My little electric car was dead on the side of the road in freezing cold temperatures, Because I saw the flashing light, but figured I could still make it. Last time I’ll make that mistake. They arrived not long after the officer pulled up behind me and I jumped in her car to warm up. The driver was funny, capable and fast. His truck was warm. All good.
Greatest towing experience of my life as far as towing goes, guy was quick and even delivered the car in the garage at the auto service shop. He was really pleasant to deal with, too. Nice guy.
If your skin color is not white, trust me as the African they gave me a really hard time today and I would not recommend using this service at all worst service. My car was going to the insurance and my vehicle recently got into an accident. I just needed to get my belongings out of the car and a lady was giving me a really hard time even though I dealt her Nothing but respect. I don’t recommend using this service at all.
He was so helpful I left my motorcycle outside too long and it was snowed in on the street and he came and put it on the flatbed showed care for my bike and he helped me get it into my garage. I will definitely call them again if I need a tow service
Excellent service! Wish I knew the same of my driver today. He was incredibly patient, concerned and professional. He took time to listen, answer questions & really made the situation a lot calmer.
I waited the full hour I was estimated, and I was let into my car having locked my keys inside. However, in the process of getting my car open, the frame of the door was damaged. My door was bent completely away from the body of the vehicle, allowing water and excess air in. It was not easy to get ahold of the company, and when I did (though one person I spoke to was kind), no one was apologetic. I was able to take my car into a body shop and have them bend the door back out, and I relayed this message to Twin Cities Towing? And received no communication back from them. Communication overall was not great, nor was the damage or time and effort I had to go through to get it fixed.
Praise to Twin City Towing and our rescuer, Travis, for being stranded for 2 & 1/2 hrs on 94. Worse of all was scammed by Googleing " Road Assistance" authorizing credit card charge for tow and never showing up! Travis was great and hot our disabled vehicle to Ford Dealer w hopes of being fixed on Monday. Very professional! He's an asset to your company!
Twin Cities Towing was prompt and professional. They're change a flat fee was very reasonable compared to other towing companies I called. The tow truck driver Clayton was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend you use this company over any other. And I would use them again if I had to.
I called to get a quote on two tools boxes towed from St. Paul to Little Canada. The lady on the phone was friendly and helpful with my quote and assured me that they could get it done in a timely manner. I’m pleased with their service!
The driver was super helpful and patient with my staff. The dispatcher answered all our questions and sent a driver within 30 minutes to help us get off the freeway to a safe location and then proceeded to help fix our vehicle. We will definitely be usin TCTR in the future
Mike, the tow truck driver, showed up in 25 minutes, which was great, because I was told that it could take up to one hour, and it was -10 degrees. He was very pleasant and professional, and had my truck loaded in under 10 minutes. He delivered it into my driveway exactly where I wanted it. His skill made what was going to be a miserable situation into something much better than I was expecting. Great guy! Give him a raise!
This company is Great!! I called them on the coldest day thus far, to have my son’s car jumped. The lady I talked to set up an appt was so easy to talk with. Darin the gentleman that came was also great, I felt these 2 cared very much about helping us out. Thank you for getting to my home so quickly!! What an outrageous price. The manager had to come up with a new scheme to charge 550$ for a 1 mile tow of a semi tractor! They were quick to snatch up the money though!
Driver was professional and courteous. I was amazed at his level of proficiency. He delivered my truck to the dealership and was willing to wait to make sure I had transportation to lodging accommodations.
I was hit by a driver speeding through a red light. Injuries were not life threatening but I was frightened, dazed, all airbags deployed & my car was totaled. Life was a blur but this towing service was immediate, helpful, and understanding. I've never been in an accident (KNOCK ON WOOD!) so didn't know what to expect. Twin Cities Towing came immediately and once the car was towed I called the Plymouth location and they gave me all pertinent information on what to know and bring to. Thank you Twin Cities Towing - this was one less hassle to deal with.
They did a great job showing up on a scheduled time, knowing how to work with my larger vehicle, had some neat recovery tools given my smaller space, and got my car out of the garage and onto the flat bed and to the shop with no issues. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. My main reason of using them vs AAA is because of the pickup and delivery scheduling ability and experience with more specialized cars and careful maneuvers while my engine was partially taken apart.
They were referred to me by someone who uses them for performance vehicle transport. I also learned from the driver that their trucks have extra stabilizers for ditch recovery if you’re flipped, have a very large vehicle, etc which was cool to see. For these reasons they are on the expensive side, but I booked based on my need and want.
Picked up my broken, hot rod on the side of the highway showed very good professionalism and care with every step taken. I was very comfortable. and the operator, Abe Was great to work with
Josh was safe and professional. Even showed empathy for our car trouble. Offered to wait with us until our ride arrived, but we were good (our ride arrived right after he pulled away). Time to wait was better than expected too!
Communication was clear and quick which I appreciated in my situation. Originally the estimated wait time was an hour but help came in 15 minutes and I got a call to update me on the eta. I only needed a tire change which did cost $100 (pricey), but for the speed and quality of service I didn’t mind. I highly recommend them.
Had a tool box picked up from my husbands work and brought home. Job was done quick and efficiently. Driver was friendly and was able to get the tool box into our garage with no problem!
Surprisingly fast! Also very friendly people to work with. From the person who answered the phone to the person that picked up my truck. They made my bad situation a little better.
