10 days when I purchased it. Do not purchase anything through this company otherwise you'll just have regrets

Empire city auto parts is stealing from people. I don’t know where this business is located. When you called People from India are answering your calls all the teams members have one way of answering your questions. Hold on I’m going to speak to my billing department and hang up the phone . It has been 96 hours I’m still waiting for an email. The empire charged me and my sister $650 for second hand engine on July 12, 2021. Schedule to deliver on July 28, 2021. Today we called they claimed that they don’t have the engine. They refunds us the money since 2:00 o’clock until now the funds have not hit our account. Big scam please research those before you do business with them.

Current customer waiting on an engine. Promised delivery was two weeks ago. Def not a good way to do business. I will change the rating if the promised motor is delivered within the next week in the described condition. I cant reach anyone by phone either which is very concerning. Sorry isn't helping get the car running. Update: 7/19/21 Was told motor has shipped however it was now in undeliverable condition after it had been inspected and passed? Now they're refunding my money? I can only hope so. Use this place as a last resort. 9 weeks later now waiting on a refund.

protection. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!This company is scammers and liars as well as thieves. On May 20,2021 I ordered parts for my chevy truck. I received 2 of the 4 parts. Today is June 30, 2021. Still no parts .....was supposed to have all parts within 3-4 weeks. Richard Ray's took my order and the money. Over $2000, Ryan Bueno has promised to refund money and still haven't received anything. Paul Smith the parts manager even used the F bomb with me during conversation. Please read reviews and check them out. I wish I would have. This has been nothing bu a nightmare and headache. I have contacted Attorney General and better business bureau as well as the Consumer protection plan. This place needs shut down immediately!!!!

We ordered a motor over a month ago that was never delivered. 5 days ago we were promised a refund in 48 hours. 96 hours in & no refund. I am contacting the better business bureau. I should be able to rate your service a zero.

Just to let other potential customers know, this is a 3rd party reseller based in India. The Minnesota address they provide on google is actually an empty residential lot. Although all the employee names are western sounding, you can clearly pick up on their accents as well as hear other employees with thick accents in the background of this call center operation. Glad I did my research before ordering. Enjoy the review, Empire!

After perusing the Internet for a very hard part to find for my 1989, 2-Door Century Buick, Empire City Auto Parts popped-up. I contacted Mr. White, he listened to my issue, and sent photos of the part needed. It was exactly what I had been searching months for. My service was precise, and professional. My product was received at location, undamaged and per tracking. I am a "very satisfied customer" to the point where I called again and ordered another part for my 1989 Century Buick!!! That part, too, was delivered exactly as directed. I have Empire City Auto Parts "bookmarked" for future business. I've had no problems at all. I like the Company. Thank you!

I purchased a drivers seat for my tundra. When ordering I was able to speak to Raymond and ordered my part and took my card info. Received confirmation emails bout shipping and tracking and order details. Supposed to receive in 8-10 days. 25 days later. No one will return calls. Finally got an answer and told will get by the weekend. Next week told same thing. Finally had to call from a dif number to get answer. I told them if I don’t have by weekend (4days) to just cancel. Then immediately got an email how my product was not shippable. And refund was issued. Have not got refund yet.

Please BEWARE of this fraudulent company. You will be charged an absurd amount of money and get no part. We were quoted $4000 for a pair of headlights, called back 10 minutes later to pay for them and was told they were now $4500. Because we desperately needed the headlight set, we paid the money. Then I was told it would be $200 for shipping costs when it’s is CLEARLY displayed on their website that any purchase over $2000 is FREE shipping! WAIT IT GETS A LOT WORSE!! Now they have had my $4500 for 11 days(promised we would have the parts in 8-10 days), we never received any emails with a receipt or tracking. 11 days had passed and our customer is asking for his car. I called to ask what was going on when I was told that they now want another $500!? I buy parts for vehicles every single day from every vendor there is and have been for many years, I have NEVER heard of raising the price like that after the sale, after the parts should have been delivered! So, had I not called, they would have just never sent this very expensive set of headlights?? They hardly speak English, I’m not sure if there are any headlights to buy now that I’m thinking about it. I’m thinking it may be a scam. They will not return my calls, or send the parts we paid for almost 2 weeks ago. This is a set I have already purchased! Now they want to sell them to the highest bidder, if they even exist!? Wow! Please stay away! I will be posting this review on every social media site and any place else possible in the hope that I can help others from ending up in this situation. Currently the authorities amd our attorneys are looking into it but in the end we just want the parts we bought. That’s too much to ask. If anyone has any questions or comments about our experience with Empire City I would be more then happy to speak with you!!

What a nightmare! The worst experience ever from a money hungry company who does not care about their customers. Ordered a BMW rim (mine was bent) and they sent me one that was also bent and looked like it was run into the ground. So, after a headache, they agreed to change it. They sent me one that was refurbished and looked great! It took me about a week or so to have it mounted. Well, this great looking refurbished wheel, was defective because it enabled a slow leak in the tire...Every 4 or 5 days my light would come on.....So when I contacted the company again (they NEVER let you speak to management) they told me my 30 day warranty was up and that they could not help me......This is a very cruel way to do business....During the initial phase of contacting these people, they told me that they had inventory and had a rim that would meet the expectations I had set for them (basically not damaged) They even sent me pictures of the multiple vehicles in their inventory to show that they had control of it. ....It took them 6 weeks before I received my first wheel which I had to sent back, then another 2 to 3 weeks for the second one which was defective......Then they trap you with this 30 day warranty....This was such a small issue for a multi-million dollar company to resolve. So, I am out 200 dollars and they laughed their way to the bank. I notice the name Shawn in one of the other bad reviews below. My salesman's name was James.....Buyer beware!

I ordered an interior part from this auto parts retailer and am very happy with my purchase as well as the transaction overall. Jeff was very helpful in making sure I got the correct part, made a point to keep me updated with regard to shipping & in general very thorough. There was a bit of confusion on my end about a variation on my part. I was in constant communication with him so I can appreciate that greatly. I would purchase from Empire again based on this transaction.

Scammers! Selling damaged parts! Purchased an engine for $2800.00 from this company because I thought this was an honest trustworthy company. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUSTWORTHY! The mechanic shop I paid to install the engine said the engine they sold me was frozen! We informed Empire and they had their mechanic speak to our mechanic. Their mechanic told our mechanic to pour transmission fluid into it because the engine has been sitting for a long time! It didn’t work. They told us twice they were sending us a new engine. They never sent us a new engine. After they gave us the run around for one and half a months, they finally agreed to have their engine shipped back to them. Now they are refusing to refund our money because they are saying we sent them back a different engine!!!!!! We have requested to speak to a manager to resolve this issue, but he HAS NOT spoken to us once during this whole ordeal! This company is fraudulent and stealing people’s hard earned money!!!!

This is the worse parts store I have ever dealt with I asked for a water manifold for a 5.3l engine back in beginning of august they say they have it and only sends part of the water manifold I call and complain they say it’s 2 packages coming okay no problem the I get the part aug. 28th it’s the wrong part again so the part they sent me was to the 3.8l Buick LaCrosse not my version I call and tell them they tell me the part was defected and that the part is hard to find. I asked them so why would they tell me that you have the part and it’s defected . They make up a whole bunch of excuses their customer service or their manager doesn’t do nothing but get smart and tell which is totally unacceptable honestly if I lived in the state where this place is at I would have honestly hurt sumbody because they are very disrespectful and not a great business

6/19/20 I am 64, and have never before received from any business such excellent customer service as I received from Zach Leo of Empire City Auto Parts.I believe he is their manager. Mr. Leo solved a car problem for me that no one else could solve. I needed a part for my rare vehicle which production had been discontinued. Due to COVID-19 stresses I found most businesses had employees who were stressed out. 500 phone calls later my problem had still not been solved. When I called Empire City Mr. Leo confidently engaged my problem. By this time I had lost hope. Zach had not. He worked days on end to find the part, and battled through the many obstacles we both encountered (my mechanic's slowness, my mechanic's mistakes, numerous pictures, messages and phone calls). When two weeks later I still heard Zach's resolve, I was heartened. When the following day I got the phone call declaring his victory (our victory) I was shocked. He found the part... In India. Not only have I never encountered so many outstanding employees in one small business, but never one as determined to provide outstanding customer service as Zach Leo. If you have an auto part job that you think is impossible. Please: Don't make 500 phone calls like I did. Make one: to Zach Leo. You'll save time, meet a fine gentleman, enjoy yourself, be treated with respect, and get your rare auto part all at a fair price. What a deal!

I'm from Texas and ordered a part from Mr. Sam Williams. He was very friendly and did a great job of communicating with me. The part took a while to get to me due to the virus but he did everything he could to make sure that I was being informed about the situation. He promised that he would make everything ok and he did. I'm very happy with his work and I would recommend him and his company to anyone. Thanks Sam. Call me Happy In Texas.

What a fabulous experience with Mr Sam Williams. He was efficient in finding all of the parts requested , he handled all of the details, sending online photos, payment and all of the time very polite and friendly . I have already mentioned Mr Williams personally as a contact for a couple of local mechanics who are helping customers save money on new parts . Wow, this place was a life saver. I needed a passenger side headlight assembly for my 1998 Subaru Impreza Outback but no one had the part I was looking for, or they only had the driver’s side. I was honestly beginning to give up but when I contacted Mr. Sam Williams, he found the assembly with ease and even suggested a part I didn’t realize I needed (but later found out I did). I had a great experience, and Sam was polite and helpful.

I ordered 2012 Kia Sorento Vapor canister on the phone. Dan the sale representative, was so helpful by maintaining good communication from the sale to delivery date. All my text messages and telephone calls were answered in the respectful manner. He assured me about the quality of their parts and I was very satisfied when the part was delivered to my house 4 days later. These are the right people to do business with.

It was great experience with Empire City Auto Parts. Sam Williams was extremely helpful in assisting me with all the parts for my 1964 Oldmobile 98. Initially, I only ordered a air filter to verify thier service and to my surpirise I had it in 3 days. That is when I decided to buy every part from them and the best was when I recieved both the chrome bumpers in absolutely next to new condition. Extremely happy with the service given, will choose them over any other used car part provider. I will be placing an order for parts on my Cutlass as well. Recommend every person in need of used car parts to buy from here.

I ordered a part for a car and was sent the wrong part. Now I have made 6 calls and 3 text messages to Shawn with no resolution. I was ripped off to the tune of $295.00. I wish it would let you put less than one star but it will not post unless you click at least one star. Well after the poor service above I posted the above post. Then the Jason called me. I felt it strange that he knew the order and what was not sent. He refunded the amount for the undelivered part and then promptly requested a 5 star review. However I do not feel the actions of his employee deserves a 5 star review. 6 calls only getting the brush off then only getting results after a bad review gets it up too a 2 star review at best.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered parts for my 2007 infinity assured by sales person that the parts would be shipped in 4 to 5 days and would be silver in colour. After a month the parts finally arrived black in colour. Contacted ContactrNo satisfaction at I got visa involved they agreed and said empire city would come and get parts.Told them parts were installed on car. I called numerous time to reach a compromise was given many excuses that a manager would call me .Didnt happen.A truth dishonest company beware.Will post on Facebook and twitter.

Zack was wonderful helping me get the parts for my 1986 MR2 .I had tried so many places before but they ended up telling me it couldn't be done. Zack spent quite a bit of his time locating the parts I needed and found them. It is wonderful having the help of a responsible helpful person on the other end of a telephone .I hope this company appreciates him as much as I do. I will definitly pass this information on to friends and my mechanic so they can receive the same excellent service . THANKS AGAIN ZACK!!!!!

Mark Reed was the salesman I dealt with, he was very helpful and was also very knowledgeable. The part arrived in a timely manner. The only thing negative that happened was a mix up was the delivery, a liftgate was paid for and the delivery truck was not equipped but when the company was called about it they reimbursed the cost. Had a good experience

Awesome service!!! I have a Range Rover sport and couldn’t locate the part I needed anyway. No other dealership even tried to help. But Jason and Zach at Empire City Auto worked with me and directly with my mechanic for hours and literally days to view pictures, call around and search for this part. The day we finally found the part - Jason and Zach traded pics with my mechanic and I for at least 3 hours straight... in addition to the hours and days leading up to that.. (keep in mind we were looking for a Range Rover part). We finally found it, they delivered and it’s in my car 😀😀😀. The cost was reasonable and the guys were so patient. Asa single woman I definitely love and appreciate these men and Empire City Auto Parts. Everyone in the U.S should give this place a try in all sincerity, they are truly awesome!!! If you need a part for your vehicle, you need someone who is honest, and will take the time to help you get the part that's right for your vehicle,and at a competitive price. That person is Dan over at Empire City auto, Dan was able to locate the part for me that everyone else had trouble finding, Dan was even wiling to send me to the competition, just so I could get the right part for me, fortunate for me Dan was able to locate exactly what I needed. He was more concerned that I got what I needed, not just making his sale. That to me is a good salesman, and when its time for me to order my next part, I don't even have to think about who to call because Dan is my go to parts guy. Thanks again Dan
