Not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly but Jenelle delivered excellent service and professionalism. I had a plastic trim piece hanging from my Mercedes and rather than making me spend unnecessary money on a tool set…. She went out of her way to find me a socket and ratchet that was laying in the back of the store. There was a tall, older, bald guy who’s name I did not care to know. (gentleman with glasses African-American) who wasn’t as helpful. He tried to upsell me a unnecessary tool set however thanks to Janelle and her excellent customer service not only did she help me with the tools the store had to remove that nuisance of a plastic trim piece, but then I proceeded to buy a bluetooth receiver and floormat set. Thank you. Great service still exists.
I ordered a ignition module for my car and they had it within 24 hours. I also was given a store discount on some other items that were purchased very pleased with the customer service at the store.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Blaine at this O’Reilly location. He went above and beyond to help me out with my car battery. Even though he mentioned he sometimes gets scolded for taking the time to help customers, he was absolutely amazing — professional, quick, and friendly. He swapped my battery out in under 5 minutes and saved me a huge headache. People like Blaine are the reason I’ll keep coming back to O’Reilly. Thank you!
Chuck was incredibly helpful and kind yesterday when I made the mistake of opening my coolant cap before my car was completely cooled off. He took time to walk me through it and didn’t make me feel foolish at all. He stayed with me and my kids while we were waiting for it to cool down and I appreciated his help so much. Chuck- I was able to top off my coolant later and made it home safely, thank you so much for your time and kindness!

It was very cold outside and I had a few bags of groceries. I was kicked out of the store and told I couldn't warm up there. They don't care about ppl even when it's dangerously cold out. I won't be spending my money there
