Needed my car towed from a driveway to the mechanic. The dispatcher gave a fair estimate and the service was excellent. The car was moved out of a tight spot with no problem. Great team and great price.
Terrible dispatch service. I called for towing service and the dispatcher told me AFTER taking all of my information down that I would have to pay UPFRONT 100% of the cost without even being picked up. When I told the dispatcher I would not pay upfront without the tower being in front of me and my car & that I wanted to pay cash they said they don’t take cash but they’ll talk with the driver. Dispatcher got back to me and said okay you can pay “70% upfront 30% in cash when they get you” that was just ridiculous to me!! They attempted to find a driver that accepts cash after telling me they don’t take cash. No thanks, after trying to run my pockets expecting me to trust paying you 100% upfront without even being towed… I’ll take my chances elsewhere.
The tow truck took 4 hours to show up. When I called every hour for updates, they said they would call back and never did. Charged me $200 for a 2 mile tow. I suspect this company relies on people googling towing company and charging high amounts while outsourcing the towing to cheaper tow services and pocketing the difference. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY.
