I called and some snotty little girl answers the phone. I tell her I have a jeep Liberty Limited that I wanted to get rid of. Wait for it.... no lies...she said" we're passing" and then she hung up on me. Not a very classy business, wouldn't you say? If I were you, try other junk car places first. They are cordial and they actually try and help you. Horrible, horrible customer service. Truly a wow moment.
No idea what the other reviewers are talking about. The guy who picked up hangs up on people. He berrates your car for scrap. I laughed and said he's terrible salesman. Would not even give an offer.

Terrible experience talking with this company. Their website says, “Call MN cash for junk cars and receive a free quote for your junk car” but when you ask for a quote, they ask how much you want even if you tell them you’re not familiar with the prices and if you say the wrong number, they hang up. I would be careful when receiving a service from them given they struggle communicating with customers.
I guess this place doesn't do estimates. I called and I asked if I could get my car towed today. he said no. I asked him if I could call him back. Then the man gave me attitude on the phone & he said"No.if you hang up we are done.I have too many other customers to 'deal' with." If you go threw this place Ii wish you the best of luck
