The person that came and haul my car away today was doing a great job from the communication all the way to getting the car out of my garage. He was very careful with my other car that was park next to it. Very professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Man when I say these guys were great I mean they were GREAT! I absolutely needed to get rid of my “junk” car and they came in clutch! It took a matter of seconds to get rid of my old beater and it was super easy and who doesn’t like some extra cash for their trash!

She paid top dollar of any quotes I had received, paid in cash and signed the title on the spot. The competition does NOT sign the title and says you need to leave the plates on the car in MN, so you are basically just giving a car to a tow-truck driver with no bill of sale, no signed title and a check that may or may not be good.
Not with this place. She even took the plates off for me and was able to pick up the car within two hours of the phone call. No getting handed off to another company to make arrangements, no runaround etc.
It simply could not have been easier nor more pleasant of an experience.

The parking lot in my apartment complex was getting swept and re-striped and the apartment management wanted the cars out. I called at 9am -- the lady on the phone was very nice and explained to me the whole procedure and said the driver would arrive within an hour. Yes, she was absolutely right!!! The tow driver was very courteous and explained everything and filled out the paper work and voilà!!! What a relief!!! I will definitely recommend this company.

Both on the phone and in person, they were very professional, timely, and polite! I called to request an appointment at 10:00 am, and they explained how everything works and that they would be able to pick up the junker car the same day; they arrived at 1:00 pm with the exact amount of cash they offered during the phone call, explained everything once more, and the entire process was done within 15 minutes. I had no problems with them and they did not try to use intimidation tactics on me, unlike other business I consulted first. I definitely recommend their services.
I have called 5 or 6 times and never had someone answer. I left a message the first time and waited a few days, after that I tried several times in the same day. I never got a call back or talked to a human being. It's the absolute last thing I wanted to deal with in the midst of an already stressful situation.
called just now. picked up fast. that was good. The lady didnt sound to happy though. got quoted $25 for my car volkswagen golf with transmission problems. it still runs...hm. Looking on their website, it seems like they would pay more. disappointed. Try getting quotes from other places if your car is still in fair condition and still runs. If your car is beat up and dont run, then this it the perfect place to call. :)
